Worked with Luke Wasko to lease a new Stelvio. Got the price I wanted and was in and out within a few hours. The process was simple, straight to the point, and quick (no BS). I was offered a fair trade for my leased Stinger, and managed to lower my payment on a more expensive car. I was super pleased by the finance/signing part, where they did not try to sell me superfluous add-ons.Looking at a base model Alfa at dealer where cars the are mostly over $100K, I was clearly the poorest person there. Nonetheless, I was treated no different and they truly valued my business.I considered looking out of state for pricing, but Im happy I kept it local with Luke at Mike Ward...the customer service cannot be beat.

Service department is seriously lacking! Took my Alfa in to be fixed and they told me it wasn’t broken. When I had Alfa’s customer service call them they told them it was fixed! I guess when you work on Lambos and McLarens all day you tend to push the low cost vehicles like Alfa Romeos away.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Jeffery Myers. My wife wanted a certain vehicle and wouldn’t settle for anything else. Jeffery took his time with us and showed us other vehicles that were the direct competition to the one she wanted but in the end my wife wanted the one that they didn’t have on the lot. No worries Jeffery looked everyday until he found us the one she wanted and was able to make the whole process painless and fast. I would definitely recommend Jeffery if you are looking for that perfect vehicle.

I recently got my second Alfa Romeo from Mike Ward in south Denver. I love my new Stelvio! Since I live in Longmont, when I found out Auto Nation in Northglenn no longer has Alfa/Fiat, I realized I had to take the trek to Mike Ward, but it was worth the drive! Jeff Myers was a dream to work with. He was super knowledgeable and very efficient. He showed me the features of the new vehicle and went over all the options. I didnt feel pressured at all. The Alfa sales manager, Matt Billadeau was also very kind and easy to work with. They both worked hard to get the deal I wanted. The dealership is very clean and nice with a beautiful bathroom lol. Everyone is very professional and made this experience pleasant. Im actually not dreading heading down for my services as there are lots of beautiful cars to admire. I definitely recommend!

We just purchased our second vehicle through the Mike Ward Dealerships, the first was through Infinity. This is by far the best customer service I have ever seen at an auto dealership. Taking your car in for services they provide perks that I have not heard of through any of the other luxury car brands, and if you are going to wait for your vehicle they have things on site for you to do while you pass the time. As happy as we are with the Alfa Romeo, it is not a McLaren, but we were treated as though we were buying one of the supercars that share the showroom.

Do yourself a favor and go shop at Auto Nation Alfa Romeo. Don’t even bother emailing Frank Ingram, he’s very unresponsive when it comes to trying to earn your business. I tried to consult and negotiate for a deal on a Stelvio, he simply instead of even providing vague figures just wished me good luck on the email and turned me away and never got back to me. I contacted same day Auto Nation Alfa Romeo, their salesman was super engaged and actually wanted to do business, went right after work and purchased the Alfa Romeo Stelvio Sports Ti the same day. I’m not sure how Mike Ward employs these kinds of salesmen. I used to sell cars back in my younger years at a new car dealership and had best in region customer service and would never brush someone off, even if they were shopping around. As of today Frank has yet to even respond and has lost a sale and future business deals for Mike Ward. I’ve purchased 7 luxury cars in the last 8 years because I have a passion for cars, and it’s unfortunate for Mike Ward to have such awful representation costing them future business. I bought 4 performance BMW’s in 6 years and am a serious buyer, but I guess that wasn’t enough to garner better engagement from their salesman Frank. I never write reviews, but I felt this needed to be put out, because if I was the owner of this dealership, I would hate knowing that I lost a customer for current and repeat business, over poor engagement from an employee. Maybe Mike Ward likes employing these kinds of salesmen, If so, the best of luck to the future of that dealership. Auto Nation Alfa Romeo will happily take all your business.

I had the best auto buying experience. I found my dream car and we were introduced to Bret Bissey the finance manager, he provided us with valuable data so we could feel confident when we placed our custom order. We called him multiple times to get status updates, and the conversations were always friendly. The day we got the phone call from Bret that our car was ready, he had everything lined up so we could have the best experience all the way through. Luke was wonderful helping us decide what extras we wanted to add, all the costs, and even broke out multiple rate options to finalize our purchase. He was very friendly, didnt mind all our questions, which I usually shy away from. All of this was going on while Nate waited patiently to show us our cars features. He synced our phones to the car, explained all the features and what each one did, answered all our questions. Very informative. The whole experience went really well. What a great team Mike Ward Alfa Romeo has. Very well represented. I feel like we not only got a new vehicle, but also made some new friends. I recently purchased a used 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio from Mike Ward Alfa Romeo and I cant say I am pleased with the service I received after all the dust settled.I purchased the vehicle out of state and was hoping that the sales person would be honest with me and tell me all the flaws (which was my first mistake). I was told the car just had minor wear and tear from 19,xxx miles of use and we agreed to a purchase price and the deal was done.I had a friend who lived in the Denver area go check out the vehicle before it was shipped out to me. He told me the car looked great but he notified me that there was damage on the rear bumper... This was news to me as the salesperson never told me this information.After confronting the salesperson I had to negotiate a deal so they would repaint the bumper for me before it was shipped out to me. Keep in mind this information was never disclosed to me through the sales person or through the Auto Trader listing.Once I received the vehicle roughly a week later, I saw the bumper work and realized it was probably one of the most inferior bumper repaint jobs Ive ever had the pleasure to witness. The color didnt match, I could still see the creasing, there was a fair amount of residual paint on the bottom of the diffuser, and there was over spray on the quarter panels. I also found two pieces of interior trim were missing (which I was never told about either).Overall, the Giulia is great and I am in love with the car and Id recommend any trim level of the Giulia to anyone, but Im just not sure if id buy from Mike Ward Alfa Romeo again...

Our experience that we had here was nothing short of exceptional. Both Ryan and Brett were professional from start to finish and made this a very smooth and seamless car buying process. We have unfortunately had to deal with a lot of stress and frustration in our most recent quest for two vehicles, due to other dealerships unprofessionalism and unwillingness to connect with the customer, all while obviously wanting to earn a quick sale without having to try. Two of the negative dealership experiences we had were actually right across the street at Mike Ward Infinti, which obviously caused us to be very hesitant to reach out to another Mike Ward brand. However, from the moment we inquired about a vehicle at Mike Ward Alfa Romeo, both men were knowledgeable and committed to customer satisfaction, while exuding nothing but professionalism and positivity. Steven Pattee completely turned around my experience at this dealership. I came in to test drive a Jeep they had on their lot, and my initial salesman was not willing to consider negotiating or talking about other options. I knew what I wanted and was ready to give him an easy sale that day, but felt like this sale wasn’t of importance and thought maybe it was due to the fact we were out of place at a high end car dealership looking for a normal vehicle. Then Steven came into the picture. From our first encounter over the phone, texts, and in person visit, he was incredibly genuine and down to earth and willing to make the sale even if he wasn’t getting much out of it. He completely changed my opinion of the dealership as a whole and each encounter was a pleasant one. GREAT experience purchasing a car from Mike Ward Alfa Romeo! Arrived at the show room just to look around and see what was there, several hours later drove out in my new Stelvio Quadrifoglio. Its awesome! Nate spent hours with my husband and I, working through my indecisiveness regarding model, trim package, color, etc. He brought 10 different cars up to the showroom for us to look over and/or test drive. Making sure I was able to see all options available. NO pressure sales tactics. They even stayed several hours after closing time to clean my new car and finalize the sale.
