If you are looking for beautiful, coastal-themed home decor, this is the place for you. One side of the store features furniture and accessories for inside and the other side is for your outdoor living spaces. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Even if you arent looking to buy now, this is a place you should visit. The variety of colors and fabrics will meet any taste.

Great selection of quality outdoor/porch furniture. They will deliver to Savannah and were on time. Karen is an excellent salesman who will walk you around to the best choices for you. I attached a pic from my porch of what we purchased and a picture from the sales floor. Will be going back for the pillows.

I really appreciate the great selection of quality furniture here, as well as the very knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. In particular, I want to mention CJ, who came and spent an hour at my house helping me determine whether the furniture I was considering would fit into my space or be too large. (We decided it would be too large.) At no time did I feel like his main agenda was to sell me any particular piece of furniture, but rather to try to help me come up with a general seating configuration that would work with the space I had and create a harmonious flow with the rooms around it. He was incredibly helpful and I’m so grateful for his generosity of spirit and knowledge. I will definitely be making my future furniture purchases at Coastal Home.

Furnished our sunroom through Coastal. Shirley is the best weve ever worked with! They lean coastal but you can find other styles here as well. Prices are very good for good quality.

Very nice furniture and good selection to choose from. Both large selection of home furniture and outdoor furniture. Good choices of different style fire pits. Sales people very nice, knowledgeable and very eager to please. If looking for furniture in this Hilton Head, Bluffton area, this store should be visited.

So much to look at. Loaded store with just enough space to walk, but very expensive.

I have 2 rooms to fully furnish (from the rugs up) in our new home as well as a large office area within our family room. I also have a number of areas needing artwork and accessories. New to this area and have heard of your store and seen your ads. I have now been in your store twice (both times for 30+ minutes). No one spoke to me, said hello, said welcome, please look around, well be with you soon...not one word. Worst first impression. Wont be back.

Excellent selection of quality furniture, staff was honest and fantastic to deal with. We bought a dining table of very high quality and will certainly be back when we need anything else. Would recommend to anyone.

Nice place but lacks attention to detail...On July 25th we ordered a dresser for our new home and had to wait 6 weeks for it to be delivered. As we didnt received any status reports we called the store only to find out the dresser had arrived late August. As I was in the area with a my brother in laws pick up truck I decided I would pick the dresser up.. Upon arrival I find that the Dresser was miss ordered and I now have a Chest of Drawers. What irks me about this whole deal is that Jill our sales person was in our house on a design visit and new explicitly what we wanted for our bedroom. Fast forward… After expressing my frustration, management somehow found the identical piece in stock at the manufacturer...hmmmmm. So a week later we get a call that the dresser had arrived and can they deliver; no problem. So we schedule accordingly, however, hurricane Dorian was now part of the game so we delayed until after it passed. But again, no followup call from Jill with a new delivery date. So we call Jill and we are told the dresser was rescheduled for delivery on 9/10/19 at 9:00 am...SURPRISE! It is now 10am and not having received the dresser or a call as to the delay, I call the store only to find out that a shipment of furniture had arrived and the shipping department has to UNLOAD THE TRUCK!!! before they can make deliveries.. so it will be at least a another 30 mins before they arrive as I have been told.Have they ever heard of CUSTOMERS FIRST! especially after we have waited patiently over 2 months..Maybe my expectations are to high...
