Never answers their phone. I called to check up to see if my FedEx package had been picked up. No one answers. Tried the pharmacy, no answer. This Walgreens is not that busy. I was told when I dropped off the package that Id get a text message verification. I never got it. Now Im worried cuz the package is MIA. Im going to have to drive up there now to ask a question. Inconvenient!

Super rude employee named Debby. She was rude to me and her staff, was not helpful at all! In fact, I think she should retire because she is obviously miserable. On the other hand, a work named Lucy or Lacy (can’t remember) was super nice and helpful and apologized that we were given such bad service. Seems like they need to reevaluate some of the employees there.

Not sure what the name of the older lady with glasses at the register. But she is so rude. I always go here but when I encoutered her, I wouldnt wanna go back here anymore.

This an awful Walgreens. I went in looking for Drip Drop ORS Electrolyte Powder. No one could find it. So I placed an online pick up order and it was there 30 min later. I asked where was so I could come in and just buy it in the future. The lady gave me 3 or places it could be. Seriously you couldn’t take a min and show me.

The lady that help me out was wonderful. She had a red mask on and spirit for days. She was greeting everyone that walk through that door. Go say HI to her. Give her a raise.

Sandra manages to put a smile on my face every time I walk into Walgreens. She is the sweetest most humble employee I have seen there.

Its extremely unfortunate when one employee ruins the whole experience. A girl (who is named after a certain month) who works at the pharmacy is always confused by the same prescription Ive been getting for the last 10 years. Not only does she argue about it (she is wrong every time) but she is so RUDE! We love Dominic and Heather so they make up for it.

Check your receipts! They always charge you more at the register than the tags are listed in the store, so shady and unethical. Visited today and the manager told me he was in the process of changing prices and he would not honor the price listed on the shelf. You have lost a good customer of 10+ years. Spent $150 today in the store, also use you frequently for photos, prescriptions and clinic, canceling it all. The price listed on the price should always be the same price at the register!

The Ladi who dose the passport photo her name Renee she’s really very unwilling to help. She is very rude. But the guy at Register he’s super nice.

All of the pharmacists that have helped me the last two years have been great. My complaint is their computer system which has kicked me out of the automatic refill at least four times, which meant I had to call in my monthly prescription again and again (but first world problems, I know).

Person handling the passport pictures was very unwilling and/or helpful about trying to digitize a copy of my passport picture. It was in their computer and she refused to transfer it into a flash-drive (which I said I’d buy there) or email it. She could only burn it on a CD and I don’t have a CD Rom to read it.That and the attitude 👎👎.

They always seem to have what I need and the store is easy to navigate. The cashiers are friendly and fast.

I will never shop here again. The manager and the guy at the register were talking about me being suspicious, she had already approached me earlier with the whole can I help you b.s I try not to get offended when they do this but I was polite and answered her, they didnt realize I was standing right by them. Really though.. What did I do? But look around for what I needed. I make more then any of you I am no thief. yall lost my business forever.

I have been very sick for 10 days, signed in to this clinic knowing I needed an antibiotic and probably more. I always had very good care at the Henderson Road location. I proceeded to wait over a half hour to be seen, with no one in the place but the practitioner and a patient which I heard discussing everything and anything but health care in the exam room. I was so tired and sick, I just had to leave. I grabbed a card from the station, this practitioners name is Martha Minnich but I cant be sure if that was who was behind the room I had to listen to while I blew my nose and slept. Pharmacist told me to sit down. ???

Good service and they always have something on sale that peaks my interest.

The online inventory system is godawful. THREE TIMES its said something is in stock, when it hasnt been. First time was for an energy drink thats exclusive to them...drove out of my way to grab it from a store that had 2-5 in stock, but no one at the store had ever even heard of it. Second time, learned my lesson and called a different store that had 6-9 in stock, but they couldnt locate it and had never heard of it, either.This last time, went in to get a TENS unit for an aching back and foolishly trusted, since it was a Walgreens product and the internet stated there were 2-5 in the store near me, that there would be some there. None whatsoever. Worthless store, worthless inventory system.
