The BEST smoke shop experience ever!!! I just came to inquire about a beginner hookah kit. The greeting alone was so warm I didnt want to leave. This place is absolutely amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help. Good smoke shops are hard to come by but this place has everything plus some. Im officially a regular here and Im brand new to the area.

Went in and spoke to the Manager and asked a million questions about purchasing a dry herb mod. They sold me on everything except for the most important. They were so focused on making the sale they compromised their integrity. They kept information that they new about the product and also failed to mention verbally that there were no returns on anything purchased at their location. And have it written in the middle of a convoluted receipt. Bad business practices matched with a sketchy staff equals a terrible experience for our community. Not to mention everything is marked up an additional 25% compared to purchasing online

Terrible customer service! Rude, dishonest and disrespectful. We bought a glass product and the cashier handed us our purchase with the bag handle and we left. The bottom of the bag gave way taking it out of the car and our purchase broke! The shop refused to exchange or acknowledge any negligence. They offered a discount on a replacement but why did would I??? No thanks! They even lied and said they told us to hold the bottom of the bag (they didn’t).

I have ventured into many smoke shops. This one is my favorite hands down. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. As well as discreet; when I brought my vape in bc it wasnt working, they went through all the possibilities and finally handed it back to me and quietly told me to charger. They were that kind every time I brought one in.... with the same problem a lot of the time 😉.The prices are the best around, even compared to online prices. There is always something new, so I like to visit often.And I would be remiss if I didnt mention the owner. He is absolutely one of the kindest person I have had the good fortune to meet. He truly cares about his customers and his staff.I love this store and love those guys even more.Ask whats deals they have going on they wont let you down ☺️.

This place used to be great, but in the last few months theyve really gone down in overall quality of customer care, yet seem to keep raising prices. At this point, it you want to pay 150% of an items price, by all means come here, but otherwise id recommend almost anywhere else. I guess you cant expect much from a headshop seemingly run by a bunch of 17 year olds.

This place gets all 5 stars. I just got a Dr.Dabber, its pretty expensive if your into that stuff but whatever, I wanted it and I was SO happy. Came home, it charged for 2 hours and still didnt work. I tried a different plug, all night this pen charged and just wouldnt turn on. Never was able to use it yesterday the day I originally got it. Went there today showed the guys my video, they never saw anything like that and gave me an even exchange and they made sure it worked, it was good! I love it! Brought my husband there too and he loved it. Way better than Waterbeds n stuff IMO. Thanks Hippie Hut!!

I have been shopping here since it was a tiny shop in Circleville, and have never had a problem until today. Yesterday I went in to look at vape devices, and had no idea what I was looking for. My boyfriend and I spent over an hour with a sales representative, asking questions and what not. We ended up spending $198 for 2 devices and 3 juices for the vapes. I specifically asked the sales rep if I had everything I needed to set my device up and he said yes. When I got home I realized that it takes 2 special rechargeable batteries. These arent regular batteries that you can buy anywhere, and when I called back the guy apologized, saying he didnt realize that the device took batteries, which I didnt want. He said I could return the device within 48 hours, as I had found the one I really wanted (it was out of stock at the store) online and purchased it instead, and he said that was fine. Fast forward to today. I drove all the way back from Obetz to Hilliard where Im told they dont do returns, only exchanges. Ive already bought one online, and dont need a store credit, especially when I was given the wrong information all around. I didnt want a device that takes batteries, didnt want to spend $30 for the 2 batteries necessary to operate said device! I just wanted the $70 back for the device they sold me! I am probably going to try and sell the $70 gift card they gave me, and wont be returning again. Youve lost a loyal customer of well over 10 years, and I wont be referring anyone else to your establishment

They have a great selection of pieces but the bearded dragons they have in the store looked so depressed. It’s such a small cage and they were so dirty poor babies. They aren’t properly taken care of and don’t get the right food or lighting... they need to be rescued

Terrible customer service! Defective vape pods, wouldnt do anything when brand new pod leaked all over and broke my vape pen.This was my third time coming here. The guy working recommended the Phix. I never tried this brand, so I tried that. I didnt really like the flavor of the first first pack of vape juice, but it wasnt horrible. A piece of the vape pen broke when I took it out of the box, but it was just a clip on thing so I didnt care.I didnt really like the second flavor either, so I was really hoping Id like the flavor this time since the pen was over $30.I decided on a new flavor that I didnt see at this store the first two times I was there. It was in a different box, so different brand than the first 2. $20+ for 4 pods.I tried the first one when I got back to my car. It didnt work. I tried the one I already had just to be sure, and it worked.I went back in and told them it didnt work. The manager (Im assuming because he was doing paperwork and was older) opened a pack he had behind the counter and gave me one pod. I thought he would have traded a new pack but he just gave me one. Back to my car again.I figured I should test the rest of the pods in pack in case the whole box was defective. It was. The first didnt work, second didnt work and the last pod in box leaked all over the place and I got a bunch in my mouth when I took a hit.I tried the pod I had before I came to this store that I will never visit again and my vape pen no longer worked.So the leaking pod from a pack I just bought broke my vape pen.I was still in the parking lot.I went back in again and told him what happened and he said he cant do anything and to call the manufacturer and that was all. Seems like a place with good customer service (I have worked in customer service over ten years) would have replaced the pack and broken pen and then contacted manufacturer themselves to be refunded.Now I had no vape at all and had to go to a different store and get a new vuse kit (vuse solo always breaking too, Im just going to try to quit).I will NEVER visit this store again.They do not stand behind their products. They didnt even give me a receipt, so I probably wont be able to do anything with manufacturer, but Ill try.Im so mad! $20 plus tax for the pods and over$30 for the pen, so Im out over$50 and the manager did nothing. Im surprised at all the good reviews! This place is awful!*Replying to owners comment*You replaced ONE pod ONE time, not two. I initially bought pods and left, I came back and you replaced only one pod. The second time I came back saying the whole pack was defective and since you didnt replace the whole pack the first time I came back,one of the defective pods leaked and broke my vape pen- and you said we replaced one pod already and there is nothing else you would do and to call manufacturer of pods.
