My son and I went here to get a Rabbit. J was instantly impressed with the store. It was extremely clean and well organized. The animals were all well taken care of and the cages were spotless. There was zero animal smells, like I have experienced at other pet stores. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful! I will be going back!

Have a great selection of fish and random selection of reptiles. Has snakes and lizards always changing ones they have. Great prices and great atmosphere. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Nice place and we come from Waycross to get these fish everything went ok with the fishes 3 days later I loss my beautiful Angel fish.

MAX is the sweetest, one of the highlights of visiting the store is saying hello to him(cockatoo) I always look forward to seeing him as well as the owner/wife(I can’t remember her name) but she’s amazing.10/10 recommend.

We purchased a female guinea pig on Sunday January 24th and the next day we noticed she was starting to lose hair around her nose. After a few more days she had a massive amount of hair loss underneath her chin...tell tale sign of a horrible case of ring worm. After a week and a half of over the counter antifungal not clearing it up she has an appointment at the vet on Tuesday. She reeked of urine when we purchased her so one can only assume that the cage was not adequately maintained.

Great shop with healthy fish, reptiles, and small animals. The owner was really cool and extremely helpful with answering the questions I had. What really stuck out to me was how cheap and reasonable the prices were compared to other stores. Even if what you are looking for isnt in stock, the owner will order it for you! This is GREAT and one of the many reasons I will return to do business with them. Come check em out.

Joseph did an amazing job informing me how to care for and construct a new fish tank. Walked me through step by step and got me everything I needed. All while handling a very excitable and eccentric bird named max. Personally think he could use some help at the store because it’s so popular and one man can only do so much.

I drive a good distance just to go to this particular pet store. It is a small business, owned by great people, who go above and beyond for their customers. They offer great advice and better prices than some of the chain pet stores. They really care about their customers. Highly recommend.

Clean store, friendly associates if youre looking for isopods they so cary them, however the 6 containers they had on the shelf yesterday they were all dead. The associate I spoke to just shrugged his shoulders.

Brain the owner is incredible. You can most definitely tell he love animals. There are so many selections as well. Fish, reptiles, birds, even hamster and ferrets. Customer service is spectacular. The owner has knowledge of animals and can pretty much get anything you need. He also sells feeder. Rats and such for your snakes and lizards.Also to mention he is a retired veteran. Support local stores. It doesnt get much better than this.

I was happy with this place at one time but now theyve become so unorganized and pet stores a shamble hes got a bird that scream so much you dont even want to be in the store and it bites. His worker Zach is also extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend this store before anywhere else! Very colorful and unique selection of fish. Also sells other animals and supplies for a great price.

My family loves this store. Its a veteran-owned business. They have an assortment of fish, reptiles, and small mammals for purchase. We had some trouble with potty training ferrets we bought at the store. The owner was happy to give us pointers and suggest strategies to help the ferrets find their litter. He also advised of on the temperament of the ferrets we were purchasing because we have small children. The store also offers some animal boarding services.

Store is shaping up into a nice local fish spot. I get most of my supplies here.

We are so upset. There is a guy working there who clearly does not care about his job. I was there today and he was rude and did not seem to care very much. He doesn’t know much about fish which is weird and as we were leaving we saw dead fish outside on the ground. We have been here before and never had this problem before with Brian.

But in this case its extremely important so read well and learn much.Brian has been in this business over thirty years and his wisdom and intelligence are beyond any other person Ive had the pleasure of sharing my hobby with. From the first day I met him, while preparing my 55 gallon tank, I knew he was my go to man. Over a year later I still will work with no one but him. Now the proud owner of over three tanks I continue to feed my addiction (which by the way is so much easier to do with his absurdly low prices!) and he supports me every step of the way providing wisdom and insight. Anything I want he can get his hands on and does so excitedly happy for me and for what I am doing.The store feels like a (very clean and well kept) second home that I can visit and always leave with a smile. I can never resist saying hello to some of the other animal residents even if I come for the simplest of things like supplies for my dog or I just want to see if there is any new fancy decore I really dont need but I really want. With low prices and large variety like his its impossible to say no.Brian is devoted to being someone who works with you rather than against you. Honestly this is the ONLY pet store i go to in Hinesville, not only are they the only store that has live mice/rats but the sustainer service is genuinely better than any where else i go in and I’m there and extra 5/10 minutes just from good conversation! I freaking love this place

I went in and instantly I was overwhelmed by the pet store smell!!! But after that initial (odorifris) surprise I was immediately at home. I love not only the array of different fish species, but these guys have taken special measures to make sure the fish (and the tanks they inhabit)are kept very clean and disease free. I was given advice on a product for Ick and the man I talked to was super friendly and helpful. You should go too!! 💯💯
