The store is a mess with one checkout in the front, and no one on the floor to assist customers.. It takes forever to get out even when it is empty, especially when the cashier just disappears. This store cannot possibly be profitable .
A very kind woman named Ginny helped me in the cosmetics department. Her positive attitude radiated! Someone from Manhattan doesnt come across friendly people like that usually. I was extremely impressed and Ginny deserves a raise.🤩🥳🤗
I never write reviews but I felt compelled by the incredible service and care I received by Aliyah. My kids and I have been sick for two weeks, I was emotionally exhausted and it was so good to talk to Aliyah. She had everything I needed ready for pick up but what made my day was the empathy and care I felt for myself and my kids. She’s a gem of a human being and I’m so happy every time I come in and she’s at the pharmacy.
Ginny is so kind and helpful, she always goes out of her way to greet me when I come in. Really makes the difference!
Today was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any Walgreens. Most of them have been mediocre at best but I left with a smile on my face and a sense of relief because Aliyah took the time to listen. It was customer care at its finest and it was genuine. I felt like she really cared about my kid, he’s been sick for over a week and today his fever broke. She’s an incredible human being and great pharmacist. I’m grateful Walgreens employs people like her to get us through this pandemic. This has been rough on everybody, especially parents.
The manager at this store has an endless amount of patience with customers. He should be commended and given a raise. The last 4 times I have been there he had to deal with customers who were trying to return things without receipts, trying to use expired coupons, trying to get money back for items not on their receipts. He is a saint.
Professional pharmacy team and expediently delivered medication every time. Thank you Aliyah & staff.— Mr. Jerry CaropoloAuthorized Mon 14 Dec
Absolutely the worst Pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are extremely rude and dont know the systems. I received a flu shot with out much trouble other than an overall wait of close to an hour. I scheduled a pneumonia vaccine and had trouble twice as the person in the Pharmacy was not keying in the proper codes and said she couldnt help me. Both my Insurance company and myself were on extremely long hold times today and had the same issue of them picking up and putting the phone on hold again. Over a 45 minute hold time and never heard a human voice once. They held my prescription for what ever reason. I just went there and got the prescription back, came back home and was still on hold. Just real poor customer service from the pharmacy. Find another place to go while they receive the proper customer service training.
Went for a flu shot today after making an appointment. Was advised to make appointment so there wouldn’t be a wait. Waited 15 minutes, then was told that it would be about another 35-40 minutes!! Walked out without the vaccine. Will go somewhere else. Why make appointments if the wait is that long???
The pharmacy is awful. No smiles. No acknowledgement. The beauty department is fantastic. Pharmacy dept needs to be revamped. New management perhaps. The wait is always longer than 30 minutes. Always.
The cashier Patrice is extremely rude. The whole time of my transaction she never smile. She even give me that look when I change the product I was going to buy. Then I did second transaction and she gave me that “ugggghhh” reaction. When I asked her is there something wrong with what I’m doing she said No!.I don’t understand if you work in customer service then you giving your customer that attitude and vibe,Then why are u working in that area in the first place. You should be polite and smile at all times because that makes a huge difference.
While I was there to pick up a antibiotic medication, a friendly pharmacist by the name of Aliyah went over things to avoid while taking the medication.Actually the doctor at walk in clinic did not give us any warning about the medication, so I was very pleased to get the consultation. She also answered several questions I had about OTC allergy meds.I am very happy with the service there, so this pharmacy will be my primary choice going forward.
Poor customer serviceSushi food is expiredVery expensive goodsNot recommended at all
They pick up the phone and place it back on hold so the wait time doesnt go up but they never actually speak to you. I have been waiting on hold for 2hr 52 minutes. This has happened twice now, first time it was also over an hour. I never got to speak to someone.
Decent walgreens that looks like it needs some renovation. They also dont carry their own brand of sparkling water which I find to be odd.
Very disappointed to pick up my prescriptions to see one of the pharmacist not wearing her mask while filing prescriptions. Then when she came to the counter to hand my prescription over, she put her mask halfway on without covering her nose. This should not be allowed in a Pharmacy.
Has to be the worst pharmacy in Bergen County. Went there for an item that CVS was out of, made the mistake of dropping off off a renewable prescription while I was there. Have been there 5 times at various store hours. Drop Off bay has Next Window sign with arrow. Next window is Consultation, has same sign. Regardless of what you need, all customers eventually wind up at Pickup, which is divided into Express and regular lines. Those designations are meaningless. They dont differentiate, and Express is a concept that does not exist in that world. What does exist is a constant flow of angry, confused customers, all with medical issues, crowded into a small tight area with not enough seats to accommodate customers, often senior citizens, who were there more than an hour after being told there was a 20 minute wait. While the place is clearly understaffed, much of the wait time is due to the time it takes to sort out individual problems with prescriptions, and health insurance. Some of that happens in every pharmacy, but not like it does in this place. Inconvenience is one thing, but safety is a whole nother animal, and that is a really concern when you hear some of the dialog while waiting. There is a customer review from a pregnant woman whose insulin they screwed up. Scary. Im on my way to pick up my last refill. I was there yesterday, but they told me not to bother waiting. Im happy to know that I will never have to go there again.
Left on hold for 30 min trying to do a favor and call a rx in for a patient.Poor customer service !Why have a physician line if you dont answer it.
They made a mistake on my insulin when I was pregnant. I caught it when I got home and when I called they seem more annoyed than apologetic. I started moving my prescription to a different pharmacy.
My physician called in a prescription two days ago and not only is it not ready.....I can’t even get ahold of anyone to help me.
Customer service sucks, not at all helpful. If I could give it negative stars I would.
It took me an hour to get flushots... Poor service.
Poor service... always keep you waiting even for small things.
The pharmacy is ok with mediocre customer service.
Good store
