I never had a problem with none of the staffs. Thats there fault if the medicine doesnt get there like its supposed to, sometimes the weather play a big part of it. And it all depends on where its have to come from. And how for the drive have come and traffic. We just need to try and be a little bit understandable on all parts. Cause this happens every where.
Poor communication and unprofessional on the pharmacy side.I followed up in regard to my daughters prescription and was told, We do not have that specific antibiotic, but that specific antibiotic will be delivered tomorrow. I show up the next day to pick it up and Im asked if her prescription was even called in.. (??) I explained what was discussed the day prior, she walks away, comes back and says, I dont want to say it will be here tomorrow, but it should be by Friday.. I definitely dont want to rely on the possibility of maybe the antibiotic coming in, maybe not.. I couldve been picking up my daughters antibiotic at another pharmacy today if the correct information was relayed
I absolutely love CVS. Their prices are high on groceries and they only have a select few, but they have a little of everything. Their customer service is excellent and they helped me with finding price cuts for my medication being it may that i dont have health insurance for myself.
Staff was great all way around. The staff was very helpful and greets all customers.
Its a good pharmacy overall. I would just fire 1 or 2 of the pharmacists that work there. I don’t understand why CVS hires incompetent people and also close minded. Went once and won’t go again, I rather drive myself down to Savannah.
The worker there need be more frenly.the store supply is ok..
I just left the pharmacy and am requesting for my prescription to be transferred to another pharmacy. I understand that the staff is very busy but common courtesy of acknowledging that “someone will be right with you shortly” would be nicer, rather than completely ignoring customers . I had an issue with my prescription not being filled and my Dr. requested it this Monday. I have been there twice this week and it is still not filled. When I explained for the third time that my Dr. called it in twice already, one of the staff interrupted me and stated “No! They did not call it in.” Very rudely. I’ve dealt with unprofessionalism over the phone, constantly being interrupted from another staff member in the past. I understand during these times that things are tense and stressful for pharmacy staff but more professionalism, empathy and patience wouldn’t hurt especially when customers like myself have continued to patronize this business for years simply for the price and convenience. It’s not worth the headache anymore and I like many others in these reviews have decided to take my business elsewhere.
Clean, courteous, friendly, quick in and out.
Needed nicotine gum, they had what I wanted, checked out immediately and left
Say in line for a Covid test for an hour and 15 minutes. When I got to the desk they said that their is a problem with the system processing my insurance and I would have to reschedule. This is the second time I have come and waited for an hour. I responded that I would pay for the test out of pocket. They wouldn’t allow me to do so. Then I said I’ll just wait until they figure it out. They’re response was “you can not wait you have to reschedule”. Then they threatened to call the cops on me. This is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. I highly recommend that you find somewhere else to go
From a physician’s perspective, I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars. I contacted them and was told a prescription that I wrote (paper in hand of patient with a signature and appropriate physician identification numbers, etc) could not be filled for this person. After a long discussion, the last comment made by the pharmacy representative was “it’s not my fault the patient has Medicaid.” And then she hung up. She also held on to the prescription so that the person couldn’t take it to another pharmacy. Honestly not sure if that person was the pharmacist or an assistant, but either way, the behavior was quite inappropriate and discriminatory. Now this person has to drive over an hour to pick up a new prescription. I’ve read some other reviews on this pharmacy, and all the one stars are telling the truth. I hope my other patients near here haven’t had the same trouble as they are typically postoperative patients and require the medications that I prescribe.
Pharmacy staff are very rude.. they need to find a new occupation if they don’t want to do there job. Some people don’t need customer service jobs..
Beware of a lady with blonde hair and black glasses. She filled half my perception and told me that my doctor needed to sign off for the last medication when the whole perception was signed off for already so I drove back to liberty regional and the nurses there were nice enough to help came back and asked her about why I couldnt receive my medication the first time and she completely ignored me.
