Great prices polite workers very helpful. I love doing many diffrent crafts and painting. I get most my supplies there.

Sad that AC Moore was bought by Michaels. AC had a better selection of art supplies and better prices.

First time going to AC Moore ... loved, loved, loved! Very clean and organized. Well stocked, reasonable prices, nice sales, friendly staff. Projects running through my mind going down each aisle....I will definitely will be back.

I love this store! They have an excellent selection, and a good rotation of miscellaneous limited time items, so its always fun to go visit. The prices are good, and they have a 15% off discount for college students if you show your college ID. Its definitely my personal favorite craft store. Im giving it five stars because it hits all the marks of a good craft store.

Located almost directly across the road from Michaels, A.C. Moore is very similar Michaels - until its time to pay. A.C. Moore is noticeably less expensive, which is refreshing! Also, I was greeted by someone shortly after I entered the store, and she ended up knocking a dollar off of a specific item that I needed, but had been opened and slightly damaged. Likewise, the woman who checked me out was super friendly. This was my first visit to A.C. Moore. I will definitely be back, and I will definitely go here before going to Michaels in the future.

Great alternative to other craft stores in the area. Great prices, good selection, and quality products. I love all of the inspiration items to help me see how things /could/ come together. Definitely worth a stop, and Ill be a returning customer. (-1 star because the aisles are so close together.)

The Grand Opening sale was awesome.I got art materials for an amazing price. Im hoping to find more deals in the future. They carry a decent selection of pains, brushes and canvas. I will update if I notice the prices are much higher than my current art materials shop... Nicely organized... Great customer service!

Love this place there are not many crafts stores left that are not sky high in prices. Can always find what Im looking for plus more and at go prices

Pros: somewhat different inventory than Michaels, they have some good deals that stack with coupons on the app. They have higher end supplies (like fancy paper, including Arches) available and their mid-range value brand seems better quality than the Michaels equivalent.Cons: their prices in general are quite high compared to Michaels and JoAnns. Arches 300lb cold press watercolor paper, for example, was regular price literally more than twice the online price from Arches own Amazon storefront. You really have to catch a specific deal or clearance to beat the other main craft store prices.They appear to be way less staffed than Michaels or JoAnns, the only staff I have ever seen on three occasions was a single checkout person.

A super new arts and crafts store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ive been there 4 times and have had good experiences each time.

It’s a nice store, but the isles are small and the cashier (Jae) said, I could only use one coupon and another 20% percent off your total purchase. Another cashier (Natalie) told me it’s the companies policy. I have never heard of a company that does this. Jae and Natalie were genuine to me, and gave good customer service.

I waited in about a 40 person line to get a free $10 gift card at the grand opening with my father to learn when we got to the door that they were out of gift cards. I am very disappointed because the ad CLEARLY stated that the first 100 people would receive one. We went in thinking that maybe they gave you one at checkout and they dont. Too bad cause along with that gift card we were going to spend money as well. Instead we walked out not spending a dime. Too bad your store falsified its ad

I have not been to the store but I got an ad today. No place on the ad is there an address or phone number. Might be nice if that was included!

This place is awful! The staff is not helpful and the cashiers have never seen a cash register before....this is a low budget Hobby Lobby that is overpriced

Very nice large store that has just about anything you would need to do crafts, decorating and baking. Prices seem to comparable to Michaels across the road.

Love the contents of the store but their sales and craft cash are a joke. They only apply to so few items that unless your dropping $100 on full price general merchandise you cant use any of it. And you cant tell which items apply untill you go check out. This used to be my go-to craft store 10yrs ago in NC. Pretty sure I wont be back. Too much b.s.

Stopped in tonight w a sale ad that I JUST received this week, either in the bag papers or the junk mail flyers. It was specifically advertising sales over veterans day, had a coupon for 20% off total purchase, including sale items. My purchase of an already on sale gingerbread house kit was a good deal b4 i handed the paper to cashier. She then informs me that coupon has expired...what??? I JUST got it this week. Spent less than $10 but still...talk about false advertising!!! Even the cart we used had the same flyer laying in it...coupon was dated for LAST WEEK. I doubt I return...

1st visit to Hilliard location... Manager (Nicki) has very poor customer serivce skills, l was told by a staff person price of frames, when cashing out cashier-supervisor called to get verification of cleance price again then needed price override. I waited again for mgr Nicki with poor disposition to walk up front to decide she is not honoring the price/sale....you just lost a customer and additional future negative responses over a 5 dollar markdown!
