All I can say is their customer service SUCKS big time. No communication what so ever from this place once I purchased a piece of furniture in full. It’s like once they got my money it was like, “oh well”. No call to tell me my furniture wasn’t here on Tuesday, even after I was told it would be. That was a huge inconvenience because I had to arrange my own delivery due to the fact they have no delivery person. I didn’t know that information until I called them. I didn’t receive a call to tell me it had arrived later in the week and was ready for me to pick up. Once again, had to call them to figure that out, and when I called, the rude person who answered said, “Didn’t you call already?” Ummm, yeah because after taking my money, you all stopped communicating with me!! Customer service and communication is everything, especially when they don’t have a delivery person. I say go somewhere else if you can to avoid a headache and rude individuals. I hate I even gave this place my money.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional! Especially Harley and Christy. I have the messages to prove it. I’ve been dealing with them for over 3-4 years. I missed one payment recently due to death in the family and sick child and they harassed me as if it was a life or death situation. Mind you after all these year I’ve never missed a payment. I will never purchase a piece of furniture there again because it’s cheap and don’t last long anyway. I should of listened to my coworker when she told me to stay away. Shame on me. The only reasonable person that works at this store is Mrs Olivia. I wish they could clone her and put her in every department because the other ones are not worth it. DO NOT do business with them! You will regret it!!!!

Got approved for financing quickly. In and out in 20 minutes because i knew what i wanted. Good service...will shop again.

I wish I could give this place a zero. I bought a piece of furniture from them which fell apart then took me 3 months to get a replacement from them and they called me and told me they couldnt deliver the furniture and told me that they could leave it outside and I had to bring the other piece outside my door. I tried to explain to them that I have a handicap husband and have no one to help me get it out or in my house. Customer service was horrible, very rude.

I cannot express how thankful and happy I am with Farmers Home Furniture located in Hinesville, GA. I have been in that store NUMEROUS of times and have always had such a great experience. To be honest, I don’t like shopping at furniture stores because the sale reps can be a bit overbearing but not at Farmers. I have been doing business with Ms. Olivia and the only reason why I will not branch out to other furniture stores is because of how sweet Olivia is. Not only is she one of the sweetest people I have ever met in my life, she is knowledgeable, respectful, and down to earth. I have always felt so comfortable with her because I knew she was never being dishonest and she was so fun to work with. I have bought several items from this store and will continue to doing so. She is extremely patient with me always going back and forth on everything, never pushed me into anything and always made sure I was happy. Honestly, I will never shop at any other furniture store even if for some reason they don’t have something I am looking for, I will wait until they get a shipment in. Even through this pandemic, they made sure to have constant communication with me with the items that were on back order and never left me in the dark. I truly believe This company is LUCKY to have a sales rep like Olivia! I recommend so many people to not only shop at Farmers but to always go straight to Olivia if they want a without a doubt awesome experience!Cindy and Colby Dinkins

I regret doing business with them their products aren’t worth financing. They are rude. I paid them online with proof of them taking it out of my account but they told me they didn’t take it out “Navy Federal Don’t Lie.” True story I don’t trust them.

Dont go here. Fell behind on payments and they threatened to go to the police for theft, along with harassing myself and all my references. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. The first time you miss a payment, youll be real sorry.

Wish I could give them 0. You’ll be better off buying a washer and dryer from a pawn shop than getting one through them. They are rude, they will pop up at your home unannounced, and will hang up in your face. Unprofessional. -0 stars for me.

Great just pick up my drawing prizes

Ordered some large item. Got a call early the morning of delivery to verify id be home. I stayed home waiting DAY. Putting off other plans.. for them to show up almost 6pm. I only stay like 10 minutes from their store.My main issue is this, by the time the first few items showed up,( I had a procedure done on my back from car accident). Cool not their fault.But I asked the delivery crew to help us out with the large pieces of Furniture atleast up the stairs.. because my fiance is 8 months pregnant...Nope.. They cant come into homes, due to COVID-19 1 item weight over 200lbs.. They just left the items out front plus it started to rain🤦🏽‍♂️Again not their fault. But why couldnt they put on a mask and TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS? Now thanks to them, I have to get a hole patch in my wall.. DECENT PRICES.. weak customer service..

