Golf course is a great place to take a long time to stop COMPLETELY. I will take advantage of the same kind of times in my life that I have stopped there for 3 to 4 hour at night. I am going to be with my girlfriend who will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER feel more than just that .

My daughter and I hoped to golf- but they didnt have rental clubs. So know that before going.

I stopped in at Kims, the restaurant here, and the service was phenomenal. The waitress brought a beer out at the same time she asked me if I wanted another. Then she just handed me the next! Awesome!!

A true 18 hole course, 35$ a month and You can golf till the Sun goes down almost every day. Its a challenging situation on a few holes, and the par 5s are the best. Come on out and say hello to half of Hilo!

Muni was a pasture! But, you gotta check the new facilities! Our public golf links got a much needed facelift and all I have to say is, go Check it out! It was awesome, now its go Check it out time! Enjoy!

Really good golf course even for a public one. Golfers of all skill levels.

What can you say, its a muni and the only 18 hole course in town, some ocean views and huge trees that test your skills as you have to play under or around them. Clubhouse and restaurant rehab is done. Great rates for kamaaina, even better for military veteran kamaaina

I was showing off to friends how good the place is and end up getting the worst service. No pupus serve even when we order and keep on ordering. What a shame. I was so embarrassed after giving such good talk and end up disappointed. Shame shame shame

Worst experience in my whole trip in hawaii. I have been here for 17 days, enjoying everything.I was not able to pay with my credit card (tried 3). Would not let me put my pin number when required by the machine because it is against their policy.I m disgusted.

Way too crowded on the weekends. People rush you and hit in to you. Pro shop staff are not friendly at all. Hilo needs more golf courses.

The prices are good, IF you are a HILO resident. I just moved from Maui, which apparently DOESNT qualify for the discount, so it wasnt a bargain. That being said, this is Hawaii, and most of the island coarses are slightly expensive ( approximately the same as most SoCal courses), So this qualifies as affordable golf. The holes are not marked, and slightly confusing. The greens are awful. There are some challenging holes, although, the course as a whole is pretty easy. This is truly a three star course at best, nothing more. No frills, with the exception of some views of the ocean during play. I will play there again. ( As soon as i change my address.lol) during the week, WITH discount, its only $15 a round, $45 without.

We went to eat at your restaurant and there were people drinking way to much and drunk swearing and saying things about other races with little children present very uncomfortable

They have to clean around the trees hard to find the golf ball they have to find people you work

I went in half morning golf.About 2,000 yen at a Kaina rate The course was rather difficult and it was a challenging golf course with dock legs.The green was tight and I couldnt read it until the end.There were plenty of practice areas, so I enjoyed it.

I played at the end of April 2018.Its the perfect place to easily play golf around Hilo. The building, restaurants, practice areas and facilities are very beautiful, probably due to a recent renewal. Even if you do not go around the course, you can enjoy it just by practicing.Weekdays $35, Saturdays and Sundays $40, cart fee $20, rider fee (without playing, just ride in the cart, there are many cases where you can take money at other golf courses) None. One player played, another one in the cart, and we started from 3 oclock. I was told to come back by 6 oclock, but I was able to get around in 18 holes 2 hours 20 minutes probably because there were no people in front.Although there are some tricky parts that you can not understand unless you know the course, this is interesting and most of it is straightforward. The green is partly bald, so I wouldnt recommend it if youre looking for perfection, but it was okay for me. I think that maintenance is good throughout.If you are looking for a convenient golf course in Hilo, this is the place to recommend.
