By far this has been the best car buying experience I have undergone. Although I had to wait nearly 4 months for my build, my service advisor Sean, was patient and informative throughout the entire process. Any concerns or comments, and he was easily available to help me out. He’s amazing at his job, passionate, and a true BMW professional and enthusiast. The finance and sales management team is also very accommodating and fair. I look forward to doing business with south shore again!
Amazing service experience. I got a flat tire and was able to get my vehicle to the dealership without appointment on a very busy day for them. They immediately looked at the issue and while they had to order the replacement tire, had me in a loaner vehicle so I could go back to work and my tire was replaced and car washed in no time.The sales and service departments at South Shore BMW are the BEST!
Very attentive. No new X3’s to be found but Fotio’s found one! Ed very engaging g came out of the office just to say hello. Hunter was very knowledge and spent over an hour with my wife to show her all the tips and tricks. Great experience!
We had a very pleasant experience today at South Shore BMW which resulted in us buying a car. The responsibilities were divided up among a group of people. First, we met with a product expert who understood everything about the car we were interested in. He knew the differences between this year’s model and last year’s, and other differences between cars either in performance or comfort details. He set up a car for us to test drive.When we returned from our drive my husband started talking to him about our trade in and price, so he got another person to handle all of that. This person was also helpful and not at all pushy. He was actually pretty humorous and he and my husband came to an agreement on a final price.At that point we met yet another person who sat in the car and explained some of the new electronic features which I was unfamiliar with. He simplified matters and was willing to to stay and keep explaining until I felt comfortable driving the car.I’d recommend this dealership if you’re interested in buying a BMW. And they do drive like a dream
I have been a customer at South Shore BMW for 6 years and my car just went in for it’s annual service. This was by far my best experience to date. My service advisor, Andrew, was a new employee and he was fabulous. He kept me appraised as to the status of my car every step of the way. Unfortunately, my car needed some expensive repairs but Andrew took the time to explain everything that was needed and why. He called me when he said he would and was very polite and respectful throughout the experience. When you own a BMW you know from the get-go that repairs will be expensive but the pain was eased somewhat by having a diligent, well-mannered, knowledgeable service advisor who made sure that my car was well-cared for and that I left satisfied with my experience.

Brought my BMW in for routine vehicle check.. Recieved my vehicle report. Specifically asked the service advisor was there anything else and was told yes.. 2 hrs later I get a call stating a have another 1200 problem on top of the 1200 being charged already. My vehicle is very well maintained accurately I know my vehicle inside it out.. it’s unprofessional. And to make it worse advisor was no where around when I arrived. After up charging me.. this place sucks terribly.

Excellent service! My old car was dying and I needed a replacement ASAP. I called other dealers but the South Shore team were the only ones who took the initiative to find an unsold car coming over by boat and negotiate to have it sent to their dealership.

Simple tire rotation,oil change and brake flush.. Car was finished as promised on time and nice surprise washed and shining. Updated the progress via text .I drove away completely satisfied.When you buy a high end car this is the way you expect to be treated, SouthShore BMW does it right.

Who wants to get one’s car repaired? No one. But I had a possibly serious issue relative to my transmission. Though nothing ever goes wrong with my BMW. The BMW dealer Norwell was the only place I would go for this. As usual, the mechanic found the problem, actually quite simple and then also less money.My service advisor Frank was absolutely top notch excellent. Beyond what one could expect. Communicated at a high level, advised on a couple other issues, did not needlessly oversell me. Thank you much.
I love this place! I never though Id actually use the dealership I purchased the car at over the Mom & Pop place my family has used for decades, but South Shore BMW really takes care of you. My technician(Nicholas) had my car back to me in record time and my AC was working perfectly, I never should have trusted it with anyone else! I very highly recommend this location!

