Lori Taylor and the Tony Honda Hilo team is awesome! Five years and six services later and my experiences just kept getting better in my dealings with them. I bought my Accord Coupe new in 2015 and I have to say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I am saddened that I will no longer be using her/their services as I am moving next month. If I ever do return to Hawaii Island, I will definitely consider buying another Honda from the experience I have been through with this team!

As a first time customer, Lori guided me through the process and the systems for communication and it was all very straightforward and clear. They were on time and efficient in doing the maintenance on my car.

Couldn’t be happier with Glen and his team. Picked up my 2010 Ridgeline off the boat from Wyoming and took it straight to Tony Honda to help me with some issues caused by another shop. The guys were great and very straightforward. They presented me with some options and good guidance regarding a few issues with my truck rather than guilting me into the highest cost routes. 100% Recommended! Mahalo guys!

It is always a pleasure to use the service center at the Honda dealership in HIlo, HI. The staff is so organized that no time is wasted. The waiting area is well stocked with drinks, TV, etc.

Free car wash but it wasnt very thorough. Could have opened doors and washed inside bottom and also could courtesy vacuum.
