Liberty installed custom draperies in my condo at Hilton Head. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and I wanted to capture the full view so I wanted drapes to draw back to the sides. It is a 170 slider and windows so a custom rod was also needed. It ended up just as I had pictured. The fabric is just what I wanted. Also, the installers were very professional and knew what they were doing. They were in and out in less than an hour and the draperies look beautiful. They have hundreds of fabrics to choose from and I would recommend them to anyone!

Top quality blinds. Unfortunately, customer service is another matter. My experience with this issue goes back to when we first purchased the blinds. For example, the pebble remote that accompanied the blinds separated into pieces. A replacement was sent from H/D at no charge. Great. But no instructions on how to pair the new remote to the blinds. In addition, the battery tube broke off at the end. Blinds now don’t work. In contacting Liberty, they would repair issues—for a service fee. My feeling was service should have been provided at N/C, and should have been provided in the beginning. All capped off by extremely rude attitude. I can’t be the first to experience this from them. Their competitor was much more cooperative and helpful.

We used Liberty wallcoverings 2 years ago, installing blinds in our entire home. They were extremely knowledgeable, cordial, timely and professional the entire time. They gave us options when we met them at their show room and helped us to choose the right blinds for each room. We have used Liberty Wallcoverings before and we simply would not go anywhere else. Their customer service is outstanding. Following a renovation, we needed plantation shutters and shades and curtain hardware. They have a wide selection, came right away and got accurate measurements, installed everything on schedule. We did not even get other bids but I happened to check some pricing afterwards and their prices were much lower than what we would have gotten elsewhere. They are the best!

Liberty Wallcovering is a fantastic experience for your window covering needs. They have a beautiful assortment of window coverings to choose from, they’re knowledgeable, on time delivery and have a friendly staff. The blinds I chose were expensive but worth every cent, I love them! The entire staff has helped me on several occasions with questions I’ve had about my blinds with skill and knowledge. I own several condos in Hilton Head and intend to use them for each one as I redecorate. They are the best! The homemade cookies that are served in the store are delicious too!

I just finished a renovation on our third home here in Hilton Head, but I still had windows that needed blinds, and even though I had bought off Liberty Blinds with both the other places, I decided to get other quotes. Liberty was a little higher than one of the other blind places, but I thought Liberty was great to work with in the past and is worth a couple of hundred extra. So, my new blinds were installed this morning, but when I got home I had to call John to let him know that the installer had forgotten to install one of my blinds. However, the installer had not forgotten, but the blind that I thought was missing, was all the way up and looked so nice I hadnt seen it. John did call me right back though, ready to take care of the problem. They are the best blinds people to work with.

Liberty was great to work with. We renovated our club and they were there when we needed them and the turn around was quick. The professional staff communicated with us daily. it was a no brainer for our second renovation of our fitness center. Once again they were there and gave us the perfect blinds for our treatment room as well as our fitness center. I recommend them everytime!

All the blinds are still beautiful, some have required restringing and adjustment and Liberty has been there for us. Our home is a rental as well as the place our family vacations, so quality is important.
