Hibbett is a great choice when you need a quick outfit and/or if they are having a sale. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean amd well stocked. A++

Went in to get a pair of soccer cleats. The selection was very limited on any cleats. Barely any soccer, football, track, or golf shoes.This place is more of a Champs than an actual sports store. Do not go here if you are looking to actually buy stuff to PLAY sports. But if you want athletic wear, the new Jordans, or Jerseys then this is a good place for that.Main reason for only two stars is the terrible staff. Bunch of school aged teens that were more interested in talking to one another than actually helping customers. Specifically I was looking at the cleats for 5 min trying to determine which I wanted. Once decided I looked around for a person to get help but couldnt find one (they dont have uniforms on). I went to the register to get help. There was a person waiting in front of me already because NO worker was around. 5 minutes later a worker came helped the gentleman ahead of me, then I asked him to help me find the size of the cleat I wanted and after stopping to chat with his coworker he came to help. I asked him for a size 11.5 and he comes back with a size 8 and says want to try this size? It is all we have. No guy clearly I wont fit into an 8. Shouldve just told me you didnt have my size. Dont offer a size 3.5 sizes too small. Come on.

New girl that just started was super sweet and did great helping us.

It said first come first serve for the Nike dunks, I go to the store and they gave out tickets. I called the night before and they said first come first serve, so what’s really going on? Then they only had 10 pair of Dunks, it that how you really do business Hibbett. Disappointed in the whole experience the sales associate thought it was funny. I didn’t see anything funny. I drove an hour to the store. Do better, be better and have better customer service.

Found the shoes I needed it. Always can rely on Hibbetts for my sneakers

Even with everything going on right now the staff here are wonderful. They understand why I couldnt wear a mask but my family did, and I was able to get plenty of help finding my three kids their new school shoes and helping my roommate with hers. They were fast, friendly and sometimes funny. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Cause they selling shoes out the back right before they open to ppl on the streets when ppl put a ticket in they cant get none I got proof pictures then when I call and tell em they hang up in my face and he was a manager

Bought some shoes right before Covid.Military so we were in the midst of pcsn to ft stewart.Long story short, I have my receipt and the shoes are in new condition.Although the return policy is 14 days, common sense would say give more time to returns/exchanges.Called before I came in and the MOD said I could swap out for a smaller size.Next day I go in to hibbett in hinesville ga and the MOD was basically rude and said the receipt clearly says 14 day policy ALSO the store has been open for months.The WORST service Ive EVER experienced in any shoe store.I LOVE shoes but I will NOT spend another penny with this company.A district manager reached out and concluded this store wasnt in her region and further explained that the shoes should have been able to be returned considering the circumstances.Still waiting for the district manager to call so we can resolve this issue.

Very disappointed staff seemed to be avoiding and acted as if I the customer was being a burden to them. I asked about a pair of shoes and the salesman replied with no they didnt have my size. I find that very weird he would know that without even looking in the back room to see if a pair was on hand. His main concern was getting something to eat and how his stomach was bothering him. Overall staff was no help. I think management needs to go in and reevaluate their staff.
