You cannot beat the personal attention you get at Avid Lighting! The customer service folks at the big box stores could not have handled my request to swap the globes on my lights as effectively -- they just dont have the knowledge of their product. But Liz at Avid understood me immediately and checked in repeatedly to get what I wanted quickly. I will definitely shop there again!

I wish we had visited Avid Lighting first in our quest to find just the right lighting solution for our kitchen remodel! The other more advertised stores were a waste of time. Samanthas lighting and design knowledge made our experience fantastic. Avid Lighting will be our source for all our future lighting needs.

We heard about Avid Lighting after contacting Hinkley directly with questions about their lights. When visiting their showroom we were quite surprised at the selection of lights. Not to mention how helpful Elizabeth was in assisting us with our final selection. She provided excellent customer service which is hard to find these days. I had a wonderful experience through Avid Lighting. Sam was exceptional to work with! I had no idea what in the halogen I was doing when it came to choosing a vintage modern look that was cohesive on the inside and outside of my home but she knew exactly what would work with my style! (I learned what halogen was thanks to Sam.) I was even able to call her while I was picking out lightbulbs and she not only told me which bulbs to get, but explained why it mattered depending on the room and fixture. I never knew there was so much to know about lighting. I will be making more purchases for more house updates in the future. Thank you Sam and thank you Avid Lighting!

I accidentally broke a lighting fixture in my rental apartment. Rather than have the apartment replace the fixture (which would’ve cost me twice as much), I went straight to the company where it was purchased. I worked with Nathan from start to finish. I cannot express just how awesome and professional the service was. I got the replacement piece at a very reasonable price and Nathan made sure it was delivered as quickly as possible.
