Vincent did a wonderful job in presenting a number of options to us for the replacement of our kitchen appliances. He explained the pros and cons of each appliance relative to our desires for our new home. He definitely did his homework in meeting our needs and extremely knowledgeable in the area. He and the install staff were extremely professional in their work! Nothing was damaged in the removal or installation of the appliances. The prices were very fair and competitive with area merchants. The additional warranty offered by Billy Wood Appliance was also a plus in making our final decision. Vincent and his team definitely earned a 5 star with our purchase and installation! Absolutely NO reservations in recommending them!

Vincent has been very helpful in our purchasing of appliances. Even after delivery of appliances he has answered any questions I have had promptly. The selection in the store offered all the appliance brands that we were considering. This allowed us to make a decision based on actually seeing the appliances. We were taken around to every appliance that we were interested in and given an overview about how they would fit with our needs. We have had Sub Zero/ Wolf appliances in other homes and we decided to stick with the brand based on reliability and durability. Also a brand that is Made in America.The delivery staff was outstanding. They were extremely careful while installing and maneuvering all the appliances into the house. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in appliances in the Hilton Head/Bluffton area.

Vincent was extremely accessible, even answering my evening calls as necessary. Outstanding customer service from purchase to installation of our washer and dryer. Jason & his coworker were pleasant, knowledgeable and embraced the challenge for atricky installation (the space was tight). We will never bother with the big box stores again. We just had 2 Jenair ovens installed today and we very pleased with the installation and on time delivery, the installer, Jason and the delivery guys were awesome, friendly, professional and efficient..The sales person, Vincent was very helpful and informative in helping me with my decision on the ovens. Vincent was very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He steered us in the right direction for what we were looking for and explained why we were spending more than necessary even though he lost money on the sale by showing us that we didnt need all the bells and whistles we were considering. Took his time with us to make sure we were satisfied with our final decision. The delivery tuned out to be challenging because of the hurricane and our being out of town for a while, but all went well in the end and our installers were very professional and did an excellent job of installation. The were very courtious and neat. Cleaned up everything before leaving. This is definitely a 5 star business I wouldnt hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone in the need of an appliance or appliance company.

I recently had to replace an old cooktop and I was referred to Billy Wood Appliances. I wasnt purchasing a whole kitchen as so many new residents do in this area, so I was concerned I wouldnt be a high priority. However, right from the very first visit through to end I was impressed with the sales persons (Betsy) knowledge and how she understood my needs. I was also please with the installation by Coopers Home Improvement. They arrived when they said they would and easily overcame some challenges that so often happen in a renovation job. I will certainly go back to Billy Wood Appliance when I need another appliance.

Overall good. I purchased a JennAir french door refrigerator. Two doors came dented but will be replaced. The installers broke my slider lock which was repaired (2 months later) by a great contractor, Rodney Cooper. He was a great help! Vincent was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We purchased a range, dishwasher and microwave from Vincent. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We had a water spot problem with our old Monogram dishwasher. Vincent Pham at Billy Wood Appliance explained the differences between all the top dishwashers. We picked a Jenn-Air that has 3 racks and a built in water softener. That was a year ago and it works great. No spots and it is so quiet that you have to look for the light to see if it is running. More recently, we needed to replace our wall oven and built in convection/microwave wall unit. We also wanted to increase the size from a 27 to a 30. We brought our measurements to Vincent and again he went through all the different models. We picked a Wolf 30 and a companion microwave/convection since we didnt have room for double wall ovens. Vincent is patient and very knowledgeable. The installation crew was also very good as they had to do some modifications to make the install fit properly. The individual they recommended, Tereso Guzman, did some very fine finish carpentry work. All hand made and matching existing cabinets. When we had a problem in scheduling the installation, the owner himself jumped in and finished it. We ordered 2 appliances here on separate occasions. We found the staff to be poorly trained (didnt know the features and specs of their own products). Worse was the customer service. Both deliveries were 2-3 weeks late with no communication or explanation by the salesperson. They did not return phone calls or schedule deliveries. We will never go back.

Just purchased a new refrigerator and am extremely pleased by the attention, patience and knowledge of my sales representative, Vincent Pham. Since our old appliance was a built-in unit and part of the entire presentation of the kitchen, I needed the expert advise of someone who could guide me toward a new unit that would maintain the upscale decor of the area, fulfill our food handling needs and not cause the added expense of a room redo. Horrible experience! Wish I could give zero stars!We were helped through the entire sales process in an efficient and kindly manner. This was, however, the end of the positive experience!We scoped out the project and were promised a visit by the technician who would assess our needs, measurements etc.After 2 weeks the technician finally showed up. Incredibly, he was a horribly rude and awful person. (Stepped in my house and without a word stated that my house smelled.) From that point on, he was just a creep. He seemed as if he hated the trouble of providing us with service.We were promised that we would hear from someone about the installation.We never received any further contact from the store. Finally after several weeks, I contacted the sales person. She seemed to have no information about our account. She would contact me when she figured out what the problem was. Of course, she never contacted us. I left a message and did not get a return call.We FINALLY came to our senses and realized that Billy Wood Appliance was never going to provide us with a new cooktop.The end of the story is that we went to the Goodliving appliance store. Our cooktop was installed in an efficient and timely manner.People of Hilton Head should think about making a quick trip off the island to do their appliance shopping.

I am a property manager for a vacation rental company. My experience with Billywood appliance was resolved by Rodney Cooper owner of Home Improvement. After we paid for a cooktop and it was installed in the wrong house we had Mr. Cooper come out and pick up the pieces. We ended up ordering a whole kitchen from him including a wall oven, cooktop, and dishwasher. He took care of the sale and the removal of old and installation of new appliances. Also delivered these appliances and worked on a tight time schedule between renters on Saturday between 10AM - 4PM. If I was buying any appliances or having any work done in your kitchen I would make sure Mr. Cooper and his team is your contractor for the whole project! Very neat, prompt, knowledgeable, and professional from beginning to the end.

Ordered an Electrolux Refrigerator. Due to production it took about a month to come in.During that time Vincent Pham kept us very much in touch with things and arranged delivery and set up on very short notice to fit our schedule. Despite the delay, an overall very fine experience.

Went to Billy Wood to get a washer and drier- i was a little apprehensive knowing they sell high end stuff but Vincent sold us a washer and drier more affordable than any box store, has great ratings and they can service it if there is a problem. I will certainly be using them again.

Just finishing a complete renovation on our home onHilton Head where we purchased our refrigerator, dishwasher, Jen-Air microwave/oven and Jen-Air induction stovetop from BWA. Vincent Pham was our lead consultant/salesman. We were very impressed by Vincents knowledge and were given tutorials on how to use all the appliances. Very patient and helpful individual.
