My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend Crash Champions! We had theft and vandalism to our vehicle a few weeks ago and originally were paired with another garage and tow company to service our vehicle. That option fell through due to a long wait so we contacted our insurance company again and found Crash Champions as an in-network provider. I initially spoke to Brad who was so friendly, helpful, and understanding of our situation. He quoted me a much quicker service time and we decided to schedule our service with them. Our whole experience with Crash Champions was wonderful, from every conversation, every time I stopped in for something, to the completion of our service. We received frequent updates on what was happening with the vehicle and constant estimates on their time frame for finishing the service. They even allowed us to pick up our vehicle after hours due to my husbands schedule. At pick up the vehicle looked as good as new. As soon as my husband opened the door he says Wow, the inside looks amazing! They even cleaned that. We were highly impressed and satisfied with our service and will definitely schedule service again when one of our cars needs work done. Everyone was very professional as well. Someone backed into my car in the parking lot and the rear bumperneeded replaced along with a few other parts. I called a few body shops in the area and no one seemed to have a process and were evasive on some basic questions. My car was t-boned on the front passenger side, then had damage on the rear passenger door as well as the back of the car from police pushing the car off the road from the site of the accident. There was A LOT of damage that needed to be repaired. This shop was recommended to me by a friend and they were very easy to work with. I appreciated the consistent updates about where they were at with repairs and it was helpful that they communicated directly with my insurance. When repairs were completed my car looked perfect and the inside of the car was clean/tidy. They give you a lifetime warranty on the repairs they complete which is a relief in case there are any issues.

My vehicle was an unfortunate recipient of something that truly should be featured in one of those Farmers commercials where utterly ridiculous things happen, but they do happen in real life. My car got introduced to a tree, and was in rough shape. My fiancé had been to Crash Champions and had a good experience so I decided to give them a try. Adam was very helpful in getting my car in, and offered his phone number and email address to keep the communication channels open. Crash Champions was very busy, and gave me a very fair timeline, and often would apologize that the car wasnt done yet, but they still got my car back to me before the deadline they had initially given.I hope I wont need them again in the future, however if I do, Ill be sure to give Adam a ring!

I had my rear bumper painted for a fender bender. It looks like new. job was completed 1 day ahead of schedule and delivered. Katie at the front desk took good care of us so much to the extent that she made sure I filled the gas in my rental car. Brian who did the job touched up a few spots in addition to the loss at hand. The rates were nominal. If this doesn’t deserve a 5 star, What else does. Would recommend Crash Champions Hilliard OH any day.

I was in a car accident that was not my fault, through insurance I found them, and they got my car in the next day. I was working with Brian McMillin and he was amazing! Great communication, and when a part didnt arrive on time, he didnt hesitate to call and let me know it would be another day or two with apologies. I went to pick up my car and it looks Amazing! I was in a car accident and sent to this place by my insurance. I was walked through the entire process of what they would do and got to watch them mark up my car before they took it apart. I received constant updates of any delays with the repair. When my car was ready, they allowed me to pick it up when it was convenient with my schedule. I went to pick up my car and was not expecting it to look so brand spanking new!!! Inside and out to my surprise. I’m pretty sure they detailed my car? They didn’t say they did but I know for a fact my car didn’t look that good when I dropped it off. My car has a special finish on the paint and they even got that right. They made sure the sensor on my car was replaced and still working efficiently. They also gave me a list of everything that was fixed and let me know it is all under warranty. I don’t remember for how long but it was quite some time! All in all, I am very satisfied and so happy. I felt like I was driving off the lot in a new car :’)

Took my girlfriends car a few weeks ago for a new front bumper and under shield/ splash guard. Everything started off wonderful and so professional. Even got the car back earlier than expected. BUT. That’s because they didn’t even complete the job, whole splash guard was missing so the under-shield was dragging. Who let’s a car out of a shop like that. They drilled a plate onto the brand new bumper when they confirmed they wouldn’t.when the car got returned for the splash guard they missed a screw that we noticed when changing the oil. It also makes a long bang when turning the car to the right now. All these complications for the easiest repair and THEY WONT EVEN REPLY TO OUR EMAILS NOW. Please avoid them at all costs

As a whole I was pleased. They had taped a tag on the inside of the passenger window. They pulled it off leaving all the sticky residue. After being in 90s. I didnt see it until I got home. I dont know why they didnt clean it off. It left a negative view of them in my mind.

