Fast, Friendly and efficient. They were willing to take my vehicle the same day I inquired. Checked their inventory quickly. Asked to schedule for the next day with no hassle what so ever. Pulled up the next day, dropped off the key, and got a call a few hours later notifying me that a new windshield was on my vehicle. They even took the liberty to vacuum the interior and remove the parking stickers from my old windshield and placed them accordingly on the new one. As Professional as it can get.

The owner personally worked on my vehicle. I have never been treated with such kindness. The windshield had cracked but the roof had rusted so badly that there was nothing left to hold the windshield. On top of all that my roof had been leaking due to the rust (several inches across the entire top of the windshield). Other shops told me to take in my 20 year old vehicle for body work, but I couldnt afford or justify that. The vehicle ran just fine by but I was required by law to repair the crack in the windshield to pass safety check. The owner himself took off all the rust, put on new metal, removed the mold, primered everything and just charged for some materials and the price of the windshield! This made my year! Harry has truly been a blessing to our family.

Fantastic service! I called 3 companies. The first one was 5 minutes before closing and they didnt answer their phone. Four minutes before closing I called Precision. Harry quoted me a price and he didnt like that number. He called me back after hours with a much better price. The third company took my call but never called back with a quote.I had to wait for the work to be done so I brought a chair and a cigar and played on my computer. Harry came out with a bottle of water for me. He finished the job before I knew it. He also polished my headlights, made my dash and door panels look like new. Thats saying a lot since my truck was in storage for 5 months and the dash and doors were funky with mold. (I was gonna get to it...)Theyre very appreciative of business. Their price was competitive and service was lightening fast. They even offered me a cold bottle of water and vacuumed out my vehicle as an extra bonus! They also have clean restrooms. Harry is very personable and professional. I have changed 3 older vehicle windshields over the years with him, each time he was ready for the appointment and got the work right on time. My back windshield shattered today when I shut my back door—unnerving to say the least. I drove my car down with a gaping hole to Precision Auto Glass and was greeted warmly and in a way that was calming. They had the part in stock and my car was fixed in 2 hours! They also THOROUGHLY cleaned the interior and the trunk to ensure there was no glass. Everyone treated me in such a friendly manner, I felt like family. More than AWESOME!

I had a break in and immediately called Precision Auto Glass to see if they could replace my window. When I called, Harry (the owner) answered and was extremely helpful. His friendly nature calmed me down from an upsetting situation. We had to order glass from Honolulu. I called a couple days later to check on the status of the glass and Harry remembered who I was by name before I even said who I was! Once the glass was in, he immediately found time to replace it for me. Got a crack in my windshield as I was heading to the Kona Side. Called Harry to get a quote and see if he has any windshields for my car. He said he doesnt have any in stock but he will order it either though I may or may not go to him for the service. In the end, I did decide to have Harry replace the windshield because of the numerous amount of people I spoke with that referred him. He was always in constant contact with me in regards to the whereabouts of my windshield. When it arrived at his shop, he immediately gave me a call to setup an appointment the next day. In about an hours time, my windshield was replaced and I was ready to go back on the roadHands down the best Auto Glass repair specialist in town. Harry and the son are very passionate about their work and it shows. Very professional. They also treat you like family, really showing the aloha spirit in every way. This is the place. Ohana owned and operated. The appointment was easy to make and they had my windshield in stock. They did the job right the first time. They even moved the little sticky on windshield reminding me of next oil change. They wont come to your house but they will give you a ride while they do the job. Dont expect a waiting room cause thiere isnt one. The price quoted was the price paid and it was a great price having shopped around. I dont wanna pay for another windshield but Id go here in a heartbeat if I went anywhere.

When Safelite told me that a replacement for my rear windshield wasn’t available in the entire country, I called around to local shops. Most said it would take a month or more, Harry got it on the island and repaired within 8 days! You can’t beat the professionalism and great service you get out of Precision Auto Glass!

100 stars would be only fair.I have seen some good people providing great service in my time. However, Harry is above and beyond anything I have seen. He is fun, funny, kind, generous, honest and amazing human being.I have a 2008 Suzuki Xl7 which I bought a year ago in California. I started getting massive amounts of water in my car right under the dash on to the floor. Because I was also hearing a whistling sounds at high speeds I thought I have a leak at the windshield. I made an appointment for resealing of the windshield. I was quoted $70 which I was happy to pay to fix the problem. I dropped the car and was greeted by team of friendly and professional people. I walked over to the near by subway to garb a sandwich. Within half hour I got a call that the car was fixed.It was not the windshield! It was clogged sunroof drain. When I got back Harry explained that he had pressure tested the cabin with 150 psi and found no leak at the windshield. But noticed the sunroof drains had a lot of dust and debris in them. He asked me to let him know if the problem is solved by the next rain fall. I asked to pay and he said there is no charge. I told him that if he would not charge me at least $40 or $50 I would not ever go back and would not send people....( I was trying my best for him to charge for the time he had put in) I did not succeed.Now! It rained so hard today and not a drop of water inside.Will call him tomorrow to thank him again.....better yet tomorrow i am delivering him and his team a few white pineapples from my land.God has blessed you with a kind heart Harry. Thank you soooo much.....you have a friend and a customer for life.

My wifes 2005 Honda CRV had a large crack in the front windshield. From the initial phone contact, to the payment, every interaction was pleasant, caring and professional. They had the windshield in stock and was able to complete the job on the same day of quote. They took less than 2 hours. Both Harry and his daughter went above and beyond in providing excellent work and excellent customer service. They have a very clean shop as well. Also the price was a few dollars less than another quote nearby. Would highly recommend this company if you need a new windshield in Hilo.

A mobile glass replacement company replaced my Toyota passenger window after it was smashed during a break-in. Ever since, when it rained, several inches of water would collect inside of the the car door. I drove around for ages with water sloshing around, and no one could figure out the problem until I took the car in to Precision Auto Glass. Harry immediately determined that there were probably pieces of glass left inside of the door blocking the exit holes at the bottom. He has his son take off the door panel, and vacuum out the broken glass. He cleaned up everything beautifully and even replaced screws that were missing. The problem is finally solved - no more water to rust out my door! I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionality. Their work and their shop is neat and tidy, and they follow through with what they say they will do. I recommend them highly.
