The FedEx ship center right by the Hilo Airport is great! The male agent at the counter (who is always there) has some of the BEST customer service skills Ive experienced here in town. Hes always pleasant, knowledgeable & efficient! I wish I remembered his name - the next time I go in for service I will be sure to look at his nametag! :)

Note! This location has a last drop of noon! So if you need to overnight mail, get it in by then unlike what the website says. Nice staff tho. Not too busy throughout the day. Bring your patience, each transaction takes like 5 minutes minimum.

Very handy locarion close to Hilo Airport. Friendly people. My only complaint was someone without handicap plate or hang tag was parked in handicap spot, so I had to park further away.

Pretty sure they have delivery drivers stealing packages. Multiple packages delivered and never arrived. Signed for by someone not at location, not able to tell me where they delivered it.

Fast friendly service, no lines, clean and comfortable place to send anything anywhere. These days sending packages is stressful but Fed-ex makes it easy.

Easy to find, right by USPS on the road to the airport. Helpful clerk, could use more people. Had to wait 10 minutes to be served.

I have never left a review for anything ever. But the FedEx failure of my delivery and their failure to fix the problem was so over the top I had to leave a review. After I tried to contact over the phone and was met with incompetance again, they put me on hold for 10 minutes then disconnected me. One incompetent move after anotherAnd I still dont have my package. Hubby is driving around neighborhood to see if he can find where it was left. Pathetic.

Was great. Informed me that I just missed the noon cutoff that I was not aware of for packages to leave same day but said shipment is still there so will put it in. Informed me that they will be movie next to the post office on the other side of the airport.

My shipper or FEDEX computer confused the local Hawaiian address because it wrongly said A Hilo instead of just Hilo and Manager FEDEX Hilo then wisely corrected it. great follow-up delivery. I appreciate FedEx in Hilo.

First of all, the ship center is right where the map says it is.I have been there several times dropping off shipments. I have always been treated professionally and with much aloha.

I send a package to to Barbados from Hawaii on September 28th was told it would be delivered on October 2nd it been two weeks and my partial has not been delivered to my sister in Barbados every time I called FedEx I am getting the runaround asking for commercial invoice which there should already have then them ask my sister for a receipt for items that I bought how would my sister for the receipt for items when it was a gift I sent to her then I was told custom has the package which I found out custom dont then it was told paper work was hand written and it need to be print on the pape paper again thats that they doing not mind I didnt write up the forms they type it up. Every time I called Im getting different stories why my sister havent getting her package I believe someone at one of the faculty is trying to keep the items. How a business as big as FedEx dont know whats going in they business...

The office was empty and not much was going on . The person at the desk was on the phone for a few minutes I was standing around . Another employee walking around came over after a few minutes and asked if they could help me . Took a while to get service there should be a bell on the counter .