I had a comprehensive claim -- $1900 worth of front bumper and wheel well damage. I worked with Adam Thornburgh. He went above and beyond to make sure my 2010 Mazda 6 was good to go when I got it back. Even had my husbands Jeep headlamp covers polished up (complimentary). These guys are great to work with. I will never take my car anyplace else for body work. Very satisfied!

My experience was a nightmare. I was told this was a great shop to take my car to. However that was not the case. No one updated me on what was happening with my car no matter how much a called no one called me back. I left several messages. My car was done a day later than expected. Which wouldnt be so bad had someone reached out and told me hey its going to be another day. But that didnt happen till a day later! At which point I got an email telling me the phone lines were down and had been for about two days. Oddly covenant but whatever. I had called several times during the time their phones should have been up and it was impossible to get ahold of anyone to figure out what was going on. The repair itself was not bad they did a okay job. But that very same day I got my car back it died a couple hours later. Would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Crash Champions did a great job with my car. This is the best collision repair Ive experienced. My parked car was in a hit and run with some pretty extensive damage. Crash Champions worked closely with my insurance (State Farm) and kept me continuously updated on the repair. During the process they found some additional suspension issues with my car that werent readily visible. They worked on this until the job was done and the alignment was correct. Adam (the person who works with State Farm claims) was easy to work with. I was also able to return my Enterprise car right there. My car looks great.

Chose Crash Champions hesitantly as they are recommended by my insurance company after an accident. I was pleasantly surprised how transparent, communicative and accommodating they were with me. It was a large repair, but they allowed me to see my car twice along the way and were able to get me a loaner when my rental through insurance had to be returned. Very thorough and so far so good on the repairs to my car. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I will definitely come back.

I had to come back for a paint issue on a repainted area, which was told to me was due to dust in the showroom environment while painting. That was not a very acceptable response or outcome, however I couldn’t afford to go through the whole repaint process again, thus the manager proposed to add it in the notes so that if something happens can be handled in warranty. However this is not a very acceptable outcome.

Easy to find on maps I received efficient detailed estimate the way I specified I didnt feel they tried to spare me any expense though.i had got a second estimate it caused me to question there means is it best service to the customer or you desperately take advantage to pocket max profit off each customer threw insurance I understand but someone paying cash to avoid insurance going up ????maybe its just me other then that very friendly service

I took my vehicle here for an inspection/appraisal after a tree fell on my car. Even though the vehicle was totaled out and they weren’t able to do any repair work, interacting with the staff was such a positive experience that I was blown away. Every time I talked to someone, they were so nice and helpful and that’s (as sad as it is to say) hard to find as a female with the auto industry. I hope I don’t need their service again, but if I do I know that I’ll be in good hands here.

I had an early morning mess up a week and a half ago. I sideswiped a crosswalk sign in a parking lot. You know the ones, big metal pipe full of concrete sticking out of the ground about five feet. Well, they go down into the ground the same amount, and therefore dont budge an inch of you hit them.Mind you, I did this in my wifes Cadillac SRX. The drivers side doors were caved in, drivers mirror was destroyed, and the center post was pushed in. It was a mess.Crash Champions did such an amazing job. Im absolutely stunned. Our SRX looks as if the accident never happened. To say its flawless work is an understatement. And they were quick. Less than 10 days to get our car back. Perfect match on the paint, which is no small feat. Our car is a metallic flake bronze. To look at it, its as if they got the paint from the same batch as the factory. On top of the beyond excellent repair work, they also gave the car a nice detailing, from the looks of it.Thank you so much for the care and detail you put into our repair!
