The person we dealt with was an interior decorator and had impressive experience along with knowing the California Closets custom cabinets and system. Her input was exceptional. Highly recommend Priscilla Sullivan out of Peabody location!

We renovated out master suite to contain a larger, walk in closet. Hailees design was excellent, so much useful storage space! Her suggestions on finishes were very useful too, we love the look of it, goes perfect with the paint color.

I downsized from a home to a condominium, and needed to maximize my storage space. My consultant viewed the available space, measured what I needed store, and came up with a plan for a large entry closet and master bedroom closets. She even made a space for my little Christmas tree, which can be converted to shelving by the next owner. The installers were very professional and did a great job. I am extremely happy with my closets!

We have used California Closets Hingham on a few different projects and I would highly recommend. The reps are professional, they work well with you in coming up with designs that fit your needs and desires, and instantly have renderings to show you to get approved all at a fair price. We will be doing more business with them in a future and I recommend them to anyone on the fence.

When I first called to inquire about turning an used bedroom to a California Closet the person I spoke to was so friendly and helpful! And that carried through to meeting with Erin who listened to what I was looking for and designed a closet that works perfectly.The installers were professional, courteous and very friendly and did an awesome job!A wonderful experience throughout and would absolutely use them again and I tell everyone what a great experience I had and they should definitely go !

Got 3 closets done over. We love them! Pricey but worth it. Have shelves for sweaters and shoes and plenty of hanging space. Easy to work with

The worst experience I’ve had to deal with on home remodeling. They took months to even begin the project and then when they finally started it the job could not be finished because of an error they made in the measurements. I am still waiting to have the job finished! No time has been given on when this will be done. Stay away from this company! Go with a local builder instead.

I absolutely love my new closet. It was an easy, quick and painless process. The consultant stopped by and designed my closet on her laptop. Once we agreed she set up my appointment. Two guys showed up, wearing masks, and got the job done in about two hours. I would definitely use them again.

The tech, who was on the phone with another coworker telling him what an awful company it is, left a drill hole in my wall and didn’t say anything. Multiple pieces of my closet were scratched or chipped and fenders for the shoe rack were missing. Also a draw fell on the floor the first time I used it. A different tech came to fix the draw and swap out anything scratched. “Forgot” the fenders, I still don’t have them. Please never let Tristian in your home. Most unprofessional company ever! Quality is very poor. I recommend Closet by Design in Franklin!

We used California Closets to transform our empty master closet into a fully functional space! The installation was quick, clean and thei r customer service has been fantastic! Will definitely be using them again soon to transform other spaces in our home!

California Closets did a pantry for us and warranty work for previous closet installation. The quality of the product is good, but the quality of the workers - both in terms of the retrofitting that they do and the cleanup afterwards, was fantastic! Weve been happy with the work and product from California Closets over the years, even if it tends to be on the expensive end versus similar quality products

The quality of the materials they use are so poorly made, it is amazing they still continue to get new clients. The images and sales approach detailing beautiful images and slick presentations is nothing like what gets installed. I remember seeing the end product and had to laugh knowing that I just succumbed to a great marketing machine. Buyer beware, if you want a pre fab type closet, there are many companies that will do it for 40-50% less for identical closet systems.

Oh goodness, where to start? The entire experience was terrific start to finish. Our designer Ellen Gundersen couldnt be more professional or creative or enjoyable to work with. And the installers Joe and Steve were amazing -- really professional and competent! The installation exceeded my expectations and I have in fact scheduled another as a result. Thank you.