If I could give this CVS zero stars I would! The customer service I received today was poor and inexcusable. I had a medication sent in from my doctor and when I called to get clarification on why my prescription wouldnt be filled for another week I waited to talk to someone for 20 minutes. As a pharmacy technician for another competitor I understand how things can get busy. Since I couldnt get anyone to answer the phone, I had one of the pharmacists I work with call and transfer my prescription, but he too was unsuccessful and waited for an hour before he gave up. I took the time out of my day to drive to this CVS and inquire about my medication. When I got this CVS I stood at the drop-off window for 3 minutes while the pharmacist held a non-work related conversation with another employee and the technician was loading paper in a printer. They both saw me walk up and did not acknowledge my presence. When I did finally receive some service and explained that I wanted my prescription transferred to the pharmacy I work at since they were not answering calls, I was told obviously we couldnt answer the phone if the pharmacist waited to speak to someone for an hour. The pharmacist even expressed to me that they had people holding on the phone waiting to be serviced, but there was no one taking their calls when I arrived and I was the only customer at the time waiting to be helped. Poor customer service. I work for a competitor and willing to bring my business to CVS. Never again.
The CVS store itself is great, but the pharmacy staff is very rude and unprofessional, we were just tryin to get a Covid test and was rude In the pharmacy drive through and was very rude and unprofessional on the phone to my wife as well. And not knowledgeable at all on anything to do with Covid, and not knowledgable of the VA healthcare coverage, but you work at a pharmacy. Worst pharmacy experience I’ve everrrrr experienced
Due to Covid testing the drive thru pharmacy side is slow!!
The service is horrible. Staff doesn’t acknowledge your waiting and they are unreliable. I been trying to get a much needed Rx transferred for a week for my child and every time they say they will call. So I call and check on the status of the transfer and I have to give them all the information over again like it’s the first time. It’s not just this location CVS pharmacy is just bad and poorly staffed.
This is the absolute worst place to get prescriptions in Hinesville. If you like to wait over an hour in the drive through because they consistently have 2 people working and allow people to wait in the line for their prescriptions even though they posted a sign that says you may not wait for your prescription... then this place is for you. When you go inside it’s not any better. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
The pharmacy staff was very difficult to deal with, and even after I gave them my number so that I can get notification when my son prescription is ready, the lady was very rude about taking down my number. She read it back once wrong and I asked her to re read it because I wanted the correct number on file, and she did not. I never received the text or call.
They lost my son prescription for 3 weeks. They were so rude. They closed the window door in my face. The manager was even worse. They told me they would call me back regarding the issue with his medicine and they never followed up.This Pharmacy Is The Worse...When they lost the prescription... I told the lady at the window that she was the one I gave it too. She told me that all white people looked alike!! !! 😂 I started to show her what my fist looked like .. But she slammed the door in my face.Do Not Go To This Pharmacy! !!!!!
This has been twice that I get to the store for opening hrs and still find that the store is closed. On 12/10 I whent threw the drive true to pick up some medication. I was told that it was not ready to give them 15-20min. Unfortunately i could not wait. I asked them to call or text me when it was done. They checked to make sure my number was the same and it is. It has been two days since then. Still no call or text and the store says it opens its door at 8am. That is a lie.
Would recommend to a friend!
The male pharmacist at this location is very rude and incompetent. He gave me the incorrect medicine. I questioned him and he assured me it was correct. But I knew it wasnt. I now know that there is a description of the pill on the bottle...I wish I had known that when I was there because it would have proved he was wrong and maybe I could have gotten the correct meds. Im going to get my correct prescription and then Im never using this pharmacy again.
Horrible service! Spent more than an hour waiting for the passport picture services. Just one person working at the front. I don’t blame the guy because he was by himself and he was really nice but this is not fair for him neither for the customer waiting. Horrible horrible!
If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Prescriptions never filled on time. Every month i drop my kids prescriptions off on sunday. I go to pick them up on Thursdays because mon, tues, and wed its still not ready. Sitting in line for 40 minutes and my prescriptions still not ready 4 days later!! As much as I dislike walmart I will be switching all the family meds to their pharmacy.
If I could rate this pharmacy less than one star I would. Probably the worst customer service all around not to mention the endless excuses as to why my prescriptions are never done in a timely manner; or if they were even done at all. The pharmacy down the road has no problems at all and has then done in 15 minutes!
Used to be a quick in and out...not anymore. Last 3 visits there was a one cashier and 5 plus people in line. Ill probably go somewhere else in the future.
Not sure whats wrong with pharmacy here but staff needs a serious attitude adjustment.
Worst pharmacy ever claimed they never received my faxed prescription from the doctor when the doctor got confirmation that it was received at 7:15pm and we were there at 8:45 and they claimed to not have it. I called doctor in the morning and they immediately called pharmacy so after an hour my husband calls and they still say they have never received anything. Then the idiot can’t even call the number he needs to get whatever it is that he wants and tries to charge me for the medication my workers comp is to pay for. The paper clearly says Pharmacists CALL and provides them with information. Needless to say I called the doctor had them cancel my prescriptions there and send it to another pharmacy. Beyond rude and that seems to be a trend here at this location.
