I reserved a unit in anticipation of moving my things in a controlled temperature environment. Things changed before my move in date. A friend reached out to let me use her basement. When Virginia, from life storage, called to confirm I explained what happened. She was so nice. And concerned for me and my situation. She wished me good luck and was all around pleasant to talk to. If she is any indication of how I would be treated I would not hesitate to rent with her help.

Virginia did great and Danielle was super friendly. I came in frustrated that more changes couldnt have been done online but I was frustrated because I was stressed for other reasons. These two ladies were super calming presences, and are great assets to Life Storage - High Point!

She gave me the tour, explained everything very detailed yet succinctly. She would not let me sign anything before I understood EVERYTHING. Donald Cureton was WONDERFUL.. very knowledgeable… helpful.. courteous… attentive… he took time to make me feel comfortable and show me around the facility… have me directives on how to get in and out… just outstanding… I had previously been here and was unable to speak to anyone..I was able to get in but got lost for 20 minutes inside which was super scary ….Later when I did finally speak with someone over the phone last week I asked about returning my unopened lock but was told I couldn’t after 30 days by the young lady… I was surprised because when I initially began as a renter (2020) I was told I could @ anytime🤷🏾‍♀️… I’m All Set Now… THANK YOU DONALD !!!

Ive been searching for the right space @ the right price for awhile now. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Danielle. She was pleasant and patient the entire time that I was indecisive. She even found me a unit that was less expensive than what was online. Great explanation and tutorial of the facility. I highly recommend this location not alot of traffic and convenient to my home.

Great service and accessibility.

Had to get a storage unit, to move from another storage unit at a different company. Had only had items there for 10 days.Met with Danielle, who was so helpful and pleasant. She has been in the storage business for years and was very helpful and friendly.Two days later, I had to get another, larger unit. Connie was very understanding and had me set up and able to use the unit in less than 10 minutes.I will never use another company. Life Storage is the best place to go!!

When searching for an temp controlled unit in high point, they were the cheapest. The woman working the desk was friendly and helped me get a large unit on the first floor. Today, Donald helped me out ans was similarly personable, jovial and helpful.

Her charisma, and energy that she brings to work brightens up your day no matter what.She was able to handle anything I needed during move in time and normal operating hours. Please take your business elsewhere! The high point storage facility is unresponsive to safety concerns about the site.Top concerns which are ignored:1. Lights in elevator are out. Complete darkness, and no emergency lighting.2. NO SIGNAGE. After exciting a dark elevator you must find your locker through trial and error. Confusing and unsettling.3. The large freight elevator is not working.You are forced to make multiple trips down in a pitch black elevator.As a concerned customer I called the store and corporate Headquarters immediately to remedy this issue, especially with college students (often alone) using this facility. After 5 days I had to call again to replay my concerns, only to hear, “I’ll write this down and have someone look into it”.Save your money! Value yourself and safety. Take your business elsewhere!
