Garcino (I believe that was his name) was very helpful. Here on vacation and needed to verify an service code and change a part. Even though they were busy, he made sure they had the correct part in stock, read and cleared the code, and loaned me the tools to change it out. Saved my vacation and I can drive back home worry free.
Spoke to Advance Auto Parts assistants four different times on the phone. In an attempt to guarantee they had the part I needed when I arrived for pick up. What they gave me was a part(ignition coil) for a 2005 Kia Sedona that should have been in a sealed plastic bag, but was not. The part had no markings on it, in an unsealed box. With no way to verify the part belonged to the box. Didnt like being in a position of being forced to buy a part that myself or the attendant could verify. Have brought this very part at the Chapel Hill NC store, where it was properly sealed with a tag, and a sealed box. Be careful at this South Carolina store.
I showed up 20 mins till closing, and they told me they could not change my battery. I explained that I had to travel the next morning, but they said they couldn’t change it because they close in 20 mins. I asked if anywhere else could change, and the boy told me Autozone. I’m glad he told me that the manager was glad to help me with my battery.
The day before we were scheduled to leave HHI, our GMC started cutting off. There were no rentals on the island for us to go to that didnt cost $600 a night or more. And even if we did find a place, we had no way to get to a new rental during Memorial Day week, when taxis/Ubers are hard to come by (with no child seat). We had packed enough for a small army as it was my husband and I and a 2.5 year old. No rental cars were available, no UHauls to get us home. We were desperate.When my husband told me he had been watching youtube videos on how to fix our car at 5 a.m. the morning we were supposed to leave, I winced but knew it was our only option.We were able to get the car to Advance. The guys there not only helped talk my husband through what he needed, they checked on us every so often in the parking lot, gave him tools he didnt have, and offered us a cool place for me and my 2.5 to run around in the store so we werent sitting out in the heat. After a couple hours, we were on our way.Anthony and the Advance Team that were there that day were amazing. I know this sounds corny, but they treated us like family. Well never forget your kindness that day.
Employees were super nice and helpful. We needed to move a roof rack on our car and they were very willing to help and kept getting more tools until we got the roof rack off the car. Great store with great employees!
David went above and beyond to help me with my purchase today. He made my trip to get a wiper blade quick and was extra helpful. I definitively recommend going to this store for your auto parts needs.

Dave, the store manager was very courteous on the phone and then actually came out and installed my new battery. His associate was supposed to be there, but did come in on time. It was great customer service!!!
Anthony knocked it out of the park only one in the building with 5 customer all wanting different things that would take multiple minutes to get done but he kept cool stayed professional and personal and knocked it out of the park

Not a very friendly or helpful mployee that I had the pleasure of helping me. I asked for assistance on putting in a fog bulb. His tone and attitude was very brash and annoyed. He suggested for me to use YouTube, so with over 20yrs of customer service skills I politely left and found jiffy lube who were more then helpful, friendly and polite (very good customer service skills) and had the bulb replaced for free. Customer service skills are going by the wayside these days for many a companies. Never will come back.
I would just like to say thank you Alfredo for your pleasant disposition and hospitality in helping me with my car and parts for the car. I also would like to thank his mechanic Philippi, who assisted me with the issue on my car. I am going to refer the store and also the mechanic to all of my friends and family. Dont go here. Youre wasting your time. When you call they put you on hold and never come back. They claim free installation on batteries but they dont have anyone available to do it. Only one person working. Maybe they should take the window sign down that claims they install. Not reliable.
Do not go here. The workers are too focused on their Facebook instead of helping customers. Including the managers. Disappointing.

Horrible service, and wouldnt replace windshield wipers on my wifes car. It was not even raining enough to wet the hair on her head. Good reason to go to AutoZone... they knocked it out in 30 seconds.
They have an impressive inventory of auto parts and can use the computer to help you find just the right part for your car!
