We just picked up one of our Toyotas after having anti-theft installed and dropped off another for the same, plus a new stereo.These guys know electronics. If you need car alarms, anti-theft equipment, stereos, etc. installed, this is the place to go on the Big Island. You can tell they run a very honest operation. They are not slick salesmen trying to sell you stuff you dont need or dazzle you with their knowledge. Very professional, yet chill. Everyone weve worked with is super nice. We had heard good things about them when asking around. Glad we went with them. Definitely worth the drive to Hilo.

Complete stereo installation. Paid for everything and had to wait a additional month for the parts to come in. They left the amp lying floor behind the front seat complexly exposed and not screwed down. Promised to tune the system and put in a couple of presets. They did none of that and sent me out the door without even explaining to me how to adjust the system So I called them back to give them a opportunity to rectify my concerns. I was not happy with solution to put Velcro under the amp. Told me that my personal preferences would not be happy with the tunes he would install so why should he waste his time. Advance Audio used to be my go to place but they are hardly open

The workers are helpful and friendly, and were very quick with installing my new stereo, which has been working and sounding great! It was more expensive than I’m used to, but worth it! :)

I installed a stereo myself and ran into some issues that I couldnt figure out. I ran my car down to Kevin to see if he could help and he dropped what he was doing and fixed without any hesitation. Great service!

My truck radio stopped working. I was about to replace it with a new one when Mark said he could trouble shoot first. After more than an hour, he found a bad relay. I purchased a new relay which Adam installed...the radio now works fine. They only charged me for one hour labor. This shows not only how reasonable their charge was, but how honest they were about the diagnosis (they could have still recommended a new radio, but didnt). Integrity, service and knowledge are trade marks here...wouldnt go anywhere else!

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. I work at a competing shop and they still treated me with with respect and talked with me for a bit when I needed a part for a build that I didnt have. Plus they didnt forget who I am and I havent seen one of the guys since college.

Horrible business! I know several people who went in for car audio systems and the guys messed up their wiring! Then they act like it wasnt their fault. With inflated, horrible prices to begin with, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!UPDATE: Went to install a sub-woofer (already had the wires ran) and I found that these guys tried to sabotage me in order to make money. My RCAs were snipped off and tucked behind my deck, along with the remote wire for my amp. Obviously an attempt to get me to come back and have them install a sub-woofer. THESE ARE DIFFERENT OWNERS THAN THE ORIGINAL CD WIZARD! SCAMMERS!