Never go here at all. If you fall one payment behind, account manager will call and cuss out all of your references. I was one payment behind and she called cussing out all of my reference. My advice for you go anywhere, but this location. If you can find another farmers home furniture, go there. Never come here. After new management had taken over, it got worse.

Went in today to try to buy a dresser and bed. didnt see any of the beds we liked but found a dresser. tried to buy it but the worker refused to sell it to us stating wed have to wait 2 weeks for the store to order another one

Theres a big sign in their window that says no credit check required but when my husband and I tried to purchase a couch we were required to do a credit check. We bought a sectional from them. We had to wait 2 weeks for one to get delivered from the warehouse. When we got it, it had the plastic thread that held the price tag sticking out of the arm so we clearly were given the one from the showroom floor. A week later we we calling in a repair order to fix the felt covering on the bottom because it was coming off. 3 months later we were calling in another repair order because the frame in the back of the left side was broken and the cushions were coming apart. We were told it would be $500 and 2 months to fix it or we could pick out something else but we would have to purchase another warranty. No thanks. Just give us a refund. Weve already seen the quality of furniture this place sells.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst place to purchase furniture! We bought a couch and a loveseat and since we got it we have nothing than issues with it! It’s constantly broke and needs to be repaired! We’re dealing with this over a year now and all they do is sending repair people who don’t know how to do their job! It’s just an awful quality! I just want my money back. I would not recommend this place!!!Stay away!

Bought a bed, would not sell me a new mattress wanted me to buy discontinued floor mattress for same price. Found similar mattress at Walmart for 1/3 the prices. Also had to load while store loader watched and wouldnt help. Told associate and was told he was on break 20 minutes before closing.

My mother has been a loyal customer for years. After an accident she was unable to make one payment. There was no kindness or consideration and she was told shed be taken to court. They were nasty and mean and theyll never get business from our family again.

First of all ive been there twice and the staff is really nice and ready to help (they have beautiful furniture but kinda pricey) but once one person takes care of you they follow you everywhere in the store. Kind of annoying and uncomfortable. I left both times just because of that.

I purchased a sofa and loveseat, after a few months the loveseat started to unravel were the reclining part meets seat, I called, basically got can’t help, DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!!! They do not stand behind the products they sell, the couch is great, loveseat is unraveling. Poor quality of furniture!!!!

Had an awful experience at this store. Sad to say it was directly from Olivia, the sales manager. She had no interest in what I was interested in buying, showed customers who came in directly after me far better customer service and was clearly talking to another coworker about me. I need to furnish my entire house but will not be doing it through this company, they lost a huge sale.

Very unprofessional and rude young white lady at the payment counter. And they rip me off on the 12 months no interest. And no, I never missed a payment. Either they cant do simple math or they are dishonest. Never will I come back here, Badcock did the same, havent been back since 2007 and never will. And I spent a lot of money with both over $8000 at each store.

They delivered my bedroom set. They did scratch the footboard but ordered a new one and had it brought out within 96 hours of original delivery. Very professional and courteous. Got exactly what I wanted with no haggle it was delivered on time.

Ms. Darlene and her staff do make an effort could take care of their customers when there are issues. Is there any issues with the furniture so they will do what they can to correct the problem or replace the piece. I havent had an issue with any of the pieces of furniture that I received from them. I would recommend them to anyone who starting out or trying to repair their credit.

My home store this place is a very friendly atmosphere an low prices

Furniture is alright, however; I have to say that the staff can be overbearing. Not only do they call all of the time to try and get us to come back and buy more (so much in fact that I have blocked their number) but the sales rep is constantly sending mail to get us to come back as well. I think it is a bit excessive.. we bought a living room set less than a year ago... we have not even had time to break it in yet - We dont need another one!

Sell merchandise that gives out as soon as the warranty is up.

Everyone here, from the time I first walked in, 3 years ago, until I made my last payment, middle of 2016, was professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful. I am coming back to Farmers for ALL my furniture needs in the future.

Bought a $2000 living room set a year and a half ago and the seams on the leather are coming apart. They would not cover the repairs due to the fact that I received orders to Kansas. Extremely unhappy with how the situation has been handled and I can say that I will never purchase from a Farmers Furniture again.

If you want an overpriced uncomfortable mattress, then this is the place for you
