Today we went into this Comcast location and was immediately welcomed by Morgan and sat down to help my husband and I with returning equipment and picking up new equipment and refreshing our Comcast service. After having worked with her, we will now be switching our cell phone service through Comcast and home security as well.I recommend you ask for Morgan when visiting this location. Excellent customer service and genuinely polite and very helpful and patient when asking her questions.
Percy and Kat gave me personal, quick correct assistance on 2 different days this week. I would highly recommend this store for your equipment needs and any questions or concerns!
The manager is a liar and the other workers only concern is to sell sell sell no matter what happens or if you get stuck w a bunk phone
Compared to the online customer service, these brick and mortar folks are A-MAZING! They were very easy to deal with, understood the problem and were quick to find a resolution to the issue. The person who worked with me was very clear and did what they said they were going to do. They had a tiny sales pitch, but it wasnt annoying and it seemed like they knew their stuff and wanted to fill me in on an opportunity. I may actually take them up on it, once I upgrade my phone.So, kudos to real people who have the lattitude and training to truly help people!

WOW! Wish I could do more than 5 stars! Julian was so enthusiastic and energetic. He was more than willing to go through everything step by step with me. He also mentioned the Xfinity Flex, since I went in previously to switch my plan to just internet (it was not mentioned to me when I did so). I also had a few questions regarding the cell phone service as well and I will probably be back in to set that up, as long as he is there! He was also able to resolve a long running issue that multiple other Xfinity employees fixed. Best customer service experience I have had yet!
I have been with Xfinity since 2017. I am so disappointed with this company. I cant wait till the city of Hillsboro gets their internet up and running. I will be going with another company real soon!!

I had a problem with my wifes phone, so, after dealing with both online and phone customer service, I decided just to go to a store. This one was the closest, so I went here. They did the absolute minimum they could to help me, then just told me there is nothing they could do and I needed a new phone. The guy I dealt with seemed like he just didnt want to be there. When I got slightly upset at the lack of service he just seemed to shut down and basically ignore me. So, I left.I went to the Beaverton location and had a team or 2-3 people trying to figure out my problem. The phone did end up needing to be replaced but the team credited my account to cover fees and pay off the old phone.Dont waste your waste time. Just go the one off 185th.
Just had an amazing experience at this place! Went to drop off equipment and was greeted by a very friendly, knowledgeable and help associate named Julian. He made sure I was aware of all my options all without be pushy. Go see him and you wont be sorry!

First visit ended finding out that was pushed into upgrade to a new phone, when actually current would still work - later called a so-called-specialist and it boiled to that maybe in some areas I would not get full service experience. In sum, Comcast keeps on being the lame sleazy company that always been in the last 25+ years.Then the store manager - unprofessional and rude, leaving me standing for long time waiting for an answer, while he was hiding in the back room. Had to ask a clerk what was going on, and finally got it, but talk about provide customer service and give a good example - NOT. Yes, the service is cheaper, but selection is lousy and have no doubts - still is CONcast
Julian was an absolute help! He stayed an extra hour after closing just to help with all the things we needed to get done! And he has a really great sense of humor!He kept on making it known that he’s here to help us, and here to get all our things taken care of! I’ve never had such a better customer service experience.
Great experience with Alan! He was able to help me find the best option for our family. He and Julian were very personable and funny! Definitely a better experience here than the store on 185th and Cornell.

Man this place is simple, very Easy, and of course Awesome. The customer service was award winning. I was able to set up service and get equipment and leave with in 20 mins. That is what you call great Customer Service. I also witnessed a couple Bill pay in 5 mins. If you need service go there best experience Ever!!
Went in today after my Xfinity iPhone 11 Pro took a 10 foot fall to a concrete garage floor. While the phone miraculously survived, the Zagg Invisible Shield screen protector was toast. The representatives, Alan and Julian, were very helpful in setting me up with and installing the replacement. Outstanding, friendly customer service!
My best Xfinity interaction yet. I usually go to the tanasbourne location which has friendly staff but LONG wait times. I tried to go to that location to add mobile to my account 2 times now but it was too long and I had to leave. I saw the Hillsboro location where I was immediately helped by Julian and Zak. They were so nice and made great conversation while helping me! Kenny was pretty awesome too! Bravo guys! This is definitely my go to store now!

Exceeded my expectations! Zak, Kenneth, and Alan were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable.Our first visit was informational with Zak inquiring about getting new phones and the cost, 2nd visit with Alan who had a great personality and he was able to help us with purchasing our new iPhones and answered all of our questions. Last visit with Kenneth as a follow up and he was impressive and quickly resolved our concern about our account. He was very friendly. Also Alan helped us save money on our account in addition to the new phones.We didn’t have to wait long. The location was spacious and very clean and organized. I felt confident with the assistance from these three gentlemen.We already had service with Xfinity but switched from Sprint to Xfinity for our new cell phone carrier and we are happy we did.Added to review: 4/20/20...Maribel is very knowledgeable she knows her job well and answers questions for her coworkers too. She has a bubbly personality and was able to save us lots of $ and was very impressive. Additionally Art the manager was present during our visit, he helped us fix our voicemail that was only in Spanish and he was kind and fun too.These employees go out of their way to give you a good experience and save you $.
