I recently went into this location for my wedding registry with one of my friends. We were immediately greeted by Lexi who could tell we were very overwhelmed. Lexi not only walked us through the store letting us know where everything was located but was amazing with suggestions of all items and answered any questions we had (and we had ALOT). We truly could not have been so successful without her help!

I ordered a gift from a gift registry back in June. The item was on backorder until this past week. My credit was charged multiple times for the same item. I call to request an explanation and was hung up on by multiple individuals. I then call my credit card company and after begging for someone to help me they did. We called together and again were received by multiple unprofessional individuals. The last individual placed us on another hold and disconnected the line. My credit card company was applauded by the lack of information Crate and Barrel provided and the lack of professionalism. I had to lock my credit card to ensure further transactions werent placed. I strongly encourage you to support any local business before trying your luck with this company.

While shopping online is so easy these days, I won’t buy anything from Crate and Barrel without coming in store from now on. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Elizabeth who works in the Furniture department is the best! She helped us select new furniture and bedding for our primary bedroom. She has wonderful taste, is so knowledgeable and also very patient!! I tend to be a little indecisive with large purchases so her being patient with me was much appreciated!! Thanks Elizabeth!

Purchased silverware from them near the start of the pandemic. Was repeatedly told that we could not return the item because the store was not accepting returns during the ongoing pandemic.Was later told we could not return the item because it was past the return by date even though the store was not allowing returns during our return window.Store could not have been ruder and more unprofessional.Update: After calling corporate and having them contact the store and ensuring us that we could make the return, the store STILL would not accept the return.

Its a little pricey for me but the quality of the products I have purchased has been good. Plus, its a nice walk around Derby Shops.

My shopping experience was extremely pleasurable thanks to the employee named Tim in cookware! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable concerning what we were looking for. They were all out of stock at the time but he ordered the item for us and we received the sale price. Tim also helped us with accessories for the item we purchased. He was very personable and great to speak with. He made our shopping experience enjoyable so much that we will be heading back soon to do some more! Thank you Tim! From the cast iron cookers!

Good quality and selection from household items to furniture. Candy store for foodies. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I will go back again.

Knowledgeable and resourceful team for furniture and all things home, the crate and kids collection is a great addition. The store is always inspiring and merchandised beautifully.

This is a wonderful C&B. Its quite large and the selection is complete. The store staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable. Someone is always available to help me find an obscure item, and most of the time its in stock!
