Had hummus, falafel and pita that was absolutely delicious while I was at a get-together. People were asking the person who brought it where she got it from. She said she got it from this store. I went straight there after I left the party to get some to take home. Delicious, fresh, reasonably priced and very friendly service.

Since my trip to Jordan a couple of years ago, I’ve never really been able to find a quality middle eastern store near where I live. After visiting this market I definitely found my store to get quality food and desserts! Fantastic owner who showed us around the store and let us sample some different foods! Will definitely be back soon!

First visit to this bakery. The staff were extremely friendly giving us a tour of the store and bakery, complete with samples of their goods. The pita bread was the best by far along with their freshly made hummus. A broad selection of Mediterranean grocery items compliment an amazing bakery.

This place has great customer service and offers authentic traditional Mediterranean dishes which is rare to find in Central Ohio. I ordered a large tray of mansaf for a friends gathering and we absolutely loved it! The lamb was so tender and the creamy yogurt was perfect with its aromatic spices. It was delicious!

The owner and his son were incredibly kind and generous. They were super accommodating and very knowledgeable about products. My husband is Lebanese and was excited to check this store out when we visited Ohio. They offered us samples of their falafel and freshly made hummus...amazing. They have a restaurant in the store and they also cater for events. We will definitely return when in the area.

I only go there for Halal meat. Fresh meat and chicken. Mohammad chops the meat in the fashion I request. All employees are nice and accommodating. If youre there check the bakery items, fresh off the oven and delicious.

This was my first time going there, and I really liked it. Its so clean and everything is well-organized and the falafel and Hummus are so good and fresh. Its a 25 minute drive from my home, but its worth it. Will sure be coming back!

This is a true diamond in the rough. When we walked in the store the owner immediately greeted us. Upon learning we wanted to try the restaurant he offered us a free sample of falafel and hummus. We ordered several items including the Falafel sandwich, Idaqi Kabab sandwich, Shawarma Gyro, and Kefta sandwich. The flavor and spices were out of this world. All were divine. Service was fast. We were regularly checked on. The owner even gave us a tour before we ordered. He was very kind and truly wanted to ensure we were pleased. He recommended we try some of the desserts such as the Warbat. Definitely did not disappoint. We were greatly pleased and would highly recommend this tasty test. Also... Four sandwiches, two drinks, and two desserts all for $38... Including tip! And they made fresh bread daily. It was all so tasty.

A real Aladdins cavern for the the food adventurers willing to try new flavours and dishes. Very smiling people that will delight your palate with their homemade falafels and humus (a real delight for the taste buds) as welcoming start. My daughter and I stopped in to check it out and we were surprised. It was an amazing store to explore with new foods and spices. When the gentleman at the counter learned we were new to the store he immediately answered all our questions and got a sample of their made in store hummus and falafel. It was wonderful. Fresh meat and bakery items.

Restaurant is very very good and always fresh. The pita bread they sell is delicious. Workers are VERY helpful and respectful. Store prices are fair and reasonable. I would recommend this store to anyone. This is the only Arabic store I will go too.

I was hungry and saw it while passing by and decided to give it a try. The staff was friendly, gave me explanation of the menu, and gave me recommendations. The beef sandwich, falafel and hummus were all very good. Recommended.Also, falafels are 5 for $1. So good.

Hands down the BEST middle eastern grocery north west side of columbus! Orlando grape leaves in stock, fresh meat. Their hummus and falafel is to die for and made fresh daily. They do catering! And have super soft pita. Koosa scoops and koosa zucchini too! Soooo good!

Middle eastern food and service here is better than most. Great place to chill, get away, eat some good food. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Prices are appropriate for the quality. I can see why they have a lot of good reviews.

What a hidden gem! You know you will find super authentic food if you find an obscure specialty market that only makes a few menu items at the back of the shop :) Went there on a hunch while passing through Columbus and got dinner to feed a family of 6. The hummus was incredibly smooth and creamy. The house-made pita was still warm when I bought them. I got a bunch of falafel and shawarma (chicken and lamb) sandwiches. They were frying up fresh falafel for me and even gave one for me to try before having me order, just to make sure I liked it. I also got a dozen of fresh Persian cucumbers to eat with the hummus - they were so crunch and fresh. Their hot sauce was potent with punchy heat. I implored them to sell me a box of fresh baklava and they gave in to my pleading even though they said it was already reserved. Haha thanks! The service was quick and attentive with great prices. Thank you and wish you the best in your business!

My wife and I came here for some lamb and left with so much more. The very kind man at the front (who I assume to be the owner) told us about the fresh pita, hummus, and falafel! Sure enough it was some of the best pita and hummus Ive had! I would recommend this place for any of your Mediterranean food needs, we will definitely be returning here again. There is also a restaurant in here, so well have to plan more time to eat there before we get groceries.

This place is amazing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming offered me a free falafel piece for my first time. The chicken shawarma and side of hummus, I could go there everyday just for the hummus. I will definitely be returning again for the food and the groceries.

I have had shawarmas from here and several jarred vegetable items as well as sardines and everything has been great! I totally do not believe the guy who stated 12 falafel salad platter for 12.99 because we were just in there and were told that they are four for a dollar.. that person must not have checked their container to verify their order nevertheless I highly recommend this place. The fresh made hummus is good.

