The office and service staff of Culligan are awesome! I purchased the AC 30 reverse osmosis system for my kitchen. I live in the city and the water taste extremely nasty. Now my water taste GREAT...straight from the faucet!! I highly recommend this system! I drink Culligan water at work and now I can have it at home also. If you havent called Culligan for information yet...then do so today....dont wait! I am 100% satisfied with my drinking and cooking water now.

Love having water delivery. Used Culligan Water delivery when we lived onThe Outer Banks. Great service and would delver extra bottles when I would call or change a delivery date if I needed. Started using this service in March-April 2012 in Hilton Head . They have changed delivery dates a few times and also have had a few bottles with brown dirt in the bottom when emptied. Had to turn 2 leaking bottles. When I called about these issues Megan was extremely helpful and offered to change out a leaking bottleWith another full one. Last week I have understood their bottle sources have now changed. Feeling encouraged that this change will eleviate these issues…

If there were more than 5 stars this company would get them! I am so impressed with their service, their products and prices. I recently moved into a house with alarms going off on everything: refrigerator, HVAC, house alarm and water, etc. I was out of my mind with all the beeping. I called Culligan after seeing their name on one of my beeping systems. The told me how to override it, what the problem was, how to fix it and how to use the system. They set up an appointment to come fix my system, showed up when they said they would (had to take a boat to get to me), corrected the problem, sent me a product I needed and didn’t get mad at me when I called a couple of days later because with so many alarms going off I forgot what they’d told me. Now if they could only teach my husband to be so handy and patient….

The sales representative Laurie was informative and helpful in answering questions. JW and Mike did a wonderful job with the installation of our system. They asked me questions during the process so that I would be happy with the end result.I will recommend Laurie, JW, Mike, and Culligan to anyone who asks about my water treatment decision.

Culligan does a great job of servicing our water needs. They are always timely when it comes to refilling our needed water, and their delivery guys are extremely professional.

They sent a notice telling me that I would received a Culligan delivery a week or so ago on a specific day. However, they did not provide specific information about when the delivery would be made. After waiting until late afternoon, I stepped out briefly to run an errand. No delivery was made. I called the next day to inquire and was told that they attempted to make the delivery late afternoon the preceding day. In their initial notice it would be helpful if they would at least say the delivery will be made during either during the morning or the afternoon rather than make the customer wait all day without knowing when the delivery will be made. That should not be too difficult.

The service man came in the time allotted and was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He performed the cleaning and loaded salt into our water softener and made sure it was operating properly.

I have used Culligan Hilton Head for more than 15 years. I have had a variety of services. They are quick to respond to any call. They are efficient and very neat in their installs and service calls. My soft water makes bathing and laundry pleasant. The drinking water is of very good quality.

Very professional. Explained all about the system we have that was installed by the previous owners. We knew nothing about it or the fact that it also is connected to my refrigerator. My water softener was making an unusual noise. Phone assistance helped me to turn off the unit. A service person came the next morning to make the repair and reset the unit. All contacts were very knowledgeable and professional.

Dependable, honest company, which unfortunately is hard to find in the Lowcountry of SC. I have had Culligan of the Lowcountry install a $15k whole home reverse osmosis (essentially a desalination plant) system, multiple filters and water regulating equipment, and maintain it all for the last 5 years. They have always been there when needed (including during 2 hurricanes), they have been knowledgeable and honest, fair priced, they have always been ontime, and they have been as trustworthy as you can get. J.W. is their best guy and I cant say enough good things about him.
