A good and proper bagel. Friendly service and somewhat promot. They have limited hours and do get crowded. I am giving them 3 star is because the prepared food is on the bland side ( not seasoned well). That being said, the Bagels them selves are very good and you can call ahead and it should be ready for pickup. As always be mindful and enjoy.

Got the Tasty Turkey sandwich. The double baked hash brown tasted okay, blueberry muffin as well. My reasoning for the 1-star review is that the sandwich has NO TURKEY which was mostly the reason why I ordered it.

If you don’t care about value for money, than it’s an ok place. But the bagels here are around the 6$ without meat... if you are not lazy, make one at home for less than 10% of the price...

I was blown away at this yummy place. I ordered the Turkey sausage bagel and an orange juice. It did not disappoint. Sometimes sausage can be abrasive on my digestion - with higher fat and a lot of spices ... but I didn’t have a problem with theirs. It wasn’t overly spiced and it wasn’t greasy. I will be coming back - oh and the front desk was... delightful!

So the food is great but at the 106ne Hillsboro location the white girl with the flowers tattooed on her left arm is a complete nightmare. She is extremely rude to multiple customers including myself for absolutely no reason. She should not be working in customer service or food service at all, people skills are trash. No wonder she doesn’t wear a name tag. She literally snapped on like 4 customers in a row, it’s insane she has a job, seriously.

Great bagels and coffee, awesome bagel sandwich options! I stopped in for the first time since the pandemic and was really impressed by how thorough they were with their social distancing precautions! They have a great system going on.I tried out the mobile order with curbside pickup and they did a great job with that too. Definitely my preferred fast breakfast food place! The vanilla hazelnut coffee is so much tastier than any of Panera’s flavored coffees.

The bagels are worth the lines. The people who work here are friendly and give great service. I love the Supernova and the Farmhouse bagel sandwiches. I usually can only eat half at a time because they are so filling.

I love these bagel sandwiches! So good! The restaurant also has a good flow and (when I was there on a weekday morning during Covid) cycled people out within 15 minutes with clear safety measures. I cant wait to go back!

It was pretty good for a serviceable bagel, nothing outstanding but is good. What did impress me was the coffee was decent for a bagel shop. I had their eggs and bacon on onion, as well as a mocha.

Horribly long wait in the morning and employees seem uninterested. Mobile orders table empty, waited 15 minutes plus for two orders.

Friendly service and a good selection of bagels. They offer other tasty menu items as well. The downside to this place is that breakfast style bagels are gone early and the store closes really early.

Great food but dont go in an hour before closing as there wont be any bagels left. I understand not wanting to waste food but twice weve left without ordering as when we walked in there was nothing left in the case that you would want to make a sandwich with, i was even willing to go with chocolate chip but that too was gone both times. Other places have plenty of bagels so not sure what the thought process is here

Very unfriendly staff. They all seem to really hate their jobs. And they never care how you want your coffee order. They just give it to you then you have to ask for everything... a stir stick, lid, sleeve, packets of sugar, room for cream. Its actually kindof funny how little they care. Theres only one lady here that does a fantastic job, Miranda. She is truly wonderful.

Restaurant was very clean. Had great coffee and the nova lox bagel sandwich was excellent.

We love this place so much. Before the pandemic. My and me used to go everyday. The staff is really friendly. I hope, everything will come back to normal conditions soon and we can come back now with our son.

Im not a regular bagel person, but Einstein Bagels is a favorite morning stop! Their cream cheese is what sets them apart for me. If you are a fan of sweet bagels, I recommend the honey almond cream cheese.

Ordered sausage and egg with two eggs and got no eggs! How they forgot the largest half the sandwich is beyond comprehension. Drove 15 min each way for utter disappointment :(Other Einstein locations have not had this problem

I was super disappointed with this place. I was craving a good cinnamon raisin bagel toasted however the bagel tasted bland and was extremely over coated with margarine. It was so extremely greasy and coated with it, it was barely edible. I tried two napkins to take over the extra however my napkins were so coated with grease I couldn’t get any more off. Won’t be back.

There food is always great, but they have a tendency to be slow. Even when thay are no busy, your going to wait a bit. To be fair, they probably do this to insure quality.The restaurant is always clean, even though I have never seen anyone cleaning. They must have some covert was of doing it. Anyways, they need to share this art of ninja cleaning with my kids

A very nice and large restaurant.There are a multitude of bagels to choose from and the help is very good. I had a bacon and egg bagel and it was excellent.The restaurant has plenty of seating and it was clean. Although the parking lot needed to be clean. They have plenty of coffee, different types and half and half and skim milk for the coffee.The bagels are great.

