We had pretty much decided we needed the extra firm beauty-rest Pressure Smart but Josh wanted to make sure we took into consideration all of our aches and pains. We had a great experience with Josh Williams at the Highlands Ranch location. He was very patient with us and explained each mattress so we could make a selection.

Over the years I have bought severalmattresses from this location. Michael has helped me many times and each time he has done a really good job of information, low pressure sales and working to help me get the mattress either quickly or whatever the situation needed. I highly recommend This Mattress Firm location in particular due to the quality people they have working for them.

I’m giving three stars because at first, the lady I spoke with over the phone was just horrible. She wanted to charge me $200 to swap my mattress out which according to her is a 10% restocking fee plus a finance charge for picking the mattress up. Except, she told me the only way I could get the mattress out of there was to donate it to charity. Which means that they were going to charge me a restocking fee even though they weren’t going to pick up the mattress. Anyways, she told me to go to a store and get some ideas on a replacement mattress.However, when my wife and I went into the store to choose a new mattress, we spoke with the store owner, Michael, and he was extremely helpful. He actually cared about our Situation and was willing to help us in every way he could. He waved the restocking fee and only charged us the difference between the old mattress and the new mattress. We were able to choose a much more comfortable mattress and we are getting it delivered today. So while I’m not sure if we’re going to go with mattress firm in the future, my opinion of them has changed since I met Michael. Thank you Michael for your help.

By Sunday I had decided on two beds I wanted to “test drive”. As soon as I walked in, he knew I was the lady on the phone. I dreaded the mattress shopping experience so I came in to this not wanting to buy anything. This was our first stop and James right away was helpful and not pushy. He gave us great information, and distance for my wife and I to discuss, but was there when we needed explanation for the 24th time on which bed was memory foam or coils.
