Good selection of kitchen goodies. Went out of their way to get the product I wanted.

Staff is great..... Warning about their registry return policy. If something bought off the registry is shipped to you. You can return it to the store. Then they MAIL you the store credit. They will not give you a credit while in store. So they did lose out on a sale today.

Its a little over priced, but it does have great products, a great selection, knowledgeable staff, and a beautiful store in general.

This Williams Sonoma is like all the others, still one of my favorite foodie shops. Kitchen ware, cook ware, coffee and espresso machines, knives, dinner ware, table ware, toasters, slow cookers, roasters, cooking utensils, thermometers, hand soaps, spices, gravies, olive oils, and too much more to mention.

My experience with this store has been absolutely exceptional! I have received the highest level of customer service from all employees during both phone calls and in-store visits. Torri, the Associate Store Manager, helped me purchase multiple Breville products (the Breville Oracle Espresso Machine and Breville Quick Touch Crisp Microwave). She was extremely helpful in assisting me with an exchange of a damaged product I received from another store in Portland, OR and ensured that I had a brand new one delivered to my front door. Torris customer service was stellar and beyond reproach. Breville products maybe on the high end of the dollar spectrum, but you get the quality and craftsmanship you would expect at the higher price. The Oracle Espresso Machine has literally changed our lives and will pay for itself in less than year from not buying any more sub-par espresso drinks from Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. I highly recommend this store and be sure to ask for Torri!
