Rented trucks for a big move. Customer service was terrific. I would not hesitate to rent from this location again.

We moved (just 2 of us) from Dallas, TX to Hilton Head Island, SC and rented 3 large trucks over a 2 month period to move a 4000SF home to a 2000SF home. It was quite an ordeal and involved a huge storm plus Hurricane Matthew. Everybody we dealt with in the Penske family was courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. They worked with us during a road stop and on a reasonable cost for all rentals. We think Penske is one of the best companies in the USA. A+++

Wanted a small truck for a small move of furniture - ended up with fairly large truck (no rate change) which I didnt feel comfortable handling in tight spaces. Found out change was made when I showed up to pick up the truck.

You will definitely get a better deal at U-Haul. Penske will over charge you and even extra charge you towards the end of the month. You also automatically had to pay for three days of insurance if you choose to get the insurance. So with the three days of insurance for $25 a day and the one day of rental it was up to $500 for one day.

Trustworthy, they do what they said they are going to do. No fooling around when comes to rent a moving truck. Will rent from them for ever!!!!!!!
