A lot of trees in the parking lot! Makes it hard to see the ole folks trying to negotiate the lot. But the trees in the lot are awesome. Usually you see Enrique changing his 1995 Honda civics oil in the common Walmart parking lot. He might be doing it here, but the trees camouflage him. One of the best parking lot I have seen in along time. As far as the store?? Forget about it! It’s Walmart. Cheap prices, enlarged waistlines, diabetes abound.

No overnight parking but a store set in a wooded park-like atmosphere. Oddly appealing as a lunch stop next to a well equipped store.

This Walmart on Hilton Head is as good as Walmart can get. Shaded parking lot, carts in the store, thick strong bags, and all the fishing gear you need for a quick trip.

Walmart is not my favorite place to shop but from time to time I do come in to pick up a few grocery or pharmacy items. Today I stopped to pick up an RX for my hubby. The pharmacy was very busy so there was a bit of a wait. The staff was very friendly and helpful though. I also picked up some grocery essentials. If I want special items I go elsewhere. But Walmart is ok for basic essentials. The cashier was very friendly when I checked out with my grocery items.

This is a older Walmart but very well maintained .. also this has to be one of the largest in the area.. its big ..and very well stocked .. the big thing here is the parking lots .. as so many people have pointed out .. the large live oak trees with the hanging Spanish moss its so nice to just sit in your car and people watch .. the employees are really nice and helpful which is so different from the other Walmarts .. great job ..

Poor customer Service. If I could give this Walmart zero stars I would. Theo at the self checkout harassed my mother and I about 2 months ago when we were here shopping. He snuck up on us while we were scanning and loading items. He scanned our toilet tissue that was in our cart to make sure we scanned the tissue. Tonight, the same guy (Theo) snuck up behind me to look over my shoulder as I was scanning my fabric to keep it from touching the surface of the dirty self check. I turned around to look at him and he smiled and said “hi.” I told him to not harassed me as I checked out. He stated that he was doing his job. Theo made me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I asked for a manager, I was sent 2 people that weren’t managers. If this is what Walmart train their employees to do, that is called harassment!!

I knew there was a reason I never shop at Walmart. While the ones in my state are unimpressive, this one at Hilton Head Island is the worse. Who thought single narrow lanes to get to parking was a good idea? Who thought it was a great idea not to have adequate lighting in the parking lot? Thats an accident and theft waiting to happen.Inside is disorganized. It needs straightening and some cleaning. There isnt enough staff on hand. I found one person to answer my question. There were two cashiers on hand.

All of the fruit and vegetables were close to spoiled. Everything else was good.

THEY BARELY HAVE ANYTHING BUT THEY HAVE A BUNCH OF FOOD WHICH IS GOOD BUT THEY LACK IN THE TOY SECTION AND THE COOKIE SECTION!! Also theres not that man options for headphones and i like headphones but that doesn’t matter. Now the plant section is dope i like it very nice 👍

Restrooms were clean. We had a pleasant interaction with our cashier. For a post-COVID Walmart, this Super Center seemed extremely well stocked!

I need ed an emergency prescription. They took care of me but she could have told me I couldve got the whole prescription for a cheaper price. Other than that EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!

Nice Walmart. Very clean and very efficient. Parking lot was a first. Almost tropical. Like the built it in the middle of the forest and removed as little trees as possible. Loved it.

I loved this Walmart, it had a whole section dedicated to tourist, they had everything you needed or wanted if you were looking for souvenirs, from T-shirts to key chains

I am from New Jersey we have parking areas with walkways protected along parking areas not where you walk in the middle of the parking lot where cars pull in and out of their spots .....need to rethink construction of these deficiencies.

I was able to find everything, but lemons. I went to the organic section and found lemons but they were completely molded and the rest of the vegetables were awful. Couldnt get out of that section fast enough.

Its a fine Walmart. Its clean and well lit. The parking lot and exterior are beautiful, being well integrated into the surrounding environment, like many businesses on the island. We found most everything we wanted. The self checkout was easy to use. Its one of the better Walmarts we have visited.

Hidden in the trees but was actually a nice Walmart. Has about and anything and everything you need for a beach trip. It also has some decent Hilton Head shirts and other stuff you could take back home with you

Walmart is the same most places, but this Walmart is truly amazing. The parking lot has beautiful trees growing everywhere. Inside, things were well stocked and reasonably priced, especially for Hilton Head.

The employees at this location are rude. And this store is always out if stock on items i need. I normally drive to Bluffton because everytime I come here its a wate of time. But today I was in a hurry 4 employees ignored me when I asked where the air purifiers are. Which they only had 2 from me to choose from. Ended up having to drive to Bluffton after all. Totally inconvenient.

Got my much needed furnace filter there late at night. Otherwise, I never shop there.

