Had Ferrellgas for at least 20years and this last time of filling my tank...all of the gas I paid for leaked out in less than 2 months!! I have now waited almost 2 more months for them to check the tank and replace the gas. When I spoke to someone I was told I would have to pay for more gas...WTH??! Well guess I shouldnt have thought that anyone within this company actually cared to fix my issue. I am still to date without gas and cannot seem to get even a call to say how this will get fixed. If you want a company that maintains good customer service and their equipment... Ferrellgas is NOT the one!!

Andy, site manager, came today to check our aging gas tank. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, explaining everything and giving us a quote. We have used Ferrell Gas for 30 years at two locations and couldnt be happier. Their customer service is the best!

Very rude, pay before they deliver. Guess how many gallons and pay first, what!!!! No more, no need there are others who don’t give you the run around.

Absolutely unbelievable. We hired them to come out and fill our tanks. They charged us the full amount for two weeks, didnt call us back and didnt fill up the tanks. Then tried to make us feel like the criminals because they wanted us to change something that had been in place the last 40 times theyve filled the tanks. Incredibly rude and need some help with customer service! We called Amerigas and they were incredibly nice and accommodating and sent someone out within 2 hours of calling! Weve changed loyalty. Buyer beware.