Process was friendly, courteous and professional. Set up dealer visit via email after looking at cars of interest on line.When i arrived they had the cars ready to view and drive. They had answers to all my questions, efficiently assessed my trade in while i was test driving.The salesperson was excellent in working through details of sale and closure if deal.Pick up after sale was smooth and efficient. No hard sell on post sale options though represented them fairly.All in all outstanding car dealer experience, just in line of what one would hope for from BMW!
This is the time of year when I bring my X3 in for a check up. It’s time to rotate the tires, check the brakes, get a Mass. inspection and get an overall status inspection of my car. My appointment, check in and service all went without a hitch. Sean Dixon did not disappoint and provided an estimate of the day’s services along with a loaner. (The loaners always leave me wanting a new car!) I did need additional services but nothing out of the ordinary. I immediately got a text informing me of the need for replacement and repair. I easily approved by accepting the additional services via text. A quick call let me know I could pick up my car and check out was a breeze. This is why South Shore BMW is my go to!

My experience with South Shore BMW was wonderful. Setting the appointment up online was easy. I was warmly welcomed at the service center, spoken to about what my car needed, and was out of there in under 15 minutes. That was followed up with a text and email with a detailed explanation and price of the work that needed to be done. I was able to confirm this online. The entire experience was really good.
I have owned 4 BMW’s. This was the first time I needed immediate service. The service I received was Top-Notch. BMW “S.O.S.” Service asked if I was in a safe location and then offered a complimentary Uber/ Lyft (I did not need). They picked up my vehicle and brought it to my local dealership. I had constant updates with towing and repairs. It was fixed immediately. Within 24hrs, I was back in my vehicle. Matt was great with giving updated reports from South Shore BMW in Rockland.
Sean Henry was terrific in helping me get out of my current lease into a brand new x3. The process was very quick and efficient and I felt very comfortable negotiating the final lease price with him. They even threw in free all weather mats. I highly recommend this bmw dealership and particularly working with Sean Henry as you will receive top notch service.

Steven was great he gets a 5 star it was just everyone else beside Steven the customer service was horrible and it also seemed like mike had an issue taking request from Steven also my loaner car was not pulled up to me I actually had to walk out the garage to get in to as mike screamed out. When I received my vehicle back the detail cleaning service did not seem like a detailed cleaning service. Still found dirt in vehicle and again car was not pulled up to me. Only stating this because any other time I have gone for service I’ve had better customer service I wonder if they purposely do this because Steven is black that’s the only the only difference if so shame on some of bmw staf

I did not purchase my BMW from here, but man I wish I did! I was having major break issues. Road side assistance got my car down to South Shore BMW promptly, but even before it arrived the service team had a brand new loaner waiting for me. I was in and out in a matter of 10 minutes. They were so friendly and efficient. The service department had my car fixed within 36 hours. When I went to go pick it up, I was again in and out in less than 10 minutes. I ended up forgetting my garage clicker in the loaner and one of the staff called me directly and offered to drop it off at my home so I didn’t have to drive back down to the dealership. Now that’s what I call service! I cannot wait to purchase my next BMW from the wonderful team at South Shore BMW.

Took time to fit me in short notice & super efficient service.
Had 3 X5s in past. Every time I brought one in for maintenance it was an extra 1,000.oo-3,000.oo for minor issues. So I bought an extended maintenance package through dealership. Remarkably, I never had work done when I brought my car in for standard maintenance.950 miles over warranty I was told I had 6,000.oo worth of work that needed to be done. I had taken the car in for regular maintenance, but ironically they never caught the 6,000.oo worth of work needed when it was on their dime.I do not mind paying a fair price for goods or services, but mark my words; you will find neither here at this dealership.Timothy A. Excellent service and quick turnaround. Also, they provided a nice loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced. My vehicle was returned clean an vacuumed. I would have given five stars but I needed some bodywork done due to a minor fender bender and they do not provide this service.They had to refer me elsewhere which is inconvenient. Would be nice if they were a one-stop shop.
The service manager did all he could to fix the issue with the car including asking technicians at BWM to help with software updates. Tom was very forthcoming with the progress and truth about repairs/software updates, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, all the effort did not lead to resolution of the issue after a week and I just decided to give up since there was no guarantee that paying for additional services would resolve the diesel-related problem with the car.
Fotios, the salesman, was extremely helpful. He was enthusiastic, very informative and thorough. I felt like he really cared about my decision and my interests. Hopefully, we will work together again for our tribe of boys!
