Miss Amber at the pharmacy is so awesome. Super friendly and helpful. While we can’t see her smile bc of the mask, I know she’s smiling. She has a great attitude. She helped me save money on my Rx simply by checking good rx despite how busy they were. Walmart is lucky to have her!
Jacob at Walmart pharmacy was so helpful and kind. Always have a good experience with this pharmacy .
Very nice people. Informative and very helpful.
I’ve seen previous poor reviews for this location but I have had several good experiences now. They are definitely busy but everyone has always been very courteous and professional on the phone, at the counter and the drive through. With calling ahead for refills and then waiting until the text notification is received, I’ve had excellent service here.
Walmart pharmacy is very understanding and well knowledgeable about the system. Thank you Jacob.
All there medication is double the price of cvs. Use the GoodRx app and save some money. Since we lost our insurance due to Obamacare it really matters. We paid $45 for a prescription that Walmart wanted $258 for. Same stuff.
No real issues. good long work hours and most of the times prompt service.....
By far the worst pharmacy customer service Ive experienced. Ive had multiple prescrpitions filled here and every single time I have to wait 15+ minutes for them to re-check the same insurance Ive had for 3 years so that they dont charge me full price when 90% of the time my prescriptions are covered 100%. The staff is rude. Especially in the drive through. They make it seem like its my fault they didnt attach my insurance AGAIN. The only reason I still use them is because they never have my sons meds in stock at the Wal-Mart by my house.
Pharmacist here ignores doctor prescriptions and health history to make her own judgements on what the patients need. I was told today she no longer feels COMFORTABLE filling my prescription.?? I will need to go somewhere else.??? WOW.I can tell you its been a while since I have been pain free and comfortable myself.I do not believe she has ANY medical knowledge at all, only her opinions. My doctor verified my situation but I was still told to take my business elsewhere. I have done all my business here since this place opened and will never return.I have degenerative back disease and in need of my 2nd back surgery. I will need others in the future not to mention hip replacement, which will be dependent on the acceleration of this degenerative arthritis.Roya was the absolute best pharmacist... when I went thru a very hard cancer treatment she did everything to help care for me....she cared about her customers..... The people here now I guess are simply here to judge people and situations they know nothing about.Corporate..... you better take a look....
Horrible service. I waited all day for a prescription that I can only get in-state to find out that they wouldn’t fillet it. I was clear when I dropped it off that it could be an issue and I was going out of town and that I did not want to leave the window until I was sure. So not only was my truck is delayed I am leaving without my prescription. Pathetic service will never use them again.
Imagine, if you will, that you have had a total knee replacement, and the pain is known to be huge. My wife was such a person. First, there was an Oxycontin shortage in the neighborhood. The lady behind the counter called several other stores trying to help. (Thank you, Leslie). But, here is why I have this a one star. The pharmacist on duty was obviously smarter than everyone on the planet, as she was quite blatant and vocal that the Dr. Order was completely wrong, and perhaps not well educated. There was a separate question on an anti inflammatory.Whem, I wonder if this pharamacist had ever operated on a Knee Replacement? I wonder if this woman had ever had a Knee replacement? But, she was better educated than the Doctor, of course! Arrogance is a sister to Ignorance. Needless to say, this fellow will never allow a prescription to be filled by Walmart, ever again. The following day, we were able to clear everything up with the Doctor, (Oxycontin/Anti Inflammatory) but my wife was in agonizing pain from 6pm one day till about 2pm the next. No thanks to the one and only Walmart arrogant pharmacist.
Sometimes great service, sometimes not so much. I guess their staff has good days and bad days like everyone else.
Jacob helped me find a lower price!
I know, ya cant get good help these days. Everyones got an attitude about something. Just do yourself a favor, avoid the staff and go the store in Denton, in Lewisville off Round Grove or any given Target.
Pharmacy was out of prescription and called 6 stores to find it for me.
Best Pharmacy!!
They very cordial
