Came in after lunch and I like this Baskin Robbins much more than others. The shop was clean and workers were friendly even with a rush of customers.Ive been here many times now and everytime its a positive experience. My family and I always are treated nicely and makes us feel welcomed.Lots of flavors to choose from and my favorite was cereal milk. Not too sweet and works well in combination with many other flavors

I stopped by after a 10 hour day for a simple banana split and what they made me was a hot fudge sundae with bananas and call it a banana split for 8.00! I said to the kid working Hey where is the pineapple and strawberry? His response was We dont have any pineapple or strawberry I said Well I wish you would have said something because I would have ordered something different he looked at me and said I asked you if you wanted hot fudge I said Yeah but a banana split comes with strawberry and pineapple as well He said We dont have strawberry or pineapple Good grief! Are you kidding me? Horrible Baskin Robbins! I will never go back and will tell everyone this story..

April 23rd at 8pm. The young man working there was professional, courteous and professional. Cant say the same his coworker. She was quiet, rude, not focused and had the personality of a chalkboard.Your product may be good but its the service that customers rely on. Itll be quite some time before I want to go back.

We ordered a specialty birthday cake. The frosting was bitter to the point of inedible. It tasted like bitter medicine. This made the entire cake horrible. We let the management of the restaurant know and they did not respond to multiple attempts. What a waste of money and truly horrible service.

I was having a really hard day I lost my card at the ATM next door and the owner was so kind she gave me my order free of charge and it really turned my day around. I am so grateful and this location definitely has my business in the future!

We hadnt seen a 31 flavors in years! I was so happy to share the tiny spoon experience with my daughter. The staff there really made the visit wonderful. The big guy behind the counter was so kind. The ice-cream is as good as ever. The store was very clean and bright. Excellent experience.

I understand that its a week night, high school kids working, etc. However, I see an urgent need for QA, as my double scoop tonight was very underwhelming. We also felt rather rushed, and unwanted by both girls working. For 18 bucks, I can get more ice cream elsewhere and better hospitality as well...

Great selections of ice cream. The employees should ask the customers at the beginning of their order if its dine-in or to go. If someone wants a to go order, that will determine what a customer can order since some things cant have a to go lid or would be very hard and messy to take home.

Great service and of course great ice cream. My favorite is always the vanilla milk shake, but there are also plenty of other options for them too.

A really small location, but the employee was very pleasant and competent. A decent selection of premade ice cream cakes, ~18 cakes made ahead of time. If you want something specific they need 24 hr advance. Didnt have any ice cream, but the selection looked like a far cry from the last time I was at a baskin Robbins as a child.

The ice cream was very soft. The flavor was very good, though. It seemed somewhat pricey but thats better than making the product cheaper and destroying the quality.

Always clean and with friendly staff every time I bring my kids here.

Great service everytime we come and very friendly. We usually have lots of TMobile $2 gifts cards and they handle it fine which is more than I can say for other Baskin Robbins. Good selection to. We love the whinter white chocolate flavor best!

I have a nut allergy and flavors that I want are in the case filled with nuts and they don’t have any of that flavor in the back. If you have a bit allergy don’t go here ever.
