I ended up deciding on a really great cooling Tempurpedic mattress that was in on a return. I feel like I got a great deal and I am sleeping very well. This was a cold-sale, without any warning or any experience with the store, and I dont know anyone that works there. Our young son is getting older and we wanted to move what has become our guest bed in our guest room and make it his (it used to be his older sisters), and buy a new bed for the guest room. We had some tricky requirements, plus I was on a short timeframe, plus I am not knowledgeable at all in this subject.Well, the staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Since I didnt know much about the subject, but wanted to see items if I could, one of the staff members unrelated in the sale just happened to overhear what I wanted to see, and pointed out where it was, saving both myself and the employee working my sale some time and effort. I was out in less than an hour.I am very pleased and will definitely come back.

Had the mattress we wanted in stock. Haley was able to answer all of our questions. The purchase was quick and the delivery was set up all while masked and socially distanced.

Needed to make a purchase while out of state for my daughters return to UH Hilo. I was worried that if we waited till she arrived right before the start of term that wed have difficulty finding a bed for her apartment. Visited the Mattress Firm website, then called to confirm product availability. Salesperson was super helpful. After picking frame and mattress, he emailed me a secure link within a few minutes to complete the purchase and said it would be no problem holding our items till she arrived in a month and a half. I went to Hilo on a mission, and one was for a twin mattress. I literally walk-in and a wonderful lady greeted me and said she will assist me after she helped the other customers and couple of minutes later, I told her I needed a twin mattress right now and take it home. She did everything in less than five minutes. John help carry the mattress to my car and that was it. No hassle, they didn’t try to ask me to buy other things for it, just what I requested. And this was my first time ever I’ve been to Mattress Firm, great customer service and easy people to talk to, oh and fast service.

My husband and me were there today looking for a new bed. We had been to another local mattress store earlier but between the extremely high prices and the completely rude salespeople we left. I consider it rude when you are able to walk around roughly 20 minutes and not as single salesperson even says hello. Totally different at mattress firm. We walked in and Hailey greeted I us, she was awesome! Asked a few basic questions and took us to a mattress she thought wed like. I was so surprised that it had just about everything we wanted with out having to get a loan out just to buy it. She even went out of her way to help us save a few hundred dollars by searching on their system for coupons that we could use. Ive never had a salesperson do that before. She was absolutely great at her job. My husband and me left there very satisfied and excited about what we bought. I loved that we paid half the price of the other guys before our discounts were applied. I recommend going in there if ever your in need of a new bed. The salespeople are great and the prices are better than youd expect.

I want to rate them between 3 and 4 stars but 3 seems too punitive. I decided to give them 4 because they were friendly and they did call me as promised when my mattress came in. When I first in the store a month ago, all (or most) of the mattresses were labeled with the cost. Since then they have taken off the prices from almost all of the stock. The store is not so big that if prices had changed that much, they could have easily put something on them to show this. When I came to pickup my mattress there were a few other customers and only one person to help. There was a second person behind the counter but she wasnt helping and it was unclear as to whether she worked there or was just hanging out. So far I am happy with the memory foam mattress that I purchased.

I bought my mattress 4 years ago and it was the best investment I could have made! I was in a car accident when I was 5 months pregnant and have to have bed that supports my back and neck problems. This bed is honestly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I have gone back into the store 3 times now to buy new mattress covers and each time the staff has been kind, helpful, and always willing to fix any problem I have. Highly recommend this business!

Bed and in house service good, financing terrible. I have 5 star platinum credit and their credit service denied me. On line it is clear the credit company seeks out bad credit applicants so they can jack the zero rate to 29.9%.

Walked in there for the first time and purchased 3 beds. Ana helped me pick out what I needed. I told her exactly what I needed and 30 or less minutes later, I was out. Very reasonable prices and Ana is the best! Very friendly and professional.

We were patient but another person came in while we were finalizing our purchase and Brandon was trying to finish us up but that person also wanted service. I brought a Full and Queen size bed set 7 years ago. I recently moved to another place. Along the way, the clips for the full size frame became lost. I found myself at Mattress Firm yesterday in Hopes of solving my problem. Although I had to purchase a full size frame, I felt it was worthed. Now I can use my full size bed again.

Before entering Mattress Firm my husband and I went to Bed Mart to look for a bed. The prices there were a little scary. For a king starting prices were $2000 for just the mattress! Later in the day I went to Mattress Firm. Walked in and I seen that the workers were busy with other customers and one worker was on the phone assisting a customer. I didn’t mind at all. But as soon as Ana was done assisting someone on the phone she came speed walking towards apologizing for not being available as soon as I walked in. She helped me find the right mattress for me and my budget. She was really easy to work with. I had to call my husband a few times because he wasn’t with me. But Ana didn’t mind at all. She was very patient with me and she gave me the best deal she could offer. Once I made my choice it took less than 5 minutes to do the paper work. I even said “that was easy” after she handed me my receipt. Did I mention I even got qualified for 0% interest free for 24 months and.....a free adjustable frame!!!! I shopped for everything online, and then a chat box came up that offered me to text a salesperson who is the store clerk. The texting option was so easy and within 20 minutes I have I need to order. When I went to go pick up the bedframe that I bought, the store clerk was the one who I was texting. Everything was so hassle free I really appreciated it
