Being a loyal Cricket costumer for almost 5 years i can say that (Justin) is the best Cricket representative in the area, the only one who cares about a costumer, i got my problem resolved in 5 minutes.

Love this store...100% go in and ask to speak to the big dude with the pink hair (Josh) he really knows his stuff and goes above and beyond for every customer. Went in expecting to get a good deal he got me an AMAZING deal and on a phone I didnt think I could even get!

This store deserves 0 stars. I have been trying to get a refund from them for several weeks and they refuse to give me my money back.Ryan and Branden both lied to me and convinced me to purchase two phones and lied about the available features that could be purchased for them. Even after contacting the regional manager he claims that Cricket cannot refund me my money. Im now out over $100 and had to go to another carrier that wouldnt lie to me and steal my money. They dont value their customers in the slightest.
