They had so many great choices! The employees were amazing, too. My brother wanted a root beer float but they didnt have any! So they suggested him getting a cup of vanilla ice cream and putting in a root beer from their drink fridge. Very good customer service and ice cream was on point.

The ice cream is almost as good as the staff. I walked in when they were about to close not realizing the time and they were very Kind and helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will definitely be back

5 minutes ago, we purchased ice-cream. Right after I paid, my ice-cream cone fell on the counter, more than 80%. The girl who checked me out was just watching it. (Yes, I had tipped 20-%) she or any other staff did not offer, to give me more ice cream as a courtesy. They clearly were seeing that almost all the ice-cream fell in their counter. I cleaned up the spill. Thanked and left. Will not be back. What a POS staff with bad manners!!!

Cookies were made with love 🤎🤎 you know that feeling when you know the cookie is fresh it still a little warm and soft in the middle with slightly hard edges... Ill start my diet tomorrow the cookies were extremely good my favorite was the white chocolate and macadamia nut.

Can’t go wrong with Ben & Jerry’s. I got the Chocolate brownie ice cream. It was rich in flavor, smooth, just melts in your mouth, and the brownie pieces were a plus.

Ice Cream was good. Some ice cream was better than other flavors but it was overall pretty good. Came with family for a little ice cream social and it shouldnt have to be added, but we are a group of minorities (black). We were not greeted when we entered. The lady that was at the register did not even look up to acknowledge us. It took someone from the back to come and greet us for us to be acknowledged and served. We were there to pick up a to go order and had already paid so what should have been an easy, Hi, welcome to Ben & Jerrys. What can I do for you? Was instead us standing in the shop for 2 minutes with us thinking that we were unimportant compared to the task that was at hand for the employees. I will change it from a 2 star to a 3 because Rachel came out to apologize after I asked for both of the employees names. I do not want them to be fired or reprimanded. I only want to be treated and acknowledged as a paying customer and overall human being as I have been asking for in my previous reviews. I thank both Rachel and Dani for their service tonight. I just ask that even if one person is attempting the closing duties and one is taking orders, itd be nice if all employees acknowledged all customers with just a Hi, welcome, well be with you in a sec. Rather than being completely ignored.

Love Ben n Jerrys ice cream. To find they have a ice shop, was mind blowing. Went with the whole family and service was great! Ice cream was great as always. They have all the good ones to choose from as well. It was a good dessert choice to end the night. If youre in the area and want good ice cream, stop by and get good ice cream.

I went to ben and jerry’s at 9 pm and when I went to open the doors, they were locked and the lady just looked at me. It says they close at 10pm but I was very disappointed to find that to not be true.

Stopped by Ben & Jerrys today with the family to get some ice cream. The store was fairly clean and the cashier was friendly and helpful. Everyone like what they got and it was very good.

Love this place! They have wonderful shakes. They are so good I drive up from Dallas to FM to pick up ben and jerrys. Their brownies are to die for as well and remain fresh for 4-5 days if properly stored. Alana? Shes always super helpful, friendly and fast. Theres also a gentleman who works there whos also super helpful and friendly.

This is a crazy scary time!!!! I went into the Ben & Jerry’s to get a treat for my family since we are all stuck at home knowing some good ol’ Ben & Jerry’s would help bring light back into the day! I was delighted to see that the 2 staff members there seemed to be happy to be there and that they we’re not “down in the dumps” about being there or about the entire situation in general during this tough time. This made me smile and made my day better! Thank you Ben & Jerry’s for putting a smile on my face and also giving me a tasty treat to eat.

The brunette girl working who served me tonight was very personable and turned my bad night around! On top of that served me my new favorite flavor: chunky monkey! All around amazing experience. Thank you for making my night!

So disappointed with today’s visit. Service was great but the ice cream was really melted. They had someone come there to fix the air but we weren’t told the ice cream was completely melted. We got two cones and a cup, all we did was walk to the car and it was everywhere. I know during this crazy time everyone needs to make money but honestly they should have probably shut down until they got the air sorted.

I went in the other day and i was just stunned on how amazing my experience was! The store was nicely cleaned and organized! As well as the employees!! Brought great energy and I would 100% recommended!

