I honestly cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Favale Motors.In December of last year I bought myself a brand new Mercedes, I had just turned 60 and I figured Id treat myself.My wife never wants to go to the shopping centers with me because I love to park far far far away, I cant stand the little door dings and such.So, on one of our more recent trips we went to the outlets, when we returned from one of her shopping excursions, I came to find a GIANT scrape and dent down the side of my car.I was beside myself !I came across Favale Motors from a friend of mine, I was familiar with the location, since it had been in the area for so long.Bringing the car in, I must say I was a little nervous, ITS BRAND NEW !!!! to me anyways.My first impression was of a very clean and modern office, I was greeted by Anthony.We went around my car and he patiently listened to my stories. The estimate I was given was lower than other shops I have visited prior.Anthony assured me that the work would be top notch.So I booked the appointment. Anthony kept me informed of the progress of my car.When I picked my car up I was floored !!!!My Mercedes looks amazing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
