The owner of the store provides incredible customer service. I wanted a pair of red glasses. He encouraged me to find pairs I liked, and he would check to see if they came in red. He spent half an hour checking 8 different pairs that I liked. When I found one that came in red that I loved, he checked and found that it was on back order for a month. Immediately he texted his rep, waited for the rep to text back. and then told me he expected to get the glasses in a week to ten days.I received a text on the tenth day saying my glasses were ready. When I went to pick them up, he handed the glasses to me to try on. They fit perfectly! I walked out the door 1 minute later a very happy customer. Superior customer service!

The staff has always been very friendly and attentive and the turnaround time for contacts or glasses is amazing! They are always thorough in explaining my out of pocket cost vs what insurance pays and what my options are. When trying to decide on glasses, staff offered valuable help. Although it appeared to be a small selection of glasses, I preferred this to not be overwhelmed by options. However it turned out there were plenty of options in various price ranges to choose from.

The owners of this location are extremely kind and knowledgeable. They have helped both my husband and I on multiple purchases and exchanges as well as adjustments. I highly recommend them and Dr. Ami Kshatri. the optometrist next door at Texas Eyesight. I finally have the correct prescription for my eyes.

It is ok place. The optometrist sitting next is really nice. But the shop doesnt put prices on the frames. Nor do they clearly explain the choices of lenses and their prices. It feels like they just make up prices on the spot. Also while doctors office has a restroom they dont let you use it if you are in the store. Their restroom recommendation is to use wal mart restroom.

A mom and pop kind of high quality experienceI searched for a while trying to find a good place for glasses since they are extremely important to my every day life. The optometrist here was very professional and knowledgeable yet friendly and casual. The exam was quick yet I felt it was very thorough and with my appointment I was in and out.The actual Pearle Vision was also excellent. They had a large selection of glasses for men and women. It is operated by a husband and wife and they were extremely helpful, friendly, and experienced. They were quick to offer help and leave you to yourself if you wished but also answer any questions and assist you in anyway. They seem to be very consistent in this as they were familiar with other customers in the store and their families and even remembered the person who recommended the store to me. They seem to really know what they were doing and helped me save a significant amount of money and even got my glasses to me in about an hour and there are plenty of places to eat around the store to kill that hour. They made getting new glasses an easy and painless experience.

I came in after Friday the 13th after having losing one of my lenses due to bad luck. I called two LensCrafters, one didn’t have my left eye lenses and the other was a two week wait. But I called this location of Pearle Vision and they were not only quick but really helpful with putting lenses in my old frame. They save me a lot of time and money! Oh my word... Words cannot describe how absolutely thankful I am for this place!! I went in to get my eyes checked last week because I had lost my glasses. I never have liked glasses. So, when the ophthalmologist prescribed permanent glasses for me, I was not happy to go to the store to get them. The owners here are FANTASTIC !! Top Knock customer service & delivered on time!! I was going out of town, I needed new sunglasses with my with my prescription and they made it happen!!! Actually they made it happen on two different occasions. I am headed back in this week to see them again for a third pair. I’m a fisherman and all my glasses have rounded lenses and not all eye-glass facilities make prescription lenses for round fishing glasses and this Pearle Vision can.
