Great place to get paper goods/utensils; up until recently.Its too bad they no longer open on Saturdays; especially for people who work full time Mon-Fri. By the time Im done working, theyre closed. They need to update the business hours info online.It would be great if they stay open later on weekdays or re-open on the weekends again.

They have stuff that you cant find anywhere else. Little pricey and they know it. Staff are not very friendly

Truly exceptional service to find a box and packing material for sending a delicate part to mainland...found a recycled box and mini air pouch packing and taped it up for me at no charge...happily we do buy a lot of supplies here routinely...

Pretty good variety of paper products. Prices arent as competitive as they advertise, but I still come here to get bulk paper goods for parties if walmart doesnt have what I need.

I like this store because they sell cheap and Im able to buy bulk at that same price. Like $ .50 x 100 . Or if you buy bulk you will get it for a cheaper price..I hope you understand what Im trying to say...lol

Now I have to say, if you are looking for products outside the box, different than say the competition, look no further than HOPACO, the office supply store, for all of your needs, if you needs bowls, cups, plate, containers, it is all right here for you. The staff is always helpful and always smiling. There are boxes out front if you are looking for some extra boxes at anytime there. If it can be found in hilo town it is at Hopaco. Get over there and find those items you need. They are there to help.

I gave Hopaco five stars ✨ even though Id like to see more and more current stationery etc because the people there are really quite nice and make shopping very pleasant. Though some things there are just a bit pricey, shop wisely because they also have some items at great prices. If u r preparing for a luau or other function this is the place to go for table service like serving dishes and containers, all kinds of doilies at great prices, and cake 🎂 plates and such. U will love it if u r celebrating a silver or golden wedding anniversary,or a wedding.