The service in the pharmacy is the worse thing Ive ever experienced. After calling 3 different times and days (each time I was put on hold for well over 10 minutes) I had to go into the store to have my prescription filled. Waited at the counter entirely too long for service while technicians had casual conversation and had to be told 3 times by pharmacist to help and they still didnt know how to help me even though I took the initiative of calling another CVS to make sure. Long story short, my prescriptions are filled in Savannah.
Service has improved, keep up the good work. 👍
Pharmacy staff are always kind, helpful and answer any questions I have.
This is by far the worse pharmacy and staff I have dealt with in quite some time first they told or rather yelled it across the store that my insurance was a Medicaid (government) program and I dont qualify to use a discount card I had been given by physician. I went onto explain that I am a Federal Govt employee and my insurance BC/BS and is not free to me or my family that the name of it FEHP does by no means mean it is a free program. The customer service woman then went onto to say whatever you call you get it for free and threw the discount card at me--the Pharmacist watched the whole thing and said nothing to her rude-ass employee and refused to speak to me when I asked her to correct her misinformed employee--she just looked down and kept counting pills. With persistence and calling BC/BS I was able to use the discount card after they spoke to the pharmacist. Go to Hinesville or RH Pharmacy both are amazing and never belittle their customers!
Worst customer Ive ever experience. It is not my fault you lazy, rude, and nasty ladies have to work. This is not the first time, Ive had a bad experience with this pharmacy. They treat you like crap, when all your trying to do is get your prescriptions. The manager at the pharmacy is rude and so is the staff. Horrible place.. I wish you guys had a 1800 number to call, because someone should be fired. Ridiculous... Dont go to this pharmacy take the extra drive to Rogers or wal Mart.. Someone please investigate these terrible people..
Transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Every time I go to pick up my medicine, I have an horrible experience. The women working in the pharmacy seem to hate their jobs. I have never experienced such a unpleasant CVS. Although they were all rude when I went recently, the Caucasian older woman with the white bob was the worst. She actually yelled at me because she couldnt locate my prescription, which turned out she was spelling my name wrong. CVS management should definitely do something in regards to the pharmacy at this location.
I went today to pick up some wall art I ordered from their online page. First, I never received a phone call letting me know that my ordered had arrived at their location, so I went to check and sure enough they were already there, then I had to deal with terrible customer service, the only cashier available was stuck trying to help a customer and had to call her manager, never acknowledged the rest of her customers that had been waiting in line on her, not even Ill be right with you guys NOTHING, we all just stood there in silence waiting on the manager. It seriously felt like she hated her job, and Im Sorry but thats not the customers fault. This was my first and last time ordering prints from CVS.
JILL IS WONDERFUL!!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE HER 100 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ thank you Jill youre awesomely Amazing 💋
I shop at this location weekly and the cashiers are always friendly!
Terrible pharmacy, worst Ive ever been to. Horrible customer service, pharmacy personnel is rude, incompetent and disrespectful to customers. Extremely long wait times and when I asked why I had to wait 45 minutes for one prescription for my son she turned around and told the other ladies behind the counter I had an attitude while I was still standing there, hearing everything. WOW. How much more disrespectful can you get? This is not my first negative encounter with this pharmacy. Steer clear from this place, there are many others providing way better customer service then CVS Hinesville.
I will never make another step into this place. Not one of the employees is helpful, they are rude!! I also had the same experience inside Target in SAV. Douchbags! Thank God I dont have a reason to go in there anymore since Tricare dumped them.
The pharmacist filled my script without any waste of time.
I only use CVS because of insurance. I will be switching back to my regular pharmacy. They are rude and unhelpful. Waited on hold for 30 minutes and the lady was very unprofessional.
I was greeted when i walked in. Store staff was helpful, but pharmacy staff was rude.
Prices too high
The lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude. It seemed like I was a burden, calling only to annoy her. It is unfortunate, but I will be taking my familys business to Kroger.
Waited over 6 hours for a prescription for my kids over heard staff joking about making people wait...unacceptable service
Pharmacy tech rude and pharmacist acting like he dont know
CANDY!
Rude
