Today was my first time going into CosmoProf & it was amazing experience! Joanna was so pleasant & extremely helpful. I will definitely continue purchasing my products there, specifically because of her customer service!!!

Is there a reason the door is constantly locked and you have to bang on the door/call every time you want to shop at this location? Every time I come to the Hilliard location it’s always a hassle and the woman working is always MIA or walking around in the back. So frustrating

As a barber I always get the sideways look walking into any CosmoProf I understand that but thats no excuse for terrible customer service. I asked multiple people about certain products and basicly got sent away. After not finding what I went for I proceeded to cash out and the girl was very unpleasant. She seemed to be very upset she had to do her job after enthusiastically cashing out the woman ahead of me.

The lady there is always so helpful. I always feel very welcomed when I come in.

The guy working was rude, unhelpful and demeaning. Don’t call another adult “kid” and look at them like they’re a 14 year old trying to buy alcohol. This location will never get my business.
