Melissa was extremely helpful in setting up service on my 2016 GMC Sierra and making sure I was getting in as soon as I could. Service technicians were able to recognize there was a problem with the transmission in my truck and were able to properly diagnose the problem and had it in the shop right away to address the problem. I was offered a dealership loaner vehicle for the duration of my repair work, which was all covered under my dealership warranty at no cost to me. My family has been purchasing and servicing our vehicles at Best Chevrolet for over 20 years and theres no plans to go anywhere else. Your dealership is a pleasure to do business with, however the long term warranty that they convinced me into purchasing when I brought my truck, has been a major problem. It seems Alpha Warranty Services is extremely difficult to deal with even though the repair work necessary was covered. Your service rep Joseph Frattalone was very helpful and apologetic about the problem with Alpha (which ended up costing me a second day without the use of my vehicle). He said that the dealership was going to cover any additional cost beyond that which Alpha was contractually willing to pay. I purchased the A+ Enhanced coverage for 5 years on 2/06/2018 for $3,260.00 and had expected that when I needed it, it would be a seamless process. This is my third time needing service and each time there was a problem with my warranty coverage. The first time Best called me back in and told me that they would take care of it. The second time, I understood that the item was not covered so I paid $300.00 out of pocket. This third time, myself and Joe both agreed that it would definitely be covered, but he had to wait hours for a Alpha supervisor to sign off on it. Again I don’t hold the dealership responsible except that they were the people who pushed the Alpha warranty on me. On future purchases I will put my $3000.00 in the bank and take my chances. Thanks

Melissa Dauphinee was my Service Manager and she was great! From the time my vehicle enter the dealership for service due to an air bag service warning and until completed, she was very informative with updates calling me on a daily basis.My truck needed to stay for a couple days and she worked out obtaining a rental doing this time with no cost to me. Also I mentioned to Melissa, one of my mud flaps that I recently had installed at Best was damaged. She took it upon herself to order a new mud flap and surprised me with replacement. I did not expect that! Im am very meticulous of my truck and she made me feel she was as well. In the past working with Melissa she has always stride to meet my expectations and beyond!

Have had issues over and over with service department. Quite possibly the worst service department I’ve ever had to deal with. Sure, they are nice enough but have left my brand new car dirty on too many occasions . Like grease, dirt etc. Apparently they do not believe in those basic paper mats that I assumed all service departments use. In addition, seemingly did not even perform the entire service I came for ( will have to look into it but according to my app) shame on me for not checking up to make sure they did what I came for 🙄As for the rest of the team, sales, finance etc. very good experience. Would never return to service here unless I’m forced.

How many can agree that car buying is one of the most stressful events? After going to another dealership after being told that they had said model in stock I showed up and it was nowhere to be found. CarGurus showed that they had 2 available models and I called and spoke with Ed. I was exhausted and a and agitated and he handled the situation and not only kept me at ease but made sure both models were actually on the Dealer floor. Ed said, “When you come in I am the actual Salesperson and will ensure that I can help you.” Many time you encounter Online Sales and when you get to the Dealer have to meet a new Salesperson and have to explain everything again. After driving almost 2 hours I arrived and Ed was the ultimate Professional. He went out of his way to make me at ease with NO PRESSURE. He had the Model fired up and ready to go. That was an amazing feeling. Although his shift was over he waited for the several hour process to make sure everything went smoothly. I was blown away at his dedication. I also have to note in Finance Pascal did a great job explaining everything in detail and the additional warranty coverages. He truly made me also feel comfortable was extremely knowledge. I went in for service today, greeted outside the door by a cheerful professional. Checked in at the front desk - again a very nice folks. Within minutes my service professional came out and asked what I needed. He even inspected a paint issue I recently noticed. The service prices were more than fair and less than I expected. Brought our Suburban in for routine replacement of light bulb and inspection sticker. While there the dealership service department decided to perform warranty replacement of airbag recall. Very happy that they performed the recall but that should have been disclosed and signed off on by us and service advisor before the work was performed. Now there is a crack in the dash pad where the airbag passenger side was replaced. It was noted on the service paperwork afterward. The crack did not exist when car was brought in. Jim Service Manager stated that they have had problems with this so they have had meetings with the service techs to take pictures prior to work. Jim was pleasant and looked into if there was anything they could do. Nothing can be done except replacing the dash pad. I feel the service tech lied on this and the work they performed on the recall was performed for the dealership benefit. We also benefited from a Safety perspective. What I have a problem with is a known problem and cover up internally. Therefore our future service and purchase of a replacement Suburban will be at another dealership! I would have been happy with a small dash pad repair!!
Being a new customer, it took 3 hours for an oil change, rotate and inspection sticker.they then lost 1 of my hub caps, they said they would order a new 1 for no charge. how could one get lost between the drive thru and the service bay? I had them recheck my wheels to make sure they were tighten properly by a different tech, I didnt feel that the first tech was competent (joe) at all, I mean if he cant put a hub cap on how could he be trusted to properly tighten the wheels, then my hub cap magically appeared, If this is how you treat new customers you wont get any.

I contacted the Service Department near the end of the day on a Thursday when my car had an issue forcing me to pull over as I was unable to drive it. My car was still under warranty. I spoke to an advisor who contacted a tow company right away to pick up me and my car. From the time of my initial contact to Saturday morning when my vehicle was ready to be picked up I spoke to two different service advisors. Both listened to me explain the issues and kept me informed of the status and what was or would be happening. The absolute best dealership in Massachusetts. The sales department treats you fair and with respect when purchasing. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT KNOCKS IT OUT OF THE PARK! The employees working the front desk and outside on arrival are always helpful and nice. The service advisors know what they are talking about and do not push unnecessary Maint items (Jim Earle is fantastic). The facility is clean and modern. There is a large waiting area with comfortable recliners and another small waiting area with tables and chairs (wait or take a short walk to Derby Shoppes). They service all General Motors makes and models.

I had problem with my shifter that didnt allow me to turn the car off. I had it fixed last summer but the problem returned. My car is out of warranty and the parts needed to fix it were different but they fixed it at no charge because it was related to the problem last time. They were great and fixed it in 3 hrs. I would highly recommend them.

Jess was very understanding regarding payment process and getting the bank certified check. Clean 🧽 facility, very spacious, everyone wearing masks.Note: No “wiggle room” for negotiation on price of vehicles, it is what it is, apparently coronavirus has led to very high demand and limited supply for most vehicles, (I don’t get how the pandemic created such a demand but apparently that’s what’s happening. Haha).
