We visited Kitchen & Beyond, looking to add additional cabinets to our kitchen. Justine located our original order and found the correct cabinet sizes that we needed. We ordered them and he had them assembled and ready to pickup in a few days. He also had an original cabinet door that was off color and Justine found a replacement door that matched our cabinets. Lastly, we needed a few extra shelves for our new cabinets and again, Justine went out of his way to locate four shelves. Justines service has been outstanding and would highly recommend him to others. Thank you and Maholo.

Update 9/4/20: Updated from 2 to 4 stars. After searching the island and our new construction actually ready for install, we ended up coming back to Kitchen & Beyond because we could not find what we liked elsewhere and their prices are as good or better than others. The experience this time was MUCH better. Our vanities were in stock and assembled within a week of ordering. And the quartzite we chose was available for selecting our specific slabs when they said it would be. This time, all went well and we are very appreciative of that.Original Post Jan 2020: They have a decent selection of granite and cabinets to choose from. We were looking for two vanities and granite for our kitchen. The service was a horrible experience. We picked out what granite and vanities we wanted and would have totaled about $5k. But they didnt seem to want our money. We requested, and waited patiently (somewhat) for 3 weeks for them to pull the granite we wanted from their crates so we could select exactly which pieces we wanted. However, they never uncrated during that time and never once called back when I left messages to call me. We had to go in just to get updates. We finally gave up and will be going somewhere else.

Took care of our needs. Any issues were cleared up immediately.... great service from Kiawe. Prices were great, everything was in stock. Aloha

We went in to look at stone counter tops. The person working didnt even get up from the computer to talk to us, and we may have spend a couple of thousand dollars there if wed had a positive interaction. They have a nice selection of reasonably priced vessel sinks, and some really cool soaking tubs, but we probably wont be back because of the lack of customer service.

Best deal on cabinets/countertops in town. Very friendly, experienced and knowledgeable staff. Worth your while to make an appointment and meet with one of them.

They will gladly take your money, but work with you afterwards, NOT wont even return your call. They sent out three wrong cabinets, two the installer made work. the third we have to live with their mistake or pay more to get the right one. Check and re-check you sure can find better elsewhere.

A little pricey but a great selection

Months of waiting! We ordered cabinets from Kitchen and Beyond to save money and for sub-standard cabinets at best we also experienced sub-standard service. The cabinets are cheap plywood with an orange tinted laminate inside which we had to paint to look decent. The glass cabinet fronts we ordered came in after eight weeks and then were lost in their system. No one apologized in the least or offered any compensation and actually acted as if that was their normal. Four months later we still do not have glass cabinet fronts. They dont tell you how long things will take to come in or when to expect the items. We are sick and tired of waiting for them to make it right and spending months without a complete kitchen.

Very low quality granite. It became rough within 3 months (Golden Arowana I believe). The cabinets were also a disappointment as the cabinet installer said the tracks were installed incorrectly, so the drawers will always be lopsided.
