Freline is really the best. She is very attentive to all the details and makes sure that all of our needs are met. Charlene is also very helpful, always pleasant and welcoming when we first arrive. Highly recommend

Im one of those people who should have gotten hearing aids years ago.Id been reluctant to take the bold step because of the myths and legends related to me from family and friends about the difficulty of adjusting to wearing hearing aids. Freline Pajimola helped make my transition to improved hearing very easy and almost seamless. Her customer support is second to none. I couldnt be more satisfied with the service provided by Freline and the Hilo Family Hearing Center.

I highly recommend this place. The staff is great. They are very professional & reasonable compare to other places I called before coming here. I moved here a couple of months ago from another state. I started having problems with my hearing aids, needed them to adjust my hearing aids. I was skeptical at first and worried. I highly recommend you see Freline Pajimol specialist. Great I got an appointment for a hearing test. Family hearing center in Hilo were willing to see me. The only problem upon inspecting both ears, my left ear were heavily impacted with earwax so I could not get the hearing test. Thank You Family Hearing Center of Hilo.

The staff is always friendly and can accommodate us on short notice with our Lyric needs. We will start an annual contract in June and we are very happy with the great service in Hilo!

Customer service was very accommodating, courteous, friendly and efficient. Making the appointment was comfortable and enlightening. Appointment was prompt and timely. Freline was very professional, customer driven, friendly, and patient centered. She did a very thorough hearing assessment and was technically proficient in tailoring customer needs to available technology. Although units quoted were a bit high, she explained the full benefits associated. No evident sales talk in making our decision. Overall, it was a very positive first visit.

I have been struggling with hearing loss for a few years now and it got difficult to have a one on one conversation. So I went for a free hearing test with Ferline and she basically said that my hearing was bad! So she had me try on a hearing aid and I could hear my daughter talking to me from the other room!It has been 2 weeks now that I have my own hearing aids and I’m loving it! No more loud Tv and saying to people to repeat themselves.Thank you Ferline and the staff of Family Hearing Aid Center for giving me back what I have been missing!!!

Been coming to Family Hearing in Hilo for several years now and the Staff is always friendly and service is awesome. Called yesterday to have them check static on left hearing aid took me in that day within couple hours replaced tube on both aids did monthly cleaning. Great service as always.

Dr. Was a good listener and allowed my wife to let him know what was going on. He then asked a few more questions to get a better understanding of her condition.