NOTE: There is a restaurant in this grocery store! I visited here with a friend of mine on a whim while we were walking past. We were immediately welcomed and asked if it was our first time — we said yes. They walked us to the back of the store and offered us a sample of their falafel & hummus from the small restaurant — best I’ve had in the city, hands down. I immediately bought a bunch of each. They answered all of our questions, gave us a tour of the grocery selections, offered us more samples. Truly incredible friendliness and service. You would be doing yourself a great disservice to miss out on what I hope becomes a staple of Columbus.

What an amazing store. I was instantly greeted and offered a tour of the store and selection. The owners and kitchen were sociable and helpful! They have a great selection of middle eastern spices, teas, snacks, and foods. The kitchen has the best hot sauce, homemade hummus, falafel, and kibbeh. This is also the most authentic kebab I have had outside of Europe.

Great store with authentic goods. Owner is SUPER nice. He gave us samples of different things that were all very wonderful. The café has home-cooked food that is tasty and very reasonably priced. We will be looking forward to coming back and trying some of their baked goods and more sweets!

If you want true Middle Eastern food look no further. From the falafel to the hummus, this place doesn’t disappoint.When you first walk in, the place is stocked full of unique foods (that I will be back to try). The hidden gem however, is when you walk to the back and find a counter where you can order all types of food from meats to breads that are all hand made.A large part of the store that I enjoyed (however, it may be because I have a small obsession with drinking it) is the variety of teas that they stock that I’ve never heard of before.The best part of all of this however, is the price of the food and each stocked item. You just can’t beat it. From less than $9 for a tin of tea that I will enjoy for months, to hummus that kept me stuffed for the rest of the day, I’m happy I checked this place out and I will be back.

The market had Mediterranean fares, but the cafe in the back is the real secret gem. You have to walk up and ask for service and its very laid back. The staff is friendly and treats you more like family in their kitchen than a traditional American restaurant with waiters. The food was so good we tried four sandwiches between the two of us just to try them. Drinks are found in the stores cooler where we picked them up ourselves. If youre confused about how it works, just ask them. The food was beyond amazing and incredibly priced. Falafel is 4/$1 and the best Ive had in town. Their hummus is better than anything you can get in the store. Grab some to go in addition to their freshly baked flatbreads.

My husband and I have been looking for a nice middle eastern market in Columbus since we moved here and we finally found our go to! The store was clean and organized and the staff was so friendly. We also tried the chicken shawarma and falafel sandwiches and they were the best we’ve had in awhile! Will definitely continue coming back!

Im from out of town but have visited this place twice when traveling through. Their restaurant food is delicious and the prices are good. Very friendly staff. Will look forward to stopping in some more.

My brother and I tried this authentic Mediterranean grocery store and found they serve fresh meals in the back. We saw that outside of the Middle Eastern imported grocery items, they sell Halal meats, falafel, hummus, and all of that traditional fare.We got a pack of fresh pita bread, a tub of hummus, falafel, complimentary spicy sauce, and some traditional Middle Eastern beverages. The food is absolutely delicious and very affordable - think your more expensive fast casual quality of food but for fast food prices.I also purchased a very large tin of Arabic loose leaf tea to take home for only about $8.00. It’ll last me quite some time!Another thing to mention is the sense of community I found here. The owner and staff were so hospitable and helpful when I was deciding what to order and even what type of tea to get. Also, complete strangers to me came in and welcomed me to the shop and also gave their suggestions. As someone who is not as familiar with Middle Eastern culture or cuisine, this was so comforting and ensured I had a wonderful experience.For those that are familiar with this cuisine and those that are new, this place is fantastic. I only wish I lived closer!

Most reasonably priced falafel (3 for $1) and freshly made! Wow! They also accept EBT cards for grocery purchases. They also have fresh pita and lafa bread, and fresh haloumi cheese! So glad to find this hidden gem. And bulk spices for reasonable prices.I would take away half a star as I was unimpressed with the chicken shawarma. I wish I could find lamb shawarma somewhere locally.But I will definitely be back here frequently.While we were in the store, we spotted an employee praying on a mat in the corner and at a different point, saw the butcher transferring a whole skinned goat or lamb from the back into their freezer. My child was surprised to see the head still attached. Now that’s an authentic experience.

WOW is really the only word that comes to mind while visiting this SPECIAL GEM. Today was my first time visiting, and let me just say it will not be my last. This will be my weekly spot to stop. The owners are amazing to say the least, again this was my first time in their establishment and I was truly treated as I were part of their family. Instantly I was offered a free sample of their Falafel and I am not being extra when I say that it was hands down the best Falafel I ever tasted in my life. I decided to order the chicken Shawarma and again I am blown away and speechless of the quality and taste of the Shawarma. in their store they have pretty much anything you can think of, and they are ready to help explain anything you need help with. I give them 10 out of 5 stars for their food and quality, and I give each employee (owners) a 100 out of 5 stars for being the people they are because they are amazing. I cannot wait to come back and see you guys soon!

Fresh hummus, pita and baklava made daily along with an offering of kibbeh falafel and schawarma. Stop in here and support a local business and eat some delicious and affordable food!
