Great staff but only tan boots in the whole store

Wasnt a friendly customer service oriented visit. We called before we drove over to see if they had an item in stock, we were told they had 3 different styles in stock, then when we get there no one wants to help us out just finger pointed where to look.

Was pleasantly surprised. Walked in expecting the usual danky ol surplus store but instead it looked like a regular specialty shop. Think of something like a rack room shoes except, you know, tactical.I was also expecting to buy sew on rank and then have to take my ASUs to some alteration shop but nope, they do everything there: from sewing to tailoring and even letting me borrow a pair of ASU shoes to get the right measurements to hem the pants because I didnt have mine with me.Very clean, very friendly and accomodating staff, and fast! Granted, it wasnt very busy when i was there but my uniform was going to be ready next day without me asking for expedited service, and all I needed was new rank and service stripes on jacket, NCO stripe on pants and the hem.

Have a lot of equipment you need… but just little over price

This store is by far the most organized I’ve seen. The variety of boots available is beyond what I expected. I was looking for new boots and Sabrina was able to point me in the right direction. Customer service was amazing, she was able to find me exactly what I was looking for. These new boots I got are much better than my old ones for rucking, lots of support and true to my size. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Tried some boots on my wife bought me in the house. They were half a size too big. Went to return them the following week and they said they couldnt take them back. Mind you I tried them on INSIDE my home. NO MUDDY BOOTS and you couldnt see any Marks on the bottom.

After 25 years of U.S. Naval service, this is by far the best shop to keep trusting tactical gear on hand. Thanks to Devin Z. for her wonderful customer service and positive attitude. I will definitely return for my next wish list item. Thanks again.

By far, the best military store I’ve been to in Hinesville! It is very organized and neat! As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted and asked if they can help you with anything! I was looking for boots and I believe it was the General Manager, Sabrina, she asked me what kind of boot I was going for. For example: light, heavy, high arch, no arch. I explained exactly what it was I needed, she then brought out every boot that met my standards including the correct size for each boot. I was even unsure about the size, but she was able to find a perfect size! I’ve never been to a store where the General Manager will go out of her way for a customer, usually its the regular employees but not in this case! So I just wanted to say US Patriot, you guys picked an outstanding General Manager! I definitely will be returning!

Was looking for a pair of tactical gloves they had the exact type of Oakley gloves that I was looking for... Tactical gloves to plate carriers and everything in between... Very nice and helpful staff, will definitely do business with them again...

Recently I came into your establishment as I often do, as myself and boyfriend frequent there a lot . For the most part our experience is pleasant, this one started off pleasant as Breanna made our shopping experience great and swift .. Shes really helpful ☺️. Now as myself and my boyfriend were browsing around the store we were greeted my another employee there, I believe her name was Laura “ maybe Lauren “ . She seemed pleasant but asked my boyfriend if he knew where she be able to buy (MJ) he and I were both VERY OFFENDED . It made me question what exactly is going on there . This was and is UNACCEPTABLE,, Young or not .

I always go here to get my name tags made and they do a really good job! Its a bit pricey but the quality is excellent! I will come back again for future purchases

Very clean and well stocked. Staff is very friendly and professional. If they dont have something you want, ask and they can order it for you. The sewing shop inside is fast and they do perfect work.

I had went in a few weeks ago to get a plate carrier. They didn’t have the one I wanted in stocks. Sabrina looked up the one I wanted made some calls and got the exact one I wanted shipped right to the store immediately! The next day I remembered I needed side plate pouches and those also came the day after! All of my gear came in right on time before training. Good store do recommend to ft stewart soldiers and ask for Sabrina.

Love this place! The staff are always so kind and very helpful. They have a wide variety of products for all things tactical. Ive never been disappointed with anything I bought here.

It has a decent selection of gear but sticks closely to what soldiers need, but not what the extras might be.

Went in with my husband to get some things he needed and we were greeted by Devin she was very helpful and was amazing. Very friendly and amazing person

I absolutely love this store. Staff is great and always very helpful. They have a great selection of gear to fit my needs. Also like the Wounded Warrior Project and Pipe Hitters Union clothing selection. I also very much appreciate the support they have for the 2nd Amendment and allowing customers the right to carry in their establishment. All in all they have a great business with a great selection of gear and equipment ranging from military to Emergency medical services.

Went in to grab some items my husband needed for work, and to say I was clueless was an understatement. Devin helped me find everything I needed and was so patient with me! I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her help! Will definitely be going back here next time he needs something.

Great, new store. Friendly staff always wanting to help you. Great variety and selection on products. Most things are priced great, a few things are a little over priced. Overall, favorite tactical store in the area.

Great selection but bizarrely missing some essential items as far as pouches, flc add-ons, and school essential materials. Also extremely overpriced on some of the tiniest things. Helpful staff but still go Amazon if you need a similar peice of gear if your just filling a packing list.

Always run out of Sargent ranks but theyre one of the fastest to get uniforms sewn on!

Very good quality products, however very little selection

Devin is literally the best salesperson ever, so helpful.

I was greeted at the front door and was asked if I was looking for something. I told them I needed a certain sewn on badge. She took me to two different areas in the store before asking another employee where it was. The badges themselves were extremely overpriced.