Its Ben & Jerrys, whats not to love? Located in a very cool shopping area. Park your car and spend an afternoon... Outdoor shops (Pink, Charming Charlie, Bath & Body Work.. It goes on and on), movie theater, Nestle Toll House and a dozen fantastic places to eat. Whole Foods too!

I went in because they were offering free cookies with every ice cream purchase. I expected the cookies to be decent but not great because they are an ice cream shop; not a cookie shop, and boy was I wrong! The cookie I received with my ice cream was amazing! On top of that the young man behind the counter was extremely helpful and patient with me when I was deciding which one of the 20+ flavors I wanted; only to end up getting my favorite, butter pecan . I will definitely be back! I might try an ice cream sandwich next time!

Four stars for the best ice cream in the world! Im from New England, Im a world traveler and I am always looking for the best local foods wherever I go. So far nothing has matched Ben and Jerrys, nothing! I didnt give five stars because I was shocked by the prices and cant afford to make this a regular thing with my kids which is sad for all of us. We opted for sharing a couple of shakes and that was perfect. If each of us ordered a cone, even with mostly kids cones, it would have been over $50.00! I miss the Berkshires...

Sometimes you have to judge a place by not what they do but how they act when things go wrong. I had ordered a cake the previous week and come pick day, the order was not put in that morning and I had no cake to pick up. The manager was very nice and was sincerely sorry that there had been a misunderstanding. He assured me that this rarely happens. He took care of the issue in a satisfactory manner and offered so many different options. The staff are very nice and if youre really concerned about picking up a custom cake, just call ahead to double check day of pick up.

The ice cream was great, but the metaphorical icing on the ice cream cake was that last night (06/13) my roommate and I drove all the way home to Lewisville... Only for me to realize I left my purse hanging on the back of a chair!Huge thank you to the customer who turned it in to them, and for their patience and kindness while we came alllllll the way back, right before they were about to close on a busy, hot Thursday night.Im embarrassed I didnt get the names of the guy and the girl who were nothing but kind, helpful and generous, but from the bottom of my heart, thank you!!

Okay i am a huge ben & jerry’s fan to begin with. like, i consume multiple pints a week. i was thrilled to find out a shop was so close to me (i recently moved) but i was even more thrilled at my experience!! dani & james are the BEST! i came in close to closing time, but they were so helpful & so kind. they let me sample quite a few flavors, and answered all my questions. they were fun, kind & very friendly. thank you dani & james! and THANK you ben & jerry’s!!!!!

The Google Maps location is wrong. Its on the back corner of Rockfish Seafood Grill. The sign is barely visible on Cottonwood Creek. The staff at Ben and Jerrys looked depressed like they worked in a prison. It was a hot day in the middle of the afternoon and no one else was in the store. The prices were expensive like other ice cream shops. Nothing special except that there were tables outside with a view of the water fountains. For a better experience, go buy the ice cream at the grocery store and go to a park instead.

Although not busy at all, the tiny line moved extremely slowly. They were out of cookies...so no cookie cookie sunday. The only person working appeared to be a confused 12 year old (looking) burnout type. Couple this with it being smack dab in the middle of the douchiest, most maddening shopping center I have ever been in. I just hate it, completely. Spoons were hidden out of reach. All that aside, the brownie Sunday was delicious, but that doesnt change the fact that they should hire grownups and not leave them alone in the store to figure things out.

Worst cakes ever! Miss spelled! Mess ups left on cake! The cake rattled around in the box the entire way home. The side are ruined! They put brown writing on a black and white cake how does that make any sense. Worst experience ever.

Beyond expensive, still dont understand why. The ice cream really isnt that special, but it is good. Ill give them that. You could probably get something similar at another ice cream parlor, but there arent too many places nearby here so its a good choice.

On top of that, this location is dirty, the hired help has no personality and for how slow it is it is apparrent that it is being poorly managed. Stick to peddling your overpriced ice cream at the Grocery store if you cant keep your restroom clean or the paper towels stocked. Also, display case door has goop in the creases of the metal...not very reassuring, sorry.

Ice cream doesnt get any better than this. Temperature is 99 degrees - this was a day for a visit to Ben & Jerry.

Not happy with B&J... Id recommend Marble Slab (like the one by Kroger in Bartonville) or just get some Blue Bell from the grocery store.

Some of my favorite ice cream. I get what they call half baked and its pretty amazing. The only downside is the price. Its a little expensive for ice cream.
