This DG is cluttered and dark. It did have what we were shopping for, but the atmosphere was ... well ... kind of sad inside. It needs a deep cleaning, air fresheners, and a lot of decluttering.

Nice neat store BUT the employee was a jerk and was using his cell phone not wearing a mask.

This store stays an absolute mess. Merchadise strewn on the floor, empty or messy shelves, or boxes of stock everywhere. I dont think DG pays enough to get and keep hood help. Its a shame because we need a store like DG that is easy to get in out of quickly, but this store is awful.

Great party goods and craft supplies

During the beginning of COVID-19 I went here on a lark because all the other places I normally shop were completely out of TP, paper towels, cleaning supplies and that sort of thing.Miraculously, they had TP and Paper Towels in stock! So I duck into here once in a while to pick up more household supplies & paper products. Being a smaller store, its easier to get in & much faster than a big box retailer or traditional grocery store. That makes it A-ok in my book!

Good help is hard to find-- lots of unstocked freight in aisles.. manager is far too stressed with little to no help from corporate. Almost depressing to visit.

Had just what I needed, when I needed it at a VERY reasonable price when no one else did...plus a few extras.

Signs up saying mask required. Signs are not enforced, so if you want to risk getting covid by all means come on into Dollar General.

This is a new store but it only took them a couple of months to trash it and make it as disgusting as the one they moved out of a couple of months ago. Also I was looking for a product and asked an employee who totally ignored us then finally a third party stocking her own product showed me where the product was I was looking for.I rather pay more where the store is clean, well stocked and employees are helpful.

Dollar generals are good place prices are reasonable people are friendly

Bought sandwich meat and salad spread, they were spoiled. A waist of time and money.

Friendly, fast service

This store has been here for years and needs some serious work. A lot of the shelves were empty and things where all over the floor. You have to really walk around 3 different displays at the entrance just to fully walk into the store. At check out, I stood at the register for about 10 minutes waiting on the only cashier to come back inside from smoking her cigarette to cash me out, rudely.

Had my digital coupon and when hit my total it did not take them off. Lady at register said they were in there but didnt know why they didnt come off. She called manager over and that was the rudest person ever.

Nice store very handy to have on Hilton head where you can buy and pay normal prices.

Clean and customer service was great

A lot of empties on the shelves. Registers were covered completly. Stuff all over the floor. Store wasnt recovered.

Dollar General, if your looking for great quality at a great price this is your place. The New location off of palmetto parkway is very convenient, for in and out shopping.........

The store seemed very understaffed. Was very disorganized and unkempt. The cashier was friendly.

It was good the customer service could have been a little bit better but besides that they have most things that you need for low prices and either on sale or just a dollar or less.

Had all I needed

The cashier was very nice and funny. He went out of his way to get a product for us twice. I was on vacation and would go back for the deals and customer service.

I always find everything what I need here. Personnel very professional and helpful. Full of everything. And the prices?!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!!

I just found out that the Dollar General isnt considered a dollar store. Before this, I was going to complain on how everything was more than a dollar. Its very clean and well stocked. Staff is very friendly.

Aint no Dollar General like a Hilton Head Island Dollar General.
