He was also great about setting up the rental delivery and pick up times. When he came to deliver our rentals he was very friendly, gave us a quick tutorial, and was happy to share stickers with us.On a side note, after doing some research, there are not many places that rent kids sized boards. My eight and ten year olds had an amazing time learning and playing on boards that fit them.And lastly, we also rented a rolling cooler which turned out to be awesome keeping our drinks cold all day at the beach and the wheels made it easy to take back and forth to the beach. We very much enjoyed the rental products and our interactions with Ken and the business.

I bought myself a onewheel pint at the other day. The customer service was amazing, the man there talked about a great place to start riding, recommend settings, and was overall very knowledgeable. I had gone a few weeks prior to test out a onewheel and was very pleased with the service then. The nice man who sold me my Onewheel was very knowledgeable and kind. Love my purchase and the amazing service.

Bought a ROVR Cooler here and had a great experience. I called Ken about three separate times, and he picked up immediately and was patient with all my questions. I ended up buying the cooler, and he let me borrow his toolset so I could hook the cooler up to my rental bike! I called a couple days later about getting warranty info, and he was very punctual in getting the info back to me. Only good vibes and great experiences here!

Ken was super kind and helpful! We rented two boards for the week and Ken delivered them to our beach house. They were excellent paddle boards - looked brand new. Easy to carry, easy to use. We will definitely rent from Soul SUP again!

They were really workable, I tried to find a skim board to rent for hours. They were super busy but so flexible. Board was a little jenky but worked great and was a lot of fun flat skimming.

SUP Yoga Private Session - Great session off Marshland Road near the Old Oyster Factory. My family of four (Mom, Dad, and two teens) had a wonderful session with Jeanne today. We paddle boarded out to a remote section of the water where we did yoga for about an hour. The paddle boards were very steady and of great quality. Working with Jeanne and her husband was easy - both were responsive and friendly. The nicest part? They did not ask us to complete a review!

I was really impressed with the service. The boards were delivered in 30 minutes and the owner even drove back to our house without being asked to bring carts to help transport the boards to the beach. This is the way a business should be run.

I attempted to get in contact with Soul SUP by calling them at least ten times on various occasions and they never picked up. I even stopped by their establishment and no one was there even though on google it said they were open. I’m PEEVED. This has ruined my family vacation. If I wanted to deal with empty promises I would have contacted my ex husband.

This was our first time renting SUPs for a week and it was a great experience. Previous years we did the hour lesson, or rented for an hour. It was nice having them available for our entire trip. It was our first time in the open ocean, I told Ken my wife and I were nervous about that and he came right over and spent an hour with us! After that we enjoyed them everyday in the ocean and in the various Hilton Head Island harbors. Oh and having dolphins come within inches of us was amazing!

Ken went above and beyond. Rented 2 SUP for 1 day but he was flexible for us to use them half 1day and half the next day. We took them to the beach and had so much fun!!!

While on vacation in Hilton Head, I decided to take lessons from Ken at Soul Sup in hopes of gaining a basic understanding of paddle boarding. This was my first experience on a board. Ken was very courteous and thorough in preparing me for the lesson. He was quickly able to determine the appropriate board for me to use based upon my body weight and build. His knowledge and experience made me feel comfortable immediately. He was very patient with my lack of knowledge and answering my numerous questions.I was extremely excited after my lesson. I immediately determined that I wanted to purchase a board from Ken because I was so impressed by his knowledge and training. Throughout the purchase process, the training continued. I learned a great deal about paddle boards and the proper method in which to transport the board safely. I was given a number of options and time to think about them without feeling pressured for a sale.In the few months since I have owned my paddle board, I have been practicing on a regular basis on a lake near my home. I am very thankful to have learned the basics from such an experienced teacher. Recently, I have used some of the instruction from Ken to assist other people who appear to be new to the sport.I would highly recommend taking lessons from Ken or a member of his staff.Joe

I purchased 2 Boards and paddles from Ken at Soul SUP and the experience couldnt have been better! He met me and my son on the water with the boards to show us the basics. We were off and running! He provides a wide variety of boards and paddles for purchase as well as accessories.
