We purchased two Bluejay Electric bikes from Electric Wheels last summer. They are amazing bikes. we love them. Todd and Lori took great case of us and spent the time to make sure we got everything we ordered. Great customer service and support. Family bike shop that really cares about the customer and goes the extra mile. Extremely knowledgeable and responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend them if you are thinking about getting an electric bike.

This is the absolute best bike shop in town! The owner Todd is incredible. If you’ve ever been to a big bike shop and felt like you were just a number, you need to go to electric wheels. This is a family run business and you get the personal attention you would expect from your family. I bought a new mountain bike from a different shop. And I had no idea how to change my tire LOL. Todd was nice enough to take the time to show me how to fix my bike. Thanks so much.

I went in not knowing a thing about ebikes. I explained to Todd what I was looking for. Im a 55 year old diabetic in need of some consistent exercise thats not boring. After listening to my needs, Todd went to what would be the perfect bike for me; the Magnum Peak. He was very patient, answered all my questions, let me test ride it and I was sold. I went home, talked to my wife and we both went back to the shop where Todd answered all of her questions as well. I had checked out the bike online and found it for $50 cheaper on the Magnum website. I would still need to finish putting it together and I wouldnt have a professional to dial things in. I mentioned this to Todd and he said no problem, hed price match. So, same price but professionally completed and dialed in. Very pleasant and educational experience. Voltaire is now my bike shop!

The guys at Electric Wheels were great to deal with. They were more then helpful as soon as my wife and I walked through the door. I had purchased my bike online (story below) and they had it there all tuned up and ready to go and waiting for me. They had some great advice on the ins and outs of using and maintaining my new electric bike and said (of course) call or come in anytime when they are open and they will help out.The story about the online purchase was a little odd (if you live in Colorado). Electric Wheels is a Colorado company and they do not ship bikes within Colorado so when you get to that point in the order process, you get stuck in a loop. If you are going to pick up the bike, the best thing to do is to call Electric Wheels and have them override the shipping part and then you can continue.Overall after riding my Aventon Sinch bike around for several day, I enjoy the bike immensely.

My Wife and I purchased 2 ebikes at Voltaire 2 months ago. We were going back and forth about buying online vs. a local shop. Thank goodness we decided to purchase from Voltaire Cycles. Todd and his team were great through the purchasing process and have bent over backwards to help when we needed it! These are complicated bikes, knowing that we have a knowledgeable team that we can depend on has made all the difference.
