The manager here, Wendy, is AMAZING! Shes knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely customer service oriented... this is not my closest Sallys but this is the only one I will frequent now. Shes the best!

Wendy, the store manager, and the assistant manager both went above and beyond to help us! We needed help twice over the course of a few weeks, and both times we received excellent and personalized service. Wendy took the time to explain product options to us and helped us make the best choice for what we needed.

The staff here is what makes this place shine. Every time I have a question or I am in need of a suggestion, I know I can turn to any one of the employees there. The customer service is truly top notch and it shows. The little things such as the Welcome to Sallys! that every person who comes through the door receives, or the one on one attention that each employee is willing to give to a customer, shows that they care and are there to help. Gabby is one that I personally have had the pleasure of turning to for guidance when coloring my teenage daughters hair, among numerous other things. Her ability and willingness to listen to her customers is why she is able to continuously provide us with excellent product recommendations, advice when we need it, and all around magnificent customer service. I was lucky to have had my first experience at this store include Gabby. It was that first interaction with her that brought me back, and is a major reason I will keep returning. Thank you, Gabby! You are truly an asset to this corporation and I hope you are recognized as such!

I went in today and the manager (blonde, above shoulder length hair) and the gentlemen at the register were amazing! The manager answered all my questions and they both offered assistance a couple times. I was on crutches and they accommodated my needs, which I did not expect. I see some bad reviews below; those employees must be gone because every time I’ve gone in; they have been more than helpful!

Gabby was completely rude on the phone when i called and asked about information for a nearby store. She interrupted me while i was explaining why i was calling and told me if i would “just stop talking” she would could talk. I’ve been working customer service for over 18 years. I have never talked to any customer calling for information the way she attacked me. Insane. And she refuses to give me a time to call back and speak with the store manager.Sallys, please realize that your sales associates shouldn’t scream at and hang up on customers.So gross.

Said I didnt need help and an employee got in my space, tacked on $20 of stuff I didnt need for the hair look I was going for; when I tried to explain hey I know what Im doing I dont need this the lady got flustered and said I wont ring you up without it it wont look good :/miss the old employees

Went in wanting to change my hair with a few questions for a sales associate. Dark brown to light brown hair. She recommended a bleach, and some color. I trusted and now my hair is FRIED. Anytime i asked questions the reply was “well i only know this brand and it’s good”. I should of known by how uneducated the woman was. I am extremely upset and had to cut off so much hair due to the process she told me to take. I do not recommend searching for advice here but the product selection is good.

Michelle the manager at this location is extremely rude. I went in no one was on the floor. Michelle came out from the back, and asked if I needed help. I politely declined as I knew exactly what I came in for. She kept on insisting on helping, while being too close for comfort. I said no I have been here before, Thank you. She then turns her back, as she is walking to the back she rudely says Well I am here all the time. Thus leaving the floor empty again.A good manager would not get an attitude because a customer declines help. Reading the other reviews about Michelle I am surprised she is still managing the location.

Bought an eliminator per an employees recommendation. It didnt do anything to my hair but leave it smelling like foul rotten eggs. I went back to Sallys to ask for guidance on what to do next. The manager suggested I purchase another box and try again.Again, the product did nothing so I returned to the store to show the manager. She begrudgingly refunded my money. I returned the next day asking her what would be a good brand of hair bleach as I was going to do a bleach cap. The manager and another hair illiterate Sallys employee actually told me they would not help me pick a bleach, this method would not work and I should go to a beauty school to have them process my hair!I now have to drive out my way to another Sallys location for advice because this store employs such horribly rude employees. And by the way, the bleach cap worked perfectly for what I was trying to achieve!

Go with my wife but the staff is always friendly and willing to take the time to track down available coupons to lessen the costs. They always seem to have specials on items that she wouldnt normally look for but cheap enough to give them a try. Dont use the products but recommend the store.

Wow. I havent been followed and rushed out of a store in quite some time. Short old woman with long frizzy wavy hair seemed to not want me in there before i grabbed the door handle. If you dont know what youre doing or about the industry, dont try to help the one African American male in the store while 3 other woman are obviously not sure what theyre looking for. I even told the woman from the start that i didnt need her help. She even avoided along for my Sallys card as she had to backtrack when i asked her to input my member info. Plain and simple; racism shouldnt feel present in a place like this.

A woman up sold me when the normal stuff I get costs $13 dollars less. Figured I could trust her because she worked there, but no. I know it makes no difference for that sally beauty, but I will be going to a different one and I suggest everyone dpes the same.

TERRIBLE I WILL NEVER BE BACK. First I walk into the store and there is nobody working on the floor. (I use to work for this company so I know that is a huge no no!)Then a girl comes out and I ask about exchanging a hair color. She says that wont be a problem.... I then show her a picture of a hair color that I was looking for. I asked if they had a color that would be similar. She says of you can just look at the sample colors but I cant help you and walked away. I was like are you serious... YES I AM AWARE that you can just look at the sample colors but I was asking for another eye... for help. Thats your job. I left because she was so rude. I will never be back there.

The employees were helpful, which isnt always the case at other Sally stores I have visited. They were low on stock on hair color, but they were running a sale and when I arrived they were in the process of restocking.

Was ok. They did greet me and helped me find hair extensions but the constant sales are final repeated every minute from what looked to be the manager (older lady) was uncalled for. The younger lady was kind enough to help me and even went to the back to find a lighter color for me. But the older lady needs to relax. I dont know what it is I did exactly to make her burst into this behavior repeatedly, as I try to offer the utmost respect and niceness to everyone. I didnt ask about the return policies or anything. Three of the eight (yes eight) times she said this to me she wasnt even near me. Really? Thats not necessary... Please be kind to your customers because without us you wouldnt have a paycheck. But to the lady who helped me, thank you.

Worst place ever. I went it there and asked which products I should buy to tone my hair. They lady started handing me 4 things rushing through everything and when I asked questions she said just do what the bottle says. I went home and did and my blonde hair that I love is ruined. In the last week I have tried everything to get the purple, then silver and a now nasty ash color to go back to my good blonde! Dont go there! Rude and have no clue what they are doing there!!

Every time I go into this Sallys I have a terrible experience with the employees. Im a huge Sallys fan, and I go in quite often, but after this last experience I am considering other salons to buy my hair color from. There are two girls whom I see here every time I go in, (I know their names but I dont want to put that on such a public site), and they are OVER THE TOP rude towards me. And its unwarranted. I am naturally very polite and I seriously only walk in to buy hair color. They dont greet me when I walk in the door, they say all of two words when Im checking out, and then they hand me my bag and squint in such a rude manner as I walk out of the store. What the heck?! Do you hate your job SO MUCH you have to be so bitter towards every customer? And its not just me, I see them snub every person who walks in. I am calling corporate... I cant stand the icky feeling I feel when I walk out of the store. I feel disrespected and not valued. Worst customer service, ever! Hands down! Dont go in here if you enjoy kind service.

Been there twice. Manager was rude, staff was rude. Overwhelming scent of coconut, not good if allergic or sensitive. Manager was very insensitive and rude when brought to her attention. Will not go back if i can help it.