Horrible customer service. You need to get rid of those 2 angry white ladies running the self checkout during the day. Walked up and started looking at trading cards only to have one of them yell at me unprompted YOU CAN ONLY TAKE 2!!!!! First off its 2 of each separate product not 2 in general so they knew not what they were talking about and the way they stare at you while your ringing out like they think your stealing. I honestly will never be back Publix and Target all the way your store is trash and you let people pitch timeshares out front hitting up locals bothering them.

I do not get paid to ring up my order. I do not want to ring up my order. However, when there is only one register open and the line waiting is half way to the back of the store, I guess I can. No stars, not impressed.

First time in Hilton Head Walmart. If youre driving too fast, youll miss this store. Its nestled in the greenery. I gave this place 3 stars because its Walmart, but the fresh fruit & veggies were pretty bad.

This Walmart has anything HHI related you need. This Walmart is in a convenient location to anywhere you will be staying at HHI and has all of the bells and whistles.

I have learned that Walmarts are about all the same with a fair Shamir of loud and sometimes rude people working there. But yet I still need to go and get stuff 🤷‍♂️

Customer service exampled in this Walmart like nowhere else.Even the regular plastic bags are reusable, created from recycled material and strengthen to last for several shopping trips.

This Wal Mart is a truly distopian arena where the despondent vie for last underripe avocado while their last shreds of humanity give way to the bestial instincts inside. Ive never seen so many Hot Cheeto inspired dumpster fire products in my life.

The parking lot is shaded by mature trees draped in Spanish moss. It has both food and clothes, housewares, etc.

Never is stocked, never anyone at customer service desk, cashiers not always friendly 🙄

I have to admit I am not normally a Walmart shopper. That being said I have definitely been to my fair share of locations (especially when traveling) since they always have what you need. I have to say this is by far the nicest Walmart Ive been in. It had a lot of seasonal merchandise and South Carolina themed merch that would be great for souvenirs. The overall shopping experience was easy, the store was clean. My only tiny complaint would be that there were a lot of shoppers and not too many checkout aisles open. There seemed to be a premium on self checkout which is not always the best experience.

This was the dirtiest Walmart. It was also the most unorganized I have ever seen this place. We waited for over an hour for our grocery pickup service. I went in multiple times to just get the order myself and he kept telling me they were on their way. So disappointing. However, the two people working pickup were so kind. They were trying their best. Help these people and give them some support staff!!

Our online grocery order was canceled due to staffing issues. Understandable but inconvenient.

The poorest customer services I have ever recieved at walmart. Pickup stops at 8pm, so me getting there at 745p should not be an issue. I spoke to a woman in pickup who advised she would look for someone to pickup my order for me. 20 minutes passed and I encountered another associate who asked if I had been attended to, I said yes. Another 10 minutes go by and i decide to seek out someone with authority. I asked a manager up front if I could get some help, to which he responded callously no. He further berated me about the lickup time which ends at 8pm, dispite me informing him that I had been waiting for 30 minutes since 745. Fortunately I am moving soon and will never get the opportunity to return. Shop local, forget walmart.

Like any other Wal-Mart, but the parking spots are way too narrow. It would be very easy to get your car hit by someones door

What a mess! The tourist are absolutely rude! The shelves are disgusting, food in all the wrong places, no water to be found! We live here people! Be more mindful!

Considering that tourists pillage the isles regularly for vacation. They do a good job of keeping items on shelves.

Not sure if I came at a bad time or what. There was almost no produce, most of the aisles had tons of empty boxes of products, and the aisles also had quite a bit of stuff sitting there from where I guess customers changed their mind.

Cant beat there 24 hours open here at HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Low prices and huge store super center. Groceries and all the trimings of most anything and everthing imaginable. A must for anyone.

While this is a popular location during tourist time, you think they would be up to stock with their merchandise, food and non food items. Pretty disappointed in the ball drop

OUT OF TOWN TRAVELERS DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! We bough a cooler, tried to return. Customer service was closed. The employees that were available said that they could not refund us at a cash register and didn’t care at all that we had to travel all the way back to Mississippi with the cooler. Very UNFRIENDLY, UNCARING, UNHELPFUL! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! Spend your money elsewhere!!!

I think this is one of the cleanest and well organized Walmart locations Ive been to but one of the men that works at the vacation stand outside the store harassed my son and I when we were leaving on Sunday and it made me extremely uncomfortable. I told him I wasnt interested but he just keep yelling and caused a scene as I was walking to my car. I visit this location quite often but may stop. It was just too much.

This parking lot is a literal nightmare. Also solicitation shouldnt include a timeshare place. Thats ridiculous. In mass only non profits can solicit outside of walmart.

Michelle was wonderful. We are visiting from Tennessee and arrived at the Walmart about 40 minutes before closing. Michelle took care of what we needed so that we didnt have to interrupt our vacation to come back another day. Her customer service was great.

Usually fast but today it was a 20 minute wait!