These guys are all Aces. The hearty breakfast bagels are - hearty. The lighter options are just that, light. Avacado Toast is a classic winner.

Close to my home which is nice. Like many other Einstein Bagels, but this is a clean cool and very open store. Good quality which I expect from the chain. Always happy here. Also not busy at 8: 30 am which was nice

Stopped here for breakfast on a Monday morning. I am not really into bagels and have limited knowledge about the topic in general, but I was blown away by how many different varieties of bagels you could get at this place. Got the jalapeno hummus bagel and it was delicious. I think Im gonna start eating bagels now thanks to this place.

If you order correct this place is a great breakfast spot.

Service was s.l.o.w.... line to order was counter to door. Paying took no time at all. Order was ready quickly. Food was tasty. But a 5 minute stop to grab a bite turned into 20+ minutes!!! Not to mention the group of asians standing around outside & blocking the exit door.

I come here almost daily. The employees are great and friendly. Everyone is hard working and seems to really enjoy working there. They always remember my crazy orders and dont mind special requests. And the food....always fresh and good.

Decent sized restaurant, always has business. The employees were nice and recommended some bagels to me. The bagels were a little pricey considering how small they were. They were all OK, they do run out of certain bagels fairly quick as well as rolls. Unless youre getting a very unique bagel its about as normal of a bagel sandwich as youll get, they have a lot of beverage options. Lots and lots of coffee. The bathrooms were really nice, the environment there was really great. Lots of friendly people. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for something different for breakfast.

I wish Einstein was smart enough to add whipped butter an alternative for people who cannot eat cream cheese. Like whipped butter with honey or whipped butter with chives and plain whipped butter...good selection of bagels though.

Lots of delicious options; healthy, sweet, savory/ filling etc. All food seems super fresh.I like the customization capabilities of the menu options. Very friendly service. Relaxed atmosphere. Wish there was a little more parking but considering the location theres not a lot they can do about that.

I didnt know I could have a favorite bagel place until I went here! Crazy number of flavors and spreads to put on them. They make sandwiches with the bagels too! Coffee because mornings suck. My co-worker introduced me to them when they got bagels and coffee for the office. I personally love the plain bagel and when I want a treat get the cheesey ones (all are good, trust me!)

Ive been here several times (not a regular customer) and each time has been consistently good. Service is always with a smile. The staff is very knowledgeable about their food and I have never been steered wrong when Ive asked for their opinion about what would be good to eat that day. The wait has always been minimal (I usually visit early on weekend mornings) and even the other customers are usually happy and friendly. The prices are reasonable and food quality is always very good. Coffee is always hot and in good supply with creams and sweeteners in good supply also. The tables, counters and floors are kept clean. Overall, a really nice place to grab a quick bite and coffee.

Was hungry. Never been to an Einstein before. Liked that they had a menu to look at while waiting in line. Found avocado toast as im trying to eat healthier but also feeling very hungry. Totally hit the spot with only 500 calories. Thanks Einstein.

The staff is very friendly and patient. They have a variety of bagels in flavors I wasnt expecting like french toast and hashbrowns. We ordered both breakfast sandwhiches and pastries everything was very fresh. Ill be back, frequently as they have many accommodations for diets from egg whites to thinner bagels and lower calories.

I went here for the breakfast sandwiches. On Sunday morning about 10:00 a.m. the place was packed. Sandwiches were excellent!

I eat here quite often as its close to my office and right across the parking lot from my yoga studio. They have good bagels and lots of choices for toppings. I usually get the Nova Lox on a toasted pumpernickel bagel. The staff is always cheerful and works to get your food to you quickly. I like their coffee too.

At height of service around 7am on a weekday, the service was extremely slow. At one point there were 5 people in line yet all three counter employees werent taking new orders but apparently were all working on one order. There is a lack of consideration by the employees that everyone in line were trying to get to work. Dont come here if on a time crunch.With that being said, the employees have a good attitude and are always joyful. My order has always been made to my specifications. Great place for weekend visit.

Seriously, if you consistently run out of garlic bagels before noon, and you close at 4, maybe start making more garlic bagels? 4 times ive been here in the last year. Never a single garlic bagel to be found...do better.

Had the Avacado toast on the everything bagel. Very well seasoned, and the bagel was very good too: crunchy on the outside and soft inside. Id highly recommend it!

I called at 6am for a large order and it was ready to go when I got there less than 2 hours later. The staff were great and very helpful!
